You know a silly thing I want?

I think that Naomi and Gin should team up and be a non-superpowered version of Soukoku. They're already enemies via being on different sides but more than that....Naomi's intelligence and quick thinking + Gin's almost supernatural skill with knives? That's more soukoku-y than the more fighting-based partnership Akutagawa and Atsushi have.

But even more than that...they are both sisters to powerful members of their organisations, they are both the only significant character-based rather than author-based characters, and they both have that whole illusion/more than they seem thing going on. Also, IRL Akutagawa and IRL Tanizaki bickered or something about literature, didn't they?

Anyway, yeah...it would be cool to me to see them team up....

more shin soukoku headcanons bc I'm obsessed

Sometimes Atsushi will get into a really bad lee mood and he'll try to hype himself up to either ask or provoke Akutagawa into doing something about it, but he's still kind of shy about some things and he doesn't always succeed.

Akutagawa will often sense something is up when this happens, and if he does put it together what Atsushi is hoping for, it's 50/50 on whether he'll dive in and attack right away or draw it out and make him beg for it.

Atsushi will get incredibly flustered and a little frustrated but ultimately isn't above begging if it means he'll get tickled.

When it finally happens he won't fight Akutagawa at first, which Akutagawa finds amusing.

However, when he does finally start to fight back, Akutagawa often employs Rashomon to hold him still and make him panic a little, because let's be honest - Aku loves seeing Atsushi all freaked out like that. <3

Atsushi will beg again if that's what Aku wants - which it often is.

Other times he lets him fight and wrestles with him himself, just to have the satisfaction of being able to physically overpower him on his own.

Akutagawa loves soaking up his desperate little noises and laughter for a while before finally letting him go.

Atsu rarely tickles him back after an episode like this, but on the off chance that he does, there's a good possibility that Aku will wrestle and pin and tickle him all over again, since he clearly didn't get enough the first time around. <3

Osamu Dazai

When he first met you he took note of your trait of sleeping all of the time. At first it concerned him since he thought that it might have been a health condition, but when he found out that it wasn't, he found it absolutely adorable.

He would bring you pillows so you can nap comfortably on your desk, or sometimes he’d even bring a spare blanket to the agency for you.

Sometimes he’d find you sleeping around the agency’s office, or he’d find you sleeping in a booth at the café downstairs. He’d of course let you sleep because someone as adorable as you deserves your beauty rest, no?

Though, sometimes he’d get slightly frustrated because he wanted to spend more time with you. You would know when you ticked him off by his tone of voice. If he was more whiny then usual, then that was your telltale sign of to stay awake for him.

More often than not you’d wake up to his coat draped on your shoulders, acting as a makeshift blanket. You told him more than once that he didn’t need to do this for you, but he insisted on doing this for you.

Eventually when he fell in love with you, he’d become paranoid about your sleeping habits. He knew that you were very capable of protecting yourself, but what if someone took advantage of you while you were sleeping? And what if he wasn’t there to protect you? He absolutely hated the thought.

After all, evil expects evil.

He didn’t want anything bad happening to you. You may have not known it then, but you were his lifeline. If something happened to you, then he wouldn’t know what to do with himself.

After a few weeks of contemplating on what he should do, he eventually kidnapped you.

Terribly enough, he took you while you were napping. He did exactly what he feared what would happen to you. A part of him felt awful, but another part was happy that you were finally safe in his arms.

He knew that you’d never leave him.

You like him far too much for that.

Ranpo Edogawa

To put it in short, he absolutely loved your ability to sleep anywhere. In fact it’s one of the reasons why he fell so head over heels for you. He found it absolutely adorable! How could he not?! He got to see your adorable sleeping face!

In fact, seeing you nap was his motivation for each day. He absolutely loved seeing you so at peace. He wouldn’t trade it for the world.

When you two first got into a more normal relationship, he’d often nap with you if he wasn’t on a case. He absolutely loved to snuggle up to you and close his eyes. It was very relaxing to him.

Ranpo would keep a blanket and two pillows in a closet reserved only for the two of you. Fukuzawa of course approved of this for some reason. Maybe it was because Ranpo talked him into it?

Sometimes you’d find that you were more tired than usual. This would always happen after Ranpo offered you a drink as well. Surly he wouldn’t drug you just so he could cuddle you, right? He’s not that insane, right?

If you ever wanted to snack on something right after you woke up, then he’d let you eat some of his food. He is obsessed with you after all. Why wouldn’t he show you his love like this?

When you started to not want to nap with anymore, that’s when his obsessive tendencies started to kick in. How dare you not want to cuddle with the greatest detective anymore? You said it was because that you were starting to get sweaty from the constant affections since it was the summer months, but he didn’t want to hear any of it.

After all, he is quite childish.

When he decided to kidnap you, he gave you a higher dosage of the sleeping drug that he would give you. It wasn’t enough to cause permanent damage, no, but it was enough to have you asleep for a whole day if he was lucky.

Now that you’re with him, he’ll make sure that the two of you nap and or cuddle whenever he gets the chance. He’s very clingy towards you because he loves you oh so much.

And he wouldn’t have it any other way.

Atsushi Nakajima

When he first met you, you were napping at your desk. Originally he didn’t believe in love at first sight, but you somehow managed to change his view on that just by being lazy and sleeping while on the clock.

He absolutely found your ability to sleep anywhere adorable, but also slightly concerning. He was overly cautious of what might happen to you. What if the Port Mafia went to strike while you were sleeping? What if the agency got in danger? What if some one tried to kill you?

He got very anxious because of these things. He knew he wasn’t being rational, but still, those thoughts clouded his brain. He couldn’t get them out of his head, and he hated it.

When you went home for the day to take yet another nap, he would follow you home and watch you through a window. He knew what he was doing was wrong, but he had to make sure that you’d be alright.

You’re the light of his life.

When you were sleeping in the office, he’d always make sure to move right near you just in case of an emergency. Though, he’d do this once he was sure that you were asleep. Because of his ability allowing him to hear slightly better than others, he’d only come near you once your breathing became more steady.

Sometimes your coworkers would coo at the two of you. They honestly thought that you were dating because of how clingy the weretiger was.

You’d have to explain to them that you’re just friends, and that wounded Atsushi. He wouldn’t let that show though.

Atsushi wouldn’t resort to kidnapping out of worry for you. No, not at all. What he’d do is make sure to stay near you at all times. He’s guilt trip you into moving in with him because he was just that worried about you.

Once he was able to always keep a watchful eye on you, he’d start to relax. He’d let you sleep without any worrying on his end.

Just don’t leave him, alright?

He wouldn’t know what to do with himself if you left.

Chuuya Nakahara

When he first found out about your tendencies to sleep anywhere at any given time, he was a tad bit concerned for your health. He knew that wasn’t normal, so when he asked you about it you made sure to assure him that it’s just something you do. You had to repeatedly tell him that you’re fine.

Once he got more used to your ability to sleep like that, he found it adorable. He liked that you trusted him enough to nap around him without a care in the world. He liked that if anything happened, he would be the one to save you.

Much like Dazai, sometimes he’d drape his coat over your shoulders so you could have a makeshift blanket. Or if it just so happened to be too bright in the room, he’d give you his hat so you could put it over your face to block out the light.

Though, sometimes he’d find your constant napping somewhat annoying. He wanted to spend time with you, especially on his rare days off! He didn’t just want to watch you sleep.

Because of this, on his days off you are forced to stay awake and be with him at all times. If you fell asleep or strayed away from him, then he’d get quite angry with you. He wouldn’t hurt you, no not in the slightest, but he’d lightly threaten you. After a few times you got the message and you’ve been by his side ever since.

More often than not he’d coax you into sleeping over at his place. The reasons he gave you to do so were simple; his house was on the larger side, and you’d be more comfortable.

Those reasons were true, yes, but he also left out the part where he’d watch you nap almost obsessively.

Sometimes he’d carry you to his bed and tuck you in for the night. He loved moments like those because it made him feel like your actual boyfriend.

Chuuya wouldn’t kidnap you because of your tendencies to sleep whenever you get the chance. Well, maybe he would if something bad happened to you, but that would be in the future and it would be a huge ‘what if’ scenario.

Just don’t leave your guard dog, alright?

I said it in my Soukoku fic, Dazai wouldn’t know affection if it slapped him in the face ten times 

Like he might realize when someone is showing interest in a sexual kind 

And he would probably notice if someone is crushing on him 

But like, if he likes them back?

He’s too busy panicking over read denying his own thoughts and feelings over you to analyze your actions 

He’s busy trying to think of anything but how pretty you are when he sees you -thank you very much 

No joke though, this can be applied to pretty much anyone he cares about 

I mean he practically had a heart attack when Atsushi gave him flowers 

Anyways if he finally admits to himself that he likes you then I could see him trying to push you away if I’m being brutally honest 

He doesn’t want to lose you and he believes that anything he wants that he obtains, will be striped from him sooner or later 

But…, in a perfect world he would eventually work up the courage to ask you out 

He would probably avoid directly asking you but this is Dazai so he could defiantly figure out some round-about way to ask 

As for the relationship? 

He would still be his teasing self 

But he would tone it down 

Not because he doesn’t want to annoy you but more so because he actually lets some of his masks down when alone with you 

He defiantly is very clingy to you 

Man has been touch starved for a long time and he fears attachment too much to be touchy with the ADA members

He never cared much for holidays like Christmas or Valentines

But like, if you ruffle his hair, his brain just stops.

When his brain returned to him the first time it happened he panicked

Anyways, he likes to be a spoiled princess

Honestly? Where do I start with him? 

Like congratulations if you meet him and make it out alive 

I don’t know if I should congratulate him taking an interest in you though 

I feel like he believe that the interest he had in you was purely innocent curiosity 

But I also don’t think he would try to delude himself for as long as Dazai does 

Eventually he would notice that something was different about his interest for you than usual 

And while he would hesitate to put a name to it so quickly he would eventually give in after realizing there was no stoping this feeling from festering in him 

After coming to terms with his romantic? Feelings and interest in you he would definitely begin to manipulate you into feeling the same way for him 

If you don’t already that is 

If you don’t confess then he’ll definitely do the same thing Dazai did 

And when you agree, he of course knew you would, he makes you move in with him 

He can’t let his dearest other slip from his finger now can he? 

I feel like before ever getting into a relationship, you would have been made aware of his ‘work’  

Please, make sure the man eats 

And takes his iron pill 

Nikolai is getting a little tired of that daily routine despite how much he loves to be around Fyodor 

Anyways, dates aren’t a very common thing in fact, very, very rare 

I mean… what did you expect? 

Man’s a literal terrorist 

That being said, from time to time he’ll leave his ‘lair’ to spend time with you 

If you ask, he’ll gladly play the cello for you 

If he snaps at you for ‘bothering him with pointless things’ when you bring him his iron pill or food just listen 

Don’t bother him with such things 

And then same thing the next day 

And after some 4 or 5 days he’ll stumble from his room 

Staggering as he tries not to collapse or faint from both his lack of energy and his iron deficiency 

And when he walks into the kitchen trying to get the iron pill bottle open? 

Let him stumble his way over to you and ask for help before you finally do as such 

And he realizes just how dependent on you he’s become 

It’ll happen again eventually 

But as of that moment, it’ll at least be awhile before the cycle repeats 

(That last part of Fyodor’s was based upon some fanfic I read for him. I'm not sure who it was by, but I’ll tag it if and when I do find it.) 

A/N: anyways, believe it or not, I love Chuuya just as much as I do Fyodor and Dazai 

I’m just not as confident in his character. Since I’m a lot like Dazai, he comes easy to me and by substitute, Fyodor does as well 

But Chuuya? Despite him being one of my 5 favorites along with Dazai and Fyodor, I just don’t resonate personally enough with him to write him really well

nothing pisses me off more than ppl saying that if atsushi learned that dazai abused akutagawa, he wouldn't care or he would even say he deserved it.

who do ppl even think atsushi is? that's his mentor, who took him out into the light, showed him that life is more than just abuse and suffering, having had inflicted that same pain onto the person atsushi thought was just fucked up for no reason, a heartless monster by default... that's going to be traumatic for anyone to discover. i think it would send him spiralling.

and that's not even taking into account the fact that he doesn't even think of akutagawa like that anymore. he's starting to see his humanity, to understand him, he trusts him with his life, his pain, he saw him sacrifice his life for atsushi... and then what does he know? that person who he's begun to care about has been hurt and dehuminized the same way that he himself has been. and at that people think he's going to say akutagawa deserved it? in what world?

Atsushi: I grew up in a cage. Chained to the wall and told I was nothing but a monster. I'd watch the birds fly from a crack in the wall. And I'd dream I could fly too.

Nikolai: You, you get it. But the way you are now, you aren't free are you?

Atsushi: nods My ability was why I was kept in a cage. And while I love the Agency dearly, I've simply replaced those shackles with the Presidents ability.

Nikolai: But why, why restrain yourself? You could run to your hearts content, do whatever you wish. Isn't that what you want?

Atsushi: Ha... More than anything. But with my lack of control, I'd just end up hurting people. I'd be exactly what the Headmaster raised me to believe. That man might be dead, but he haunts my every waking moment.

Whether it's a literal cage or one of the mind, I'm destined to be trapped either way. But at least this way, I can be with those I care about.

Nikolai: Truly the deciding factor. I don't know what I'd be without Dos-Kun. How intresting. You've given me a lot to think about.

Atsushi: Same here.

Nikolai: But I do think you're wrong about something.

Atsushi: And what might that be?

Midorima's already someone difficult to win, especially for a guy who wants to date his sister. So regardless of their past, with Kise it won't be any different; in fact, it'll be worse, due to Kise’s cocky and too much charming personality, unpleasant to the green-haired boy.

but as a person, Kise isn’t so bad. Is he an overwhelming, smug, and sometimes stupid guy? yes. But he can't deny he also has a good heart. For your happiness, he'll make an effort, but the blonde better be prepared for what comes for him.

“You really have a bad taste in men.” He bluntly tells you, getting on Kise's nerves, to his delight. Before any of you can protest, he continues. “But he’s not as dumb as the others, so I can deal with him. For now.”

⊛ kise ryota x murasakibara atsushi

“You're kidding, right?” Kise can't help but cackle, bewildered by the news. Not even in his wildest dream did he see something like that happening. You, his baby sister, dating this giant child? It's too much to actually be real. “Murasakibara-chi, you spend all your money on candy, how will you buy my sister something nice?”

He honestly doesn’t understand what you saw in Murasaki. The guy is lazy, gets easily bored, and probably has more cavities in his teeth than fingers. He is a whiny, giant baby, how can he be attractive?

It'll take a while, but Kise'll slowly notice Atsushi's qualities as a boyfriend. Definitely, he isn't the ideal guy he was planning for you, but you're his world, and that's what matters in the end for Kise.

⊛ murasakibara atsushi x akashi seijuro

Atsushi's fine with the news, he actually noticed the way you and Akashi slowly grew close to each other. He has a lot of respect for him, confident that he’s the best person to take care of his sister and give her a good future. If it were up to him, you might even marry sooner than planned.

“Seijuro-kun, my sister's new boyfriend?” He rewinds, asking no one in specific. Akashi offers him a nod, with a small smile on his face while holding your hand. The purple-haired boy scratches his chin, unfazed but internally pleased. “Well, I think this is good news.”

⊛ kagami taiga x aomine daiki

“Please tell me this is a joke.” Kagami practically begs you, hating the teasing smirk Daiki wears on his face, bothering his future brother-in-law. You shake your head, and Kagami loses his freaking mind. “Of so many people in the world, why him? Like, there's our neighbor Koshi a-and that nice guy from the cafe. Heck, you could even date a werewolf, for good's sake, just not him! What is so attractive about him? No, actually, I don’t want to know. I need to keep the rest of my sanity intact.”

As you can notice, Kagami was quite affected by your new relationship. And with Aomine nagging him constantly, it got even harder for him not to just jump in Daiki's throat. But with time, the two will learn how to deal with each other, especially since Aomine’s clearly making you happy. He can be a moron, but at least he’s doing his job right.

I'm getting quite impatient waiting for the next episode, so I'm just going to list all the possible s5 endings that I can think of along with the popular ones that I've come across

▪︎ The good ending AKA the delusional ending

Verlaine, Natsume, Yosano, H.G. Wells or someone- ANYONE shows up to save the day and then everything gets resolved and returns to normal. And so everyone lives happily ever after

▪︎ The sad but hopeful ending

Aya's ability is revealed, Bram's backstory followed by his death, which results in the vampirism being nullified. The DoA loses. Fukuchi dies/gets caught. Dazai has a plan. He and Chuuya take down Fyodor together in true Soukoku fashion. Fyodor dies/gets caught.

▪︎ The fake out ending

Dazai dies, Fukuzawa dies, basically anyone who is on the verge of death of death, dies BUT someone finds the book or the page (someone from ADA? Atsushi?) and brings them all back.

▪︎ The bad (sad) ending

Fukuzawa dies and everything falls apart. Atsushi loses control of his ability. It's the end of ADA (Goodbye Twilight theory- The ADA oversees the twilight so it's a goodbye to the agency)

▪︎ The doomed bungover ending

The whole world ends, and everyone just freaking dies. *55 minutes flashback intensifies*

▪︎ The Ranpo ending

Ranpo has a plan beyond the whole "trapping Fukuchi in Poe's novel" thing (in Ranpo we trust)

▪︎ The best ending

It's a rightfully deserved beach episode! (The past 2 seasons were not real. All the characters are alive and well, being silly as usual)

If Asagiri is involved in the making of the next episode (which he most likely is), then knowing him, he's probably gonna defy our expectations and write the most unpredictable ending for this season
