I'm beyond heartbroken to hear the news but incredibly relieved to know that Sam is doing okay and that he's well on the road on his recovery from cancer

Some Rust bells & Faded Ribbons content, meet the companions!
I'm revamping the post apocalyptic world to be sparse with humans and inspired by S.T.R.A.Y.
Arlo and Boe are old world robots and are apart of the assistant 'life' that survived the centuries of decay. Alro heavily having an interest in preservation of the humans and learning to try and turn the wasteland into a paradise, little by little. Their screen is cracked but refuses to replace it.
Alro despises Y/n's carefree attitude towards themself.
Boe on the other hand tries to live in the moment, taking an interest in Y/ns ability to create like the old techs. She is covered in dents and scratches by her clumsy and reckless nature.
Boe and Y/n get along well in cost of fun but both get chewed out by Arlo, fortunately. Who keeps their heads on their shoulders.

I drew "Miette", or my version of the Hakurei God (as she's probably perceived in the modern day, rather than how she's always looked.)
She doesn't seem to be in that good of a mood, though...

Going a LITTLE insane about Arafellin hair bells right now, because outside of a Southlander context in combat, they’re Borderlanders, they fight the Dark One, the bells are SUPPOSED to make a sound while they’re fighting, and would effectively scare off the ravens and rats that act as the Dark One’s eyes and his spies. Wearing something in combat, against the Shadow and otherwise, that would ‘scare off the eyes of the Lord of the Grave’ when they bring death to another, acting like a protective “ward” in a sense in battle. Is any of this explicitly said in the books? Not really, but it’s my interpretation.
