A post about my theory THAT DESTROYS the "plot hole" (the one about the fact that bakugans live on Earth in later seasons). (actually, this theory is not very well developed. As people in Russia say, I "put an owl on the globe")

What is the problem? At the end of the first season, the bakugans explicitly say that they cannot stay on Earth. They are part of Vestroia, and staying on Earth will cause the universes to completely merge, self-destructing in the process. However, in the next seasons, bakugans live on Earth without any problems. Moreover, although in the first season we were always shown that in the normal state of the universe, bakugans on Earth can only exist in the form of spheres - starting from the second season, this is also no longer true. Why does it work like this?

First, let's have a history lesson. As you know, God exists in this anime. And God is Code Eve (then translator and I will get confused with pronouns, accept it. I think God won't be offended). It was Code Eve that created the first two bakugans, and they created Neathia-Gundalia and Vestroia. These universes are home to bakugans, where they exist in their true form without restrictions. But, what is important for us, the Earth does not belong to these universes. Did "our" universe appear by itself or was it created by someone? We don't know. But it is not part of the "family". Let's visualize it.

As you can see from this image, I claim that in the reality of this anime, there are not one, but Two multiverses. The first is "ours", there exists a universe in which Earth is located. The second is a multiverse created by Code Eve, where bakugans live. The multiverses does not intersect. And then the first season happened.

You all watched the first season and you know what happened. Nevertheless, I suppose you think that the universes completely separated in the finale. I have a different opinion. I believe that such a global event as the partial merger of two universes does not go without consequences. I believe that something like this happened:

I must say right away - this is absolutely unscientific, but who cares about it here. And so. I believe that during the separation of the universes, Vestroia essentially "pulled" the Earth with in. And, for this reason, the Earth became part of the "baku-multiverse". So from now on, the same laws apply to the Earth as to the rest of the Universes in this "family".

Why did this happen? The most logical reason seems to me to be Drago's influence. In the final, he gained the power of a Perfect Core, which probably gives him some control over the laws of the universe. I doubt Drago did it intentionally. Most likely, it was just a subconscious desire associated with the sadness of saying goodbye. I also like the option of romantic sympathy between universes, but you probably won't take it seriously.

Another question is, why did the bakugans go home anyway at the end of the first season if there was no need? The simple answer is that they simply did not know that the scenario I had come up with was even possible. So they made the most logical conclusion, and only then in the second season they began to contact the Earth again. A more complicated answer is that it most likely took time to completely move "our" universe. So, until the process was completed, they had to be patient for the sake of safety. But I think both answers are correct. Or something like that.

To sum up, none of this really makes sense. Most likely, somewhere in the anime there were facts refuting this theory. So I prefer to ignore these facts for the sake of peace of mind. I really like this idea that the Earth is now part of a common "family" created by Code Eve, and that's why bakugans live on "our" planet with humans. That sounds very nice.

You mean just the couple alone? I got so many but I will write down as many as I can remember rn:

Shun is not picky with his food.Though he's ok with desserts, he's more of a spicy food person.When Alice bakes cooks/bakes something, that's what his favorite food at the moment

Unlike Alice, Shun is  not the  best when it comes to  showing affection with words.Though he doesn't sound bad, he may use some roundabout ways to compliment her which others find weird but Alice knows what it means in Shun language (and that's one of the reasons she loves him).

He makes up for that by showing his affection with his actions, though.He is the type of person who would notice the smallest things others  wouldn't.

The grandfathers approve! Michael thinks Shun's a one  fine young man, and he also trusts his granddaughter's choices. Shun's old man already calls Alice "granddaughter" and embarrasses him anytime she comes over

It's already canon that they are both introverted so when comes to social topics, they support each other where the other one lacks.Shun will support if she needs confidence, and Alice will help him whenever he needs a "decoder" with his relationship with others lol

I think Shun would prefer motor bikes to cars. It's also canon that they both love watching the sky and being surrounded by nature so their favorite kind of date is where they can find different places they can alone and at night they  ride there for star gazing

Shun is definitely the more jealous one  out of two,but rather than making a fuss he wouldn't say anything and bottle up, or so he thinks because Alice can see he's clearly sulking lmao

Shun is more of a cat person, whereas Alice is more of a dog person, but they both love animals and are not picky with them

Shun was not into music that much.Before,  his music taste mostly consisted of a songs he randomly happened to hear and enjoy.Nowadays, he  enjoys anything Alice sings.He even asks her to send some voice messages ( he listens them to sleep)

Alice likes music and singing.She enjoys different genres although rock/metal would be her most favorite (she's introducing Shun to some of her favorite bands a the moment) Though Shun seems more interested in hearing her singing. He claims he needs them for meditation-al purposes 🧘🏻‍♂️

lync and shadow are never shown to have actual guardian bakugan like most brawlers in the series, until they get their mechanical bakugan and i dont think its said why in the show?

while i have no ideas for shadow prove other than, as i often justify most of his actions, being shadow prove. BUT for lync i like to think that his strategy to make him the supposedly best ventus brawler in vestal was for him to swap out his bakugan in every tournament brawl. every brawl he used a new bakugan so he'd constantly have the element of surprise and his competitors would be consistently unprepared. and i think would have 0 issue tossing out his bakugan after each brawl whether he knew they were sentient at that point or not bc. he's lync. u know what he's like.

i like to think that thats also why he struggles a lot in his brawls in the show. while i do have issues with some of the win/lose rates for characters in nv and how inconsistent it is, and i also dont think the win/loss ratios in nv is a good way to determine skill level bc sometimes it does contradict information we're given (looking at you baron). i DO think lync losing all his brawls when brawling solo and only managing to win when teamed up with someone else is intentional. if he relies on the element of surprise, but is now using the same bakugan in every brawl, its a bit difficult to have that element of surprise with that one bakugan, meaning he's had to change up his brawling style.

this is all probably disproven in the show in some way or form but its my hc at least

Obviously, Masquerade is far from just a human being. He has a lot of extremely strange features that you will not immediately notice, but once you notice them, you will no longer be able to ignore it.

Uncanny valley.

His shadow… strange. It doesn't seem to depend on the direction of the light, the shadow is always behind him. Its outline is clear, and its size perfectly matches the body. Sometimes, when Masquerade raises his hand or turns his head, the shape of his shadow does not change at all. His skin… strange. Very smooth, clean. Each area of the skin is exactly the same color and shade, and the tan does not seem to exist at all. There are no scratches or scars on the skin, not even birthmarks. To the touch, the skin turns out to be hard, similar to marble. His temperature… strange. He's obviously too cold to be alive. Touching him, even his clothes or hair, is unpleasant. It seems to burn you, but not with heat, but with cold. He's not cold as a corpse. He's as cold as the void. But you will never see steam next to him, the water he touches does not freeze. Physics itself doesn't seem to notice him. But you notice. His voice… strange. You can't help but admit that you like that voice. This voice is unlike any you've heard before - too graceful, too melodious. There is nothing great or majestic about it, it just fascinates you. You're listening to that voice… It distracts you from your own thoughts… You seem to have already fallen into the web.

His most disturbing feature is his mask. The blue glass with a black frame looks ridiculous. Such a strange shape. Why is he wearing that mask at all? And then you look at it. The blue glass is not transparent at all. You can't see his eyes, you can't see where he's looking. But with every part of your body, you feel that he is looking at you, right into your mind. Even when he turns his back to you, you can feel his gaze. And he knows that you feel it. To be honest, it's quite funny for him. Fear is a form of respect, and he knows he deserves respect.

But never tell Dan about it. He still doesn't seem to have noticed. Especially, don't mention "completely non-transparent glass". Dan won't understand you. He can see perfectly through the mask. But he won't tell you what he sees there. It's THEIR personal thing.

Bakugan Height HCs

I was lazy, so instead of full body pngs comparison, you need to stick with this one

Ok so:

I imagine Volt - visibly being the tallest NV character- is somewhere between 190-195 cms (193 in this chart)

Keith is also obviously tall,yes, even if he wasn't cheating with that hair, so he is around 186-188

Shadow would be same height or maybe 1-2 shorter than Keith but in contrast to Keith's slender frame his muscular build makes up for it . Around 185-186 cms

Klaus is also close to former two, so a solid 185

Gus,Ace,Billy are i think around the same height around 182-183 cms (or we can say 180 at least)

I think Dan,Shun,Hydron and Baron are around 175- 178 cms

Julie is the tallest among girls around 168 cms

Mira is also around same height maybe slightly shorter (165 here)

Alice is around 163cms

Mylene is a solid 160. (Yeah she's definitely a tiny badass)

Lync would be same height around Mylene or slightly shorter 160-158 cms for him

Runo is around 156-158 cms

And Koichi of Bakugan,Marucho, I'm saying this because I think he's also portrayed way shorter than he really is.I think he's around 155 (even though he looks like? 110?)

She’s said to be the mother of all Gundalians and has a deep connection to every soul in the empire. Her blue accents come from her being the sheer, blinding light like the brightest stars in the galaxy to balance her brother’s overwhelming darkness.
