[#RENDERING to REALITY] Indonesia Unilever Headquarters - work by @aedas_architects "Located in the BSD Green Office Park which is the country’s first green office district also materplanned and designed by Aedas, this new Indonesia office houses all employees from four separate offices in Jakarta under one roof. The eco-friendly and inspiring design embodies the global company’s vision and values within the Indonesian context. The five-storey building with shifting plates is dynamically layered. A central courtyard atrium serves as a large, light-filled event space surrounded by break-out areas and other common facilities. The planning referenced to the traditional village planning in Indonesia to include a ‘square’, ‘main roads’, and ‘streets’, creating a sense of community. These ‘community spaces’ are well connected to encourage interactions and embrace diversity. The indentations on facades create indoor and outdoor pockets for garden terraces while externally there are also landscaped decks and rooftop, promoting an inside-out green workplace. The building adopts a curtain wall system to maximise daylight penetration. The façade is clad with grey aluminum blade louvers of varying depth to provide necessary shading and reduce heat gain. Greening is carried out both externally and internally to create a biophilic working environment. Muovendo i primi passi come architetto tradizionale, mi ritrovavo spesso in riflessioni paludose, nelle quali i clienti cadevano frequentemente per mancanza di idee chiare. Tutti mi dicevano cosa gli piaceva, ma il gusto è frutto della moda e del tempo, quindi volubile, riviste alla mano arrivavano ricchi di apparenti idee, spesso contraddittorie! Attraverso un percorso di progettazione olistica, non si parte finchè le idee non sono chiare, la parte di dialogo e di Coaching sono fondamentali. E' la fase in cui si tirano fuori problemi e incongruenza, si lavora sull'individualità (anche di coppia), si trovano punti di partenza solidi. se mi ritrovo a parlare con un cliente che mi dice: "voglio un ambiente spazioso... ma non voglio spendere per demolire!" qui c'è un0incongruenza che va elaborata, per capire quale sia delle due l'esigenza che porterà alla realizzazione della sua nuova casa. Этот особнячок в Большом Левшиском вырос перед моими глазами, словно из-под земли. В занудном квартале в тылу итальянского посольства, он выгля��ит как-то совсем необычно... Одно слово: белый или подосиновик там, где его совсем не ждешь... такой островок инаковости среди моря обыденности... Мне кажется именно в такой "островности" или "островнутости" и заключается шарм старой Москвы. Вот в Петербуг не сложно влюбиться... Нет, я понимаю, что у СПБ есть парадная и оборотная сторона, но... Не будем лукавить... Город красив... С Москвой сложнее... Уже как-то говорил об этом. Романа с городом, несмотря на то, что он родной, домашний, у меня не сложилось. Но мне тепло, уютно в старом городе... И чертовски умиляют подобные островки красоты! И потому, наверное, на фотопрогулки я невольно тащу людей в улочки старой Москвы... Эххх! Еще бы снежком всю эту красоту прокрасить! Прелесть!!!! А тебе, дружище, удается погулять по своему городу... ? 𝗨𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 - work by @aedas_architects "𝗔 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝘂𝗯 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. Led by Aedas Executive Director Kelvin Hu, and Chairman and Global Design Principal Keith Griffiths, Aedas’ design scheme came first in the competition for the urban renewal of Bagualing Industrial Park, a core project for the transformation of Bagualing area in Shenzhen. Located in the financial industry belt adjacent to Hongling North Road, the project includes a high-rise office and apartment tower, along with a retail podium. The site is surrounded by comprehensive transportation network, making it the nexus of cross-district connection. The project is embraced by key high-rise developments and a plenitude of poetic ravines and mountains. Inspired by Chinese thoughts, the design integrates the natural elements. Mountains and rivers are closely interconnected, to spiral and rise with each other. The design divides the tower crown into four jagged quadrants.
