I have so many feelings about Bern and Violet and Hector and Jonah as older queers.

Bern and Violet are a queer couple who’ve been happily married and stayed together for a very long time, and they’ve been through so much together but still have a healthy relationship and life together and that fills me with so much hope that I can find someone and stay with them.

But then with Hector and Jonah you have two older queer people who were both single but then found each other and found love at an age when most people would’ve given up or resined to the idea of being ‘alone’ forever. And that also fills me with hope that even if I don’t find someone when I’m young, I can still have time when I get older as well.

This podcast may be a horror but it’s filled so much humanity and hope and beauty I genuinely love it so much it’s just incredible
