How I feel about this character:

I’ll love him till the end of time and probably beyond

All the people I ship romantically with this character:

Hinami :D If it weren’t for Hidekane, Ayahina would be my otp

Also, I don’t actively ship it, but I’ve read a good ayakane fics back in the days, particularly this one, that I’ll always recommend. It’s very dark and very beautiful. 

My non-romantic OTP for this character:

I still don’t get what non-romantic otp means, but well 

I guess that I really like to picture him as friends with Nishiki, particularly after this panel. Other dynamics I’m very interested in (not romantic ones), are his relationship with Banjou, with Kaneki and obviously with Touka

I’m a huge Kirishima siblings fan (I was actually the first one to write about them in the italian fandom. omg, those were the days)

My unpopular opinion about this character:

I loved him even when everyone was bashing him for attacking Touka back in TG, and I still love his young self even though I don’t condone his edgelord attitude. I guess that the real unpopular opinion here is that I don’t blame him for leaving Touka as a teenager just like the rest of the fandom seems to do. Because:1. He was a child and children make mistakes. Everyone at Anteiku (even old man Yoshimura who is supposed to be the wise guy) considered him to be Adult Enough to make life-changing decisions and let him go without trying to talk to him first, even though the child was basically heartbroken and grasping at everything in his reach to cope with a grief no one taught him how else to cope with

2. Sure, I’m a fan of Touka too and I understand how devastating it was for her that Ayato just up and left, but no one seems to ever take into account that it was equally devastating to him, too, and that he was ten times stronger than his sister because despite it, he still left. I will remind you that Touka was his whole world at the time. The whole reason why he joined Aogiri in the first place was to become physically stronger so that he could protect her from harm. Not the wisest decision he could’ve made, but you gotta acknowledge the sincerity of his feelings, too. 

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: 

Actually got to talk about his past and present issues with Touka, properly got over them, and found closure for his father’s death

I have a bit of requests now and since I had been working on Ayahina week instead of my past ones as well, it might take awhile. Finals are coming as well. I’m closing requests for now but it’s only going to be up till early May because I have like lots of time after that. For the requests that I had already received, I might take awhile to get them out as well. I hope you guys don’t mind.

Things that are coming up: Touken (I got quite a bit of asks for them so I might do one or two fics), Kirishima family angst, Urie and Kaneki’s reunion, Ayakane smut, Ayahina and Seiaki.

Also for my Ayahina-centric requests (Ayahina smut, fluff in the garden, etc), I’ll be delaying them a little bit considering that I had written a lot of them for Ayahina week already and I want my other readers to get their fics as well. I will work on these but only after the end.

As for my Ayahina Highschool AU and Tousaki/Touken other AU, I am not sure when I’ll have them up. I have ideas all over the place but for now they’re not tying in together.
