Whatever emotions you’re feeling in this coronavirus is really ok and totally normal and understandable. Only a few weeks ago let’s face it what were you doing. I remember going out to dinner with my son to celebrate his birthday all be it late. Me and my partner went a way for a weekend. I was going to the gym to swim and started to do aqua. I Then went out to dinner with my sisters on Friday the 13th which I guess I can now call that “ The last supper”. Since then I’ve self isolated due to my many chronic illnesses and being vulnerable. It’s like almost two weeks for me now i was going around freely as above . We all kept calendars, with appointments, dinner dates, hospital, dr or even dentist appointments. Maybe holidays, concerts, football matches, special events all vanished like a dream crushed in a flash with no control what’s so ever. we can’t even plan a future, so of course we feel uncertain of things. So it really is ok to feel not ok but just try not to dwell on things. It’s ok to watch the news but not to much. It’s ok to sit on couch to watch Netflix , but try to still move about throughout the day too. It’s ok to acknowledge that the coronavirus is likely to get worse before it gets better......
