As a trans creator, I Saw The TV Glow is an incredibly important film to me.

To celebrate and honor its impact, and also because I've seen some insane fan art for it following its release, I want to curate a fanzine! I've never done this before, so I'm more than happy to work with each participant's schedule in regards to a deadline, but ideally I'd want to have digital copies finalized in the next few months, with physical copies eventually being sent out worldwide :3

I really hate to do this. But since they've blocked me, I have no choice. First of all, please refrain from following or communicating with the mentioned user. -

I've been recently tipped off from another user that @michelle_mochi_monster stole a art piece from me, lazily cell shaded it, and posted it to both facebook (it's now been removed by a group admin) and on instagram, which it's still posted after I asked them to remove it. She only recently credited me because she was called out by others, and when I left a comment on her post about this she said she would remove it, but then proceeded to call me a jerk for asking for my art to be taken down, and afterwards blocked me from seeing her account. If you can, please report and block @michelle_mochi_monster. Do not harass them, or comment on their page or message them.

Mid-January Open Call Out to Artists In mid-January, my colleagues and I will review all artist proposals- to exhibit with & or gain representation with our Sydney / Berlin / Murrurundi art galleries. We are one of the very few art galleries in Australia, to offer up this most democratic of all call outs. Artists please for all our sakes, look at what we actually do. Look at the exhibitions that we undertake and consider how your practice fits in with the artists and themes that we currently exhibit or amplify. For example, we show very little sculpture. YOU MUST send all submissions to; submissions@michaelreid.com.au Submissions sent to any other email address will automatically be deleted. No more than three (3) images. Nothing bigger than 5mb in size- for the entire email. No discussions will be entered into, prior to mid-January. None. We will consider all submissions up until the 31st of January.
