I really hope someday Atsushi will openly talk about his hallucinations to someone (Akutagawa doesn't count now).

Lately, he doesn't picture the headmaster (who constantly criticised him, insults him), but Dazai (who actually encourages him, without giving the answer to his problem), everytime he feels cornered. Since Dazai's the one who gave him a new life, a choice, a place to call his own, Atsushi uses his image to reassure himself. Atsushi and Dazai's bond is truly precious. Anyway, this boy needs therapy (like basically every single character in the series)
