The Prophecy

Atsumu Miya x Gn!Reader

Warnings : self hatred, self doubt, js plain old negativity, mentions of self harm, alcohol, suicide, please scroll away if this is sensitive to you. I guess implied female ( Only implied with the nickname "Nee" meaning older sister in Japanese, however the pronouns are they/them )

Synopsis : Y/n Sosogi, someone who has many troubles, even as a child. Growing up, she had a hard time trusting others, and takes everything to heart. Their encounter with a certain someone did not go well.

BACKSTORY

"Congratulations on your delievery, Mrs. Sosogi!" The nurse of Sanno Hospital exclaims, a bright smile plastered on her face as she hands the recently cleaned newborn baby, the mother smiles in contentment, pure love and affection portrayed on her face, she turns and faced her husband, "Our perfect Y/n." She mutters in exhaustion, she flashes her husband a smile of fatigue, and yet she felt like she was on cloud nine. Her husband could only laugh in adore, caressing his wife's head, his lips brushing on her forehead, delicately pressing his lips, and releasing a few seconds later.

"Oi, brat." Ashitaka Sosogi, Yn Sosogi's older brother. The child looks up at their older brother, their brows furrowing, "You know, your name doesn't fit you at all." Y/n says, Ashitaka's eyebrows rise, and furrows, "Y'know this is why I call you damn bra-" "Ashitaka!" The boy gets cut off by their father, who was in the dining table drinking his coffee, the fresh aroma of grilled fish takes over the children's noses, whipping their heads to the direction of their mother. "Yaki zakana!" The siblings say in sync, and the parents laughing.

Y/n has grown up and it is their first year in elementary class. "Ah look at ya, all grown up." Ashitaka says with a smug yet proud grin- however, as the child Y/n is, they had assumed that their older brother was teasing them yet again, and so they pouted, and scoffed. "Yer so annoying!" Y/n says, crossing their arms and looking away, "Oh c'mon don't give me that face, Nee." He says, fixing the collar of the 6 year old child, and patting their head. "Don't be afraid, okay? It can be scary sometimes." Ashitaka says, pointing at the child, Y/n firmly nodded, a determined look on their face. "I won't be scared! I'm grown!" They say, putting their hands on their hips, striking a proud pose.

On the first day of the child, they had cowered behind their older brother, seeing the amount of people entering the school was extremely overwhelming for the child, Ashitaka turns around, looking down, and grinning, "I thought ya aren't afraid, Nee?" He says, his hands planting over the child's head, and gently ruffling it, the child shakes their head, removing their older brother's hand off, "I-I'm not scared!" The child exclaims, running ahead, then stopping, turning around to face their brother, as the child looks at their brother, their forehead scrunches, and they pout, Ashitaka's brows raising, then covering his mouth as an attempt to conceal his laugh. "I-I don't wanna go.." said the weeping child, sniffling.

"Ashitaka! Why didn't you pick me up?!" Yelled the child, Ashitaka hurriedly ran down the steps, "Isn't it way too early for your dismissal?!" He exclaims, running to the child, "I told you, didn't I? It's the last day of school so they'd dismiss us early!" They exclaim, looking up at their brother, Akitashi sighs and kneels in front of them, placing both hands on their shoulder, and looking at them, "I'm sorry, Nee. I got caught up with school works." He says, however his eyes portrayed stress, Y/n had picked that up, "Ashikata, are you okay?" The child asks, Ashitaka smiles, "I'm alright, Nee." He says, rubbing her head. "I'll be okay."

"I'm sorry, Nee. I'm so sorry." Ashitaka apologized and apologized, trying to comfort his younger sibling who was crying, "Don't leave.." They say in between their tears and silent sobs, their older brother was leaving for college, and then plans on going pro-athlete. "Take care of mom for me, okay? She's been struggling recently." He says, placing his younger siblings fringes aside, then hugging them. "I'm sorry that papa hasn't been taking care of us, Nee. I promise I'll visit, okay?" He says, exhaling, the child weeps, and weeps, refusing to let go of their older brother, or rather, their father figure. "Don't leave.."

the now 10 year old child has grown up, after their brother's departure from the house, they've been less lively. Not to mention, the Sosogi family has drastically gotten worse, it's as if Ashitaka was the one who pieced the pieces together. As y/n was walking through the halls of their house, she heard a thud in their mother's room, they turned their head to their mother's room, and walks to the direction of the room. Knocking once, and then twice, they call out to their mother, "Mama?" They say, their hand slowly moving to the doorknob and then slowly opened the door. However, the sight they are about to see is something that'll horrify them until they grow old.

seeing the hanging form of their mother, their eyes widen and slowly back away, their heel tripping over the uneven floorboards. Were there always uneven floorboards in their house? Y/n never noticed. Ashitaka and their mother would always carry them down, they didn't realize that they've been neglecting everything they've done. Their heart drops, they quickly stand on their feet, and screamed; "Papa!"

ever since that day, everything fell down. Their father has turned into an alcoholic, constantly trying to shut out the memories of seeing his wife hung from the ceiling and swaying back and fourth, due to his addiction in alcohol, he has been neglecting his child's health, he has failed to notice how his child has been going through things, he has failed to noticed how he has been mentally abusing his child with his new wife, and yet, he refuses to ask for his child's forgiveness, he refuses to atone for his mistakes of choosing his occupation, almost completely abandoning his family. Now that his former wife and oldest child is gone, all he has left is his child- what was his child's name again? Oh, the guilt he feels, the suffocation of not being able to remember any details of his youngest child, oh how he wishes he could've turned back the time he's rejected the offers of going out with his family. He didn't even know that his youngest child was now 13.

13, was the age of Y/n Sosogi, it has been 4 years since their brother has left, and has never visited yet. Their father, not even their step-mother came to their graduation, leaving their classmates make harsh comments. On the day of their graduation, should be the most memorable, but it was the most humiliating day of their life.

"Papa, I'm off.." Said Y/n, placing the strap of their bag around their right shoulder, hearing the lack of response, she looked up, and saw their father on the ground, steady, not breathing. Their breathe hitches, and they drop their bag. Why is this happening to them? Why is everyone leaving them? "M-Mom!"

15. That's how old Y/n has grown, friendships, family, relationships, why didn't they last? Why did everything go wrong for them? Are they the problem? Were they not good enough for the Gods, not satisfied? They've never done anything wrong. Today, was their first day in high school, in Inarizaki High.

Princess Mononoke is a historical fantasy film written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki and produced by Studio Ghibli, released on the 12th of July, 1997.

Ashitaka, an Emishi prince, is cursed by a mad god while protecting his village.  Banished, he must travel west to save his life, and ends up in the middle of a conflict among gods and men.

This film is set in roughly 1400’s Japan, which meant that I knew it was on shaky footing to begin with, but I held hope in my heart anyway.  This was Studio Ghibli we are talking about after all, and more importantly Hayao Miyazaki.  I have gone on record stating that “Miyazaki is good at airplanes.”  He can normally seamlessly incorporate them in his works, and capture such a raw form of their appeal that it is truly striking. Unfortunately, in this movie, he does no such thing.  Over the two hour runtime of this movie there is not a single airplane, fantastical or otherwise, nor is there even friendly flying god or dragon to give Ashitaka a lift. Out of every Miyazaki movie that I have seen, this one is by far the worst.

Princess Mononoke

does a great job damaging Miyazaki’s credibility, both as an airplane guy and as an artist, and earns itself a big, fat zero out of five airplanes.

Tự cổ chí kim, những ngôi đền hay nhà thờ đều là nơi tập trung nguồn trí lực của các dân tộc, thể hiện tinh hoa của một nền văn hóa.

Prambanan là một tổ hợp có tới 240 ngôi đền được xây dựng từ triều đại Sailendra hùng mạnh giữa Thế kỷ 9 (sau CN) ở trung Java, Indonesia. Đây là đền thờ Hindu lớn nhất nước này và là một Di sản Thế giới được Tổ chức Giáo dục, khoa học và văn hóa Liên Hợp Quốc (UNESCO) công nhận. Đáng tiếc là các đền thờ chính đã sụp đổ vì động đất, một số được dựng lại vài lần nhưng số khác vẫn là đống đổ nát.

Đền thờ Phật giáo Kimkaku-ji ở Kyoto, Nhật Bản, cũng là Di sản Thế giới và là một trong những công trình nổi tiếng nhất của nước này, thu hút rất nhiều khách du lịch mỗi năm. Nó vốn được xây làm nơi nghỉ hưu của Tướng quân Ashikata Yoshimitsu năm 1397 rồi được chuyển thành một ngôi đền sau khi ông chết năm 1408. Năm 1950, ngôi đền bị một nhà sư trẻ phóng hỏa nhưng được phục dựng 5 năm sau đó giống y như bản gốc.

Đền Sri Ranganathaswamy được coi là ngôi đền đầu tiên và quan trọng nhất thờ thần Ranganatha của đạo Hindu, tọa lạc ở bang Tamil Nadu (Ấn Độ) và được biết đến qua một số tên khác như Thiruvaranga Tirupati, Periyakoil, Bhoologa Vaikundam hay Bhogamandabam. Phần cổ xưa nhất của ngôi đền được xây từ thế kỷ thứ 10.

Đền Ivolginsky Datsan được xây dựng năm 1945, và là đền thờ Phật giáo đầu tiên ở Liên bang Xô Viết lúc bấy giờ. Hiện nó là nơi linh thiêng nhất của cộng đồng Phật tử ở Nga.

Wat Rong Khun (Đền thờ Trắng) ở tỉnh Chiang Rai, Thái Lan, là bản sao của đền Wat Rong Khun bản gốc hiện trong tình trạng xuống cấp nghiêm trọng nhưng thiếu tiền trùng tu. Chính vì thế, nghệ sỹ người Thái Chalermchai Kositpipat đã quyết định dùng tiền riêng để xây ngôi đền mới và mở cửa đón khách từ năm 1997.

Thiên Đàn hay Điện thờ Trời là một tổ hợp công trình tôn giáo của hoàng gia ở trung tâm thủ đô Bắc Kinh, Trung Quốc, được xây dựng từ năm 1420 và sau đó trở thành nơi các Hoàng đế nhà Thanh và Minh thực hiện nghi lễ tế trời. Bao quanh Di sản Thế giới được UNESCO công nhận này là một công viên, tạo thành tổ hợp rộng tới 267 ha.

Paro Taktsang, hay Hang Hổ, là một điểm đến linh thiêng của Phật tử ở Himalaya. Đền thờ năm trên mỏm đá nhìn xuống thung lũng Paro ở Bhutan. Nhà thờ Chính thống giáo của Nga này có 22 mái vòm, cao 37m, được UNESCO công nhận là Di sản Thế giới năm 1990.

Sri Harmandir Sahib (Đền Vàng) là nơi cầu nguyện linh thiêng nhất của người theo đạo Sikh, tọa lạc tại thành phố Amritsar, Punjab, Ấn Độ. Được dựng lên từ năm 1577 và tu bổ năm 1764, tầng trên của ngôi đền được dát đến 750kg vàng ròng, phần trần cũng được làm từ vàng và đá quý.

Đền thờ Hồi giáo Sheikh Zayed ở Abu Dhabi, Các Tiểu vương quốc Arab thống nhất (UAE) là đền thờ Hồi giáo lớn nhất ở nước này. Ngôi đền do 1 kiến trúc sư Syria thiết kế và được xây từ năm 1996 đến 2007. Công trình bao phủ một diện tích hơn 12ha.

Gawdawpalin Pahto là một đền thờ Phật giáo có từ thế kỷ 12 ở Bagan, Myanmar. Nó từng bị phá hủy nặng nề trong vụ động đất 1975 và được xây dựng lại trong nhiều năm sau đó.

Sagra Família là một nhà thờ Công giáo Rome lớn ở Barcelona, Tây Ban Nha, do kiến trúc sư Antoni Gaudí thiết kế. Công trình được xây từ năm 1883 và là một Di sản Thế giới được UNESCO công nhận nhưng tiến trình thi công rất chậm do dựa vào tiền quyên góp cá nhân. Dự kiến các tòa tháp và phần lớn công trình sẽ được hoàn thành vào năm 2026, nhân 100 năm ngày mất của Gaudí, còn phần trang trí sẽ được hoàn tất vào năm 2030 hoặc 2032.

Nhà thờ Chúa Cứu thế trên Máu đổ ở St. Petersburg, Nga, là một trong những điểm hút khách du lịch chính của thành phố này. Được xây dựng từ năm 1883 đến 1907 tại nơi Hoàng đế Alexander II từ trần (3/1881), nhà thờ Chính thống giáo của Nga này có bức tường ghép gốm (mosaics) được cho là lớn nhất thế giới, rộng hơn 7.500m2.

Ghibli’s anime

I don’t know, today, maybe it’s the 15 or 16th day of the quarantines and I haven’t done a lot of things except cooking and maybe watching anime and lately I’ve been watching studio ghibli animes and it’s amazing you know, I think I finished like three or four of those anomes in the last few days, the thing is their animes are so captivating and the details, gosh, they’re different and new, the characters design too, everything is just amazing. Plus the emotional side of it too, while I was watching it, it touched even the darkest and deepest part of my heart that I don’t even know exist. It seems to me that one anime, they have their own lessons to be learned from, and also different people seem to get it very differently. For example, grave of the fireflies, gosh, I cried so hard for that, it’s like one of the best anime movie ever, but then I watched whisper of the heart, and then again, it touched the teenage part of my heart who dreamed, and it kinda inspired me to start doing what makes me happy again. And ytd, I watched proncess mononoke, it was phenomenal, the character design is beautiful and the relationship between human and nature and also the ashikata and mononoke were just beautifully portrayed by their young and pure love. One more thing I learned from that movie is that in the real world, there’s no good and evil, u just have to see from their points of views. And today, I watched howl’s moving castle, there was not much I got from this anime, but it was so amazing that I could not stop watching and plus I ship those two so much, howl and sophie 😍😍😍
