Put aside who won, it's definitely sus that someone from a teenagers only-based show is even getting recognition from prestigious awards like GG and CC. It is definitely a PR tactic. Stranger Things, on the other hand, caters to people of all ages. For example, I've seen people in their 30s wear merchandise! This goes to prove how successful it is as well as is a global phenomenon! Euphoria? Fuck no! Like you, Pop, say, it's "riverdale 2.0". The only awards that show and its cast should be...

getting are a Kids Choice Award and Teen Choice Award. That's it. I mean.. how many people do you even see wearing Euphoria (and even Riverdale) apparel out in public? ZERO. Stranger Things will undoubtedly leave a legacy and those two will not. End of discussion.

FACTS. 👏🏽 However, I don't know if "people in their 30s" wearing merchandise is proof of its success, but I see what you mean. It definitely is a global phenomenon, though, that's for damn sure! Honestly... I think it’s safe to say that Stranger Things is up there with Harry Potter. Here’s an example of how much of a positive impact the show has on Hollywood (and people in general): 'Stranger Things: The Experience', which is an immersive experience featuring tons of merchandise, launched last year, and it’s still going on to this day. The pop-up ...shop...? is available in different cities with the headquarters being in Los Angeles. I really want to go to that location! This is remarkably close to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Anyways, I still can't believe Sadie, Natalia and Millie (in that exact order) weren't nominated for a 2022 Emmy, 2023 Golden Globe or 2023 Critics Choice...! All three award shows are over now and it is what it is. 🤷🏽‍♀️

There is no way in hell Christine Baranski, Sharon Horgan, Laura Linney, Mandy Moore, and Kelly Reilly lost to "riverdale 2.0" for the critics choice awards! That is inexcusable. I'll let GG slide because that award show proved itself many times that it's a joke but the CC awards???? That's messed up. Her agent most definitely payed both award shows to let her win for clout. She is not *that* talented you guys.

It’s all PR, dear. On a different side note, it should have only been these five actresses [Christine, Sharon, Laura, Mandy, Kelly] that were nominated for a Golden Globe and Critics Choice.
