This is quite a dynamic sprawling 1963 mid century modern house in Montreal, Canada. 3bds, 4full baths, 2 powder rooms, 6,438 sq ft, $3.4m.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Double stained glass doors open to a vast open concept space broken up with strategically placed variously sized partial walls.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is quite nice for entertaining or relaxing. Love the shape of the fireplace and the copper finish.

The dining area has a wall that includes a bar in the middle and display niches. Along the wall in the hallway there's storage that kind of resembles lockers.
Tumblr media
There's a very spacious kitchen with new quartz counters and a stainless steel backsplash. Look at the small table at the island- that's a very versatile area for casual dining, and also for baking, paperwork, etc.
Tumblr media
I like the gold letters on the backsplash- they say "Everything happens for a reason." On the right is the other side of the wall in the dining room. You can see the open counter and bar.
Tumblr media
Isn't this an attractive powder room?
Tumblr media
The large den features a wall of shelving, a TV area, and an office corner.
Tumblr media
In the primary bedroom a partial wall separates a lovely sitting area.
Tumblr media
There's a very modern remodeled bath with some sort of etched saying on the mirror.
Tumblr media
Downstairs in the finished basement there's a big TV room.
Tumblr media
This area has stone walls to give it a pub-like atmosphere.
Tumblr media
The pub goes along with the wine cellar.
Tumblr media
Attractive powder room down here.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The garage is gigantic. Part of it is a game room.
Tumblr media
And, it even has a kitchen.
Tumblr media
The home features an elevator.
Tumblr media
There's also an in-law apt. This house goes on and on.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The bedroom suite in the in-law apt. features a walk-in tub and a shower with a bench.
Tumblr media
This looks like a car repair garage.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The covered patio has seating, dining, a hot tub, plus a full outdoor kitchen.
Tumblr media
The uncovered patio has container gardens.
Tumblr media
The front of the home has a water feature with fountains.
Tumblr media
The large property has a big area for cars around the back and the lot measures 27,191 sq ft.
