There's always a belief that's commonly accepted that Scorpio Venus is always loyal or stick to one person and if the native is not, people will ask "but they're Scorpio Venus, how can they not behave like the stereotype? But the reality is it's not always like that.

Taurus-Scorpio axis indeed deal with possesiveness. Eventually, their lesson is to surrender or let go of the possesiveness. But Libra isn't like that. I understand that some people say Libra can be clingy that's often overlapped with possesiveness but that's not the case. Libra is also ruled by Venus as Taurus. As Venus deal with love and materials, when we like or love something, we also want to have that thing. So love for Libra and Taurus is by having. But Libra is different. Libra is cardinal air. Means that although Libra is ruled by Venus and can show some degree of clingy, possesiveness, which I feel is common traits for venusian, but Libra is able to detach from that (air sign). Libra is also cardinal. What to remember is cardinal doesn't settle, especially combined that with air. Even when they do, they are able to get out of it when they find something better. It's fixed energy who's settle in whatever areas they choose, let's say for Taurus and Scorpio in this matter is they settle for people they have deep attachment with, although they know that there are a lot of people who are better than the ones they're attached with. Pisces, Virgo, Taurus, Scorpio or combinations between those four signs in inner placements (Scorpio + Virgo, Scorpio + Pisces, could be Taurus + Scorpio, etc) are the ones who will settle with people and even be that way most of time and ignoring potential partner who can treat them so much better. They'll always come back.

How to know that Libra + Scorpio Venus really love you? It's by when they agree to marry you and actually marrying you that you can believe that they are truly love you. Libra + Scorpio Venus are not really afraid commitment. In fact, mostly they don't. They're willing to be in relationship with you. Libra + Scorpio Venus doesn't mind relationship, in fact they like it. They are not hesitant. But the fact is, do they want to marry you so you finally can be together with them? That's another different level. Libra maybe is not seemed as choosy when they enter relationship, but Libra is actually picky when they choose their partner for marriage. What people may not really know is Libra rank their potential partners. The term that someone use and I fully agree with, is that Libras are willing to kiss frogs. Meaning that they're willing to try for couple times (trial and error) until they find the one that's best for them. So Libra placements + Scorpio Venus can have a lot of crushes or hit on many people, although it's based on stereotype is very not Scorpio Venus for them. Of course this depend on the developlement of the people. People who are undeveloped Libra + Scorpio Venus may spend their time in obsessing and at the same time hit many people. Could be someone who couldn't appreciate relationship. Codependency could also happen here. The evolved ones are people who can pick the best for them (Libra) but also love them fully and in intense way (Scorpio Venus).

Another thing is eventhough Libra says they love you and want to be with you, if you don't appreciate them + they find better person, they get out of that relationship. Which I say this add a lot of easeness in some way for Scorpio Venus who can be so fixated in someone and ignore anybody else who can treat them a lot better. Libra is exaltation in Saturn, they're cautious even they don't seem like that cuz Venusian energy soften or even blur the harsh traits of Saturn.
