विश्व मानवाधिकार दिवस, World Human Rights Day is internationally observed every year on 10 December — the day the UN General Assembly adopted, in 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). The UDHR is a milestone document, which proclaims the inalienable rights that everyone is entitled to as a human being - regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, language, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. This year’s slogan for Human Rights Day is “Dignity, Freedom, and Justice for All.” Involvement, Education and Engagement of the Youth for advancement of Human Rights is very essential and I have accordingly given due emphasis on UN SDGs and Human Rights in my book, HOW YOUTH CAN WIN NOW, for furthering the cause of Human Rights and Purposeful Development of the Youth and Humanity. UNHCR approach also lays due emphasis on inspiring and motivating the young minds: "It is absolutely clear that we need to regain the universality of human rights, the indivisibility of human rights, and we need to find a new energy that motivates young people around the world." Author Your Future: How a 2-by-4 Matrix and Barbeque Skewers Can Change Your Life

During second semester at Waterloo in my speech communication class, we were asked to form a group with other students, decide on a theme important to us, and then individually come up with a persuasive piece we would like to communicate to the class. My group wanted to talk about success and how sometimes as students we don’t always see the big picture, especially when we’re focused on our academics. In this speech I shared a simple approach to Jordan Peterson’s future authoring program, some of its benefits, as well as some personal stories and fables.

This topic of creating the lives we want to live is one I’m extremely passionate about, especially because this idea of intentional living doesn’t get as much attention as it should!

At the beginning of the class, I handed out this matrix to each of the students for them to figure out a life vision for themselves. I challenge you to do the same! Below is the 2-by-4 matrix, along with the main steps you’ll want to follow. Be brave and live!
