Doing this spooky inspired skull faceup on this Faewoods Dolls Dahlia in lavender skin was fun and a challenge! The skull part is mostly acrylic with some pastel blushing.

Box opening of The Honey Doll heads, Rat and Ham!

The packaging was impeccable and so, so pretty. I can't compliment it enough. Each head has its own custom labeled box.

They sent extra eye bases as a gift! Magnets come already installed in the heads.

I'm so happy he decided to sell his dolls, they're adorable and have a strong distinct style.

Hello.

Coming back after so long MIA and coming back to a dead Tumblr is very surreal

I'm figuring a few things out to kickstart a pre order for a 50cm head, which was primed and nearly ready. And ofc, with a fresh view of it, I realize the glaring amateur mistakes that I can't rest without fixing.

I’ve been a fan of Joey Versaw’s Miss Mary Magpie dolls since I first saw them, but I’ve never been on time for any of the preorders or stock sales. He recently made a bunch of teeny tiny 2 3/4 inch dolls and posted them for sale on his site so I snapped up a couple. They are so tiny! I knew intellectually they were 2 3/4 inch but I didn’t really get how tiny that was until I saw them in person.

Each doll is made of resin, and comes with three resin wigs.

They arrived in these cute tiny boxes:

This Feawoods Doll Orchidaceae in chocolate skin was one of my own, but I've sold her on at this point. Her resin was beautiful and a rich color, and I enjoyed working on her.

She was a fun and beautiful doll, but she simply didn't strike a bond with me. Some dolls one loves in pictures, but not in ones own collection. I had two wigs for her, a pink and a blue one.

These were some of the last pics I took of her in my collection. I had to suede her tail as she was very slippery, but I knew that going into owning her.

It’s Toy Time Saturday With... My Little Danny! Wow look, Danny from the original My Little Pony Show got a toy finally! Everyone can’t wait to collect him, especially because he is taco scented! Wait a minute... Just look what date it is. Uh oh, it’s April Fools Day! And, as usual here comes a ‘prank’ fakie toy. In this case it’s a fun artist’s creation that they even packaged themselves. It's Uncle Machete from Sharkboy & Lavagirl movie. Every year this Tumblr does an April Fools special item, and he’s this year’s fun. Look how the machete is a comb now! Lots of thought was put into this.  He's a combination of a vinyl troll doll body & a figure head given hair, with custom clothes by artist KVNorlly. They even added the famous tattoo and rooted all the hair too, so he’s really brushable. The artist is also the photographer.
