in the matinee performance of les mis today in london enjolras came sprinting on stage during One Day More singing “ONE MORE DAY BEFO-“ and then slipped and fell flat on his ass and it was absolutely glorious. so privileged to have seen this in person
Emily Swallow’s face when d*nbo shippers in the crowd started yelling at Katee Sackhoff for saying Bo-Katan Kryze and Din Djarin have "no romantic undertones:"
Please don’t harass actors. Katee has been humoring inappropriate questions about a fictional romance for MONTHS. She has made jokes and played along to diffused awkward fan situations; ship what you want online but please don't bother actors with it (image from a different angle of this panel).
i really like to think that the life series is about martyn and the rest of the members being stuck in a tragic death game loop while the watchers feed on their emotions
and also that etho clone #3068 is just there to do his job (read his lines, be quirky and die) :)
VERY interesting how Q and V designed Till's R6 outfit with kpop boybands in mind, yet designed Ivan's R6 outfit like that of an actor. Something about how Till has finally succumbed and conformed to the pressure of the idol industry and how Ivan is putting on a final act before dropping his mask and throwing all of his feelings out in the open.
A friend of Tim (chose your favorite, let’s say Ives) is super hyped about this new movie coming out, and Tim is like, I’m a rich boy, I can make dreams come true. He pulls strings for them to go to the premiere and be right up next to the red carpet.
Tim knows nothing about this movie. Ives’s rambling has gone in one ear and out the other. He has not looked up a single thing about it. He’s just doing this because it’s a cool thing to do for his friend.
This will prove to be a mistake.
Down the red carpet comes one of the actors, a man long down on his luck, who has finally made his big break in a real Hollywood movie. We’ll call him Not-Eddie. An actor not known for such roles as: Tim’s fake uncle to stop Bruce from adopting him.
Actor Not-Eddie makes eye-contact with Tim. Tim makes eye-contact with Actor Not-Eddie.
Actor Not-Eddie would very much like no one to know he once accepted money to help a teenager commit fraud. (It’s tough making a living, okay?)
Tim would very much like no one to know he once paid someone to help him commit fraud, exclusively so he could prevent the billionaire who has since adopted him from adopting him back then because they were Going Through A Thing. Tim would especially like no one to know that he committed this fraud so effectively that every government database in existence still holds records for his uncle Eddie, who looks weirdly like that cool new actor.
They have been staring too long. Ives, oblivious, says, “Hey, you know that guy from somewhere?”
the idea that Orym has a death wish has led to some of the most laughable meta I've seen. Orym tells his closest friend - who has a penchant for delightfully wild impulses, is possibly important to the enemy's plot, and is about to see her biological father, about whom she has all kinds of complicated feelings - to not take unnecessary risks and people are handing out pamphlets on "a Treatise on Orym's Belief in Doom; Being an Account of His Deep-seated Hypocritical Actions Regarding The Pact With Morrigan, Hag and Fatestitcher" and it's like. idk man maybe they're going to be separated in a very clearly dangerous scenario and she specifically is in an emotionally charged and tricky one and he is saying "be careful", a normal thing friends might say to each other.
By now I think many people have heard that KristSingto’s upcoming series is an original script that was written for them. What we also have confirmed is that it was written about them.
[source]
KRIST: This series was written by P'Backaof and directed by P'Lit where they created this script from the start deliberately for the two of us and they got information for the characters etc. from KristSingto directly. In the series, the name for P'Sing is Tamtawan, and my name is Phatapi. And Tamtawan Tamtawan and Phatapi are KristSingto themselves.
INTERVIEWER: Does that mean you play yourself?
KRIST: [laughing] Yes, we act as ourselves, so it's not difficult at all.
Today, Aof elaborated on his part on Twitter:

And Jojo added:

So, two gay men are the leading creative minds behind KristSingto’s comeback series. Time to study up on your KristSingto history, kids. \:D/
Finally an animated Transformers movie without human protagonists and then they cast Chris Hemsworth as Orion/Optimus and Scarlett Johansson as Elita-1 instead of proper voice actors is going to be my villain origin story. This trend needs to die like yesterday. If I could I would never see and hear Marvel adjecent actors on screen ever again, girl. Just sick of it lmao.
I went to a local production of Romeo & Juliet where all the actors pulled their roles out of a hat two minutes before showtime and my favorite joke was the actor who played Juliet wore a trucker hat that said "GIRL" on it until the scene where Romeo and Juliet imply they've consummated their marriage, when he dramatically threw it to the side and pulled out another hat that said "WOMAN" on it
never ceases to amaze me how ppl are obsessed with assigning other characters's traits and story arcs to Izzy to pretend that He's The Only One Who-- (no, he isn't)
'cause yk there IS a character who has a casual disability/body difference that doesn't just exist when it's relevant to the plot (and is, in fact, not relevant to the plot at all, because it's not a narrative device). A character who starts out with hypermasculine posturing and tbh kinda femmephobic, and is then quite literally cured by gay love. Who's kinda weird and goofy, but depicted as hot and desirable, because that's what he is! Who goes through a traumatic event and finds catharsis and healing, and sure, lots of that happens off-screen and could be addressed in more detail, but when has that ever stopped fandom from writing novel-length metas and fanfics. Who has a beautiful, canon love story.
And on top of that he's a hilarious, sarcastic little shit, and just great fun to watch!
(It's Pete. I'm talking about my buddy, my best friend, my specialest boy Black Pete.)
But for some reason he tends to fall to the wayside in fandom. If he's talked about at all, there's a fandom-wide tendency to make him into the shitty, one-dimensional, disney-esque clown and comic relief character he notably is not in canon - and assign his actual arc and characteristics to a more palatable angry asshole.
In honor of PJO Series Release please have this: Alabaster Torrington and the Titans: The Lightning Heist. Introduction. Audio and Text below
Basically PJaTO from Al's Perspective. Like all opinionated white boys he started a podcast. Lol.
In case you don't want to listen to it text below:
INTRODUCTION:
Listen, I didn’t want to be a Demi-god…I wanted to be a wizard. And no, don’t let the accent fool you, I was not waiting on post delivered by an invasive species of bird seeking to whisk me off to some castle to learn “how to magic” or whatever. I wanted to have, use and practice Magical arts. SO when I found out that I was a Demi-god…it was the best news of my life…hehe, very naive of me in retrospect. Demigod life tends to end in abrupt deaths at the hand of monsters and if not that you just slog through the mortal realm as a mostly
Illiterate, undereducated problem child that seems to attract trouble.
Was I a troubled kid? Well actually, I was a rather unremarkable kid…it’s when I became a teenager that I became trouble. 😈 Trouble is my middle name. What? No I know that doesn’t start with a C. My actual middle name is- you know, I’m getting side tracked. No, Claymore they can’t here you you’re a ghost. Well I’ll I’ll just edit it out in post. Y-…n- I can hear you and it’s distracting. Shh!
…
As I was saying, I was a troublesome teenager. One that would often say “heroes never die” a phrase that, now having given it a little more thought, I feel I need to qualify.
I would never imply that heroes have to be immortal, goodness knows that for some immortality removes you from reality to such a degree that heroic deeds are no longer a priority. I would also never imply that those that have lost their lives in battle are not heroes. I would never want to insult them in that way. I could…never…I- *sigh*
What I find rings more true now is an equally popular phrase. “You either die a hero. Or live long enough to see yourself become a villain”. And after all, that’s what’s this is. This is a story…of a villain.
i started playing max payne 2 and was immediately so put off by how he no longer has sam lake's face that i decided to put together a collection of some of the max payne 1 panels that i really liked. enjoy <3
