which means that in all three of these. there are talking dogs, werewolves, evil information mining businesses. they talk about the New Democratic Republic of Old Socialist Prussian Sloviskia in the history books. mayberry exists. connor creek exists. scrags could meet up with artemis and paul and tell them about the mystery the gang just solved in their tiny town. instead of apple devices there is chimera. some people from saf are probably still alive. the implications. this is so important to me for no reason.

You know, I think it's interesting that Liliana is exasperated with Imogen for thinking Predathos is going to cause loss of life (outside of the gods), but re: Imogen's dream in ep. 68, when Imogen feels the draw to Predathos, Liliana shouts to her, "Imogen! Please run! I won't let it have you!"

Does this mean that Predathos is not a threat (as far as Liliana has been told) to common folk, but is a threat to Ruidusborn? Does this have something to do with why they are amassing Ruidusborn in Kreviris, in preparation for the mass migration to Exandria? This adds some interesting implications to her statement to Imogen about having children to look after. Does she mean the other young Ruidusborn she has personally called to the moon, as she did Petrov? "It" (presumably Predathos) can't have Imogen, but it can have the other children she's "looking after"?

She also seems to believe that there's a future for her after releasing Predathos, so it feels like she means something more than just giving in to Predathos' influence. She's done that, after all (as far as we know), and she thinks that's not the end of the road. She's trying to convince Imogen that Predathos is not a threat, but at every turn she is also telling Imogen not to get any closer because Predathos is a threat. Which one the fuck is it, Liliana?? Imogen is right for perceiving Predathos/Ludinus' plans as a threat that will cause loss of life because that is how Liliana is treating it every time she pushes Imogen away. So what IS happening with the Ruidusborn recruits that has Liliana so determined Imogen not get close to it? What does it mean for "it" to "have [them]"? And why is Liliana unafraid for herself?

🙏 CALL FOR ARTISTS/WRITERS/MUSICIANS IN THE TIN CAN FAM 🙏

As many of you might be aware, the Tinlightenment Kickstarter is currently a little halfway over, but only 40% funded. This is... not great. While we'll definitely pick up some steam towards the end, that won't be enough to carry us past the finish line unless we get to a pretty good place before then. And the third quarter of kickstarters can be notoriously slow.

As such, I'm launching two projects fueled by fan-generated backer rewards to help encourage more pledges.

Project One is going to be a collected list of all artists/writers/musicians/ect. willing to do a small project (a request-style drawing, a drabble, a jingle, etc.) for anyone who dms them proof that they either have just pledged a certain amount, or else just upped their pledge by that number. Each creator will get to choose the dollar amount for themselves, and is invited to do so based on evaluation of the time and effort they will put into each individual request, but the typical price seems to be five dollars. If you are already doing this, please let me know and I'll add you to the list. If you're interested in starting, DM me and we can chat details and I'll add you to the list as well. To be clear, you will not be asked to make a project for every single person--just those who specifically reach out to you with a request.

But if multiple smaller projects isn't really your style and you'd rather contribute a singular, larger piece, no worries! I direct you to...

Project Two, a SWEEPSTAKES GIVEAWAY! Essentially, anyone who sends me proof that they've just pledged/upped their pledge by five bucks will be entered into a giveaway sweepstakes (submissions not yet open). While the grand prize will be any item from the StarCanWrecked merch shops, I would love to offer some other fan generated prizes as well. @booigi-boi has agreed to offer a free head-shot commission as a prize, and I would be over the moon to get even more artists, musicians, or writers involved. So if you'd be happy to give away one free commission as part of this prize pool, please DM me! I'd be happy to discuss details and get you added to this second list.

(Depending on the success of this little endeavor, I would like to use it as a work-out-the-kinks dry run for a similar fundraising event for Palestine that I would hold a month or two down the road (after American tax season). Okay, so as resident Tsukasa fan (an original title i know), I actually really like this card. I know the fes cards are usually big and glamorous but I find it kind of nice that the character who’s most likely to get the big, grand card just has a domestic simple one.

I also love his hairstyle.

Like it’s so casual and when put against Saki and Emu, it’s pretty normal, looking more like a card from a mixed unit event than a fes card.

It’s such a nice contrast to all his showstopping cards like kingkasa, jesterkasa, etc. because it shows how much normalcy made him want to reach for the stars and well, be a star. That at the end of the day. Underneath his path to stardom. It all boils down to his childhood. To his family. To Saki. To the simple dream of making everyone smile even in outlandish ways.

That’s how i feel but i’m curious about other people’s povs because twitter (for the most part) is ripping this to shreds. 😭🙏🏻
