I have to admit, I go through some of these stages and/or feelings too. However, on the positive side I have self-awareness, intuition and Rhon (my inner voice). I’m grateful that she doesn’t let me stay on that dreadful frequency too long. She always knows when to step in with reasoning, honesty and a kiss of truth. So, here’s a sweet Kiss💋of truth for my feminine souls, the “Original Moon Goddesses”. When you find yourself acting in a way that you would discourage your Sistahs from acting, because of a man, you are indeed losing yourself. That’s a clue that you need to make time for self! For self-assessment, self-compassions, self-love, self-care, self-understanding and even get a make over and throw some “Selfies” in the mix. Remember, you are not stupid for loving him...you are not tripping because of how you feel...and you are not selfish for shifting your focus to YOU. Always search for the lesson in the situation, that the (U)niverse is giving you. Learn from it and move on to the next chapter of your story with self-respect and dignity. You don’t need closure or to explain why you decide there was better for you. Be sweet and patient with yourself, be impeccable with the words and thoughts you use for yourself, don’t take anything He does personally, and know that things won’t change overnight.
