I just came up with a new wip idea and now I’m listening to cries of my other 3 wips in the distance

I wanted to do some wip planning and uni work today but nausea says no :( might try and force myself to do some anyway because otherwise I’ll over think it and make it worse

“You mean drug dealing?” Aster asked. She wasn’t sure how she felt about helping out drug dealers but if it meant that she would have a place to stay and she was safe from the police, then maybe it was her best option. It certainly beat sitting around in a hostel with nothing to do. At least she would have some sort of income.

“Not necessarily,” Victor told her. “Find something you’re good at and go for it. Dealer? Prostitute? Hacker? Whatever floats your boat.”

The thought of becoming a prostitute didn’t really “float the boat” for Aster and she was horrible with technology but she nodded. Maybe once she earned enough money she would be able to afford to move out of the abandoned pub they had mentioned. 

“Anyway, we’ll leave you to sleep on it,” Henry said as he and Victor stood up. “Goodnight.”

Just as they had reached the doorway, Aster turned to face them. Her voice sounded a lot more confident than she felt but this job was better than no job.

“I’m in.”

Okay so it’s more than a last line but considering the actual last few lines aren’t that interesting without the context, I added more. This is the last part of the Take Us Home draft that I’ve written so far!

Sneaking into the minister’s home is the easiest part. At this point, she’s snuck in five times already, which is pathetic of every single one of the embarrasingly high number of hired men posted around the building. Poor minister Cela is most probably getting scammed and that is incredibly fortunate for Jehona.

Update!

I’ve been a little busy over the past week with some stuff so I haven’t had much time to write, but hopefully once it’s all over, I’m gonna post some character intros and moodboards! 

Also, the UK has gone back into another lockdown which means I can’t go back to uni cries but at least I’ll be saving money by not catching the bus :’ )
