to go with my john sketch page! i’m so happy with this design he’s so babygirl <3

(outfit sketch page & design notes under the cut!)

- referenced this post for his scars n stuff! incorporated more or less all of the red-marked injuries

- i always imagine him in suspenders (with boots for tromping!!) but i also wanted to give him a vest & tie, and of course he needed a big detective trenchcoat. i also imagine he’d want to wear gloves cause of his finger. and a bag cause lord do these boys have trinkets

- big nose. for no reason in particular it’s just important to me

- (also freckles, eye lines, eye bags, etc…. make this man look exhausted)

- similar to john’s design, i imagine his design will be slightly different season to season (hair length, facial hair, specific accessories, etc) but this is essentially my generic design for him lol

Everytime the dude enters a cave, especially that time in Addison when he entered the caved after seeing no trace of the scientist (?) That was supposed to be there and knowing there was a monster in the region. But can I blame him? Probably not, I would do the same

When he found those little baby leach-like creatures in the lake down the hotel, and while still keeping his hands on the water, being almost Jane prentiss'ed still was like "well, I guess that's the worse of it, right?" WRONG, WHERE THERE'S BABY THERE'S MOTHER STUPID IDIOT

And final but not least, the moment I realized Arthur mustn't have been very found of physics in high school
