Artemis -- purely making an observation rather than judgment -- comments on certain preferences of Juliet's in women. She quashes this sort of conversation for good when she points out they're really not equipped to start digging into how even though she's not related to Artemis, she nonetheless still ended up with his mommy issues

#Juliet and Artemis being raised together but still having the dynamic they do in the books is just... so much #Between Butler Angeline the Major and Tim the adults in Artemis' and Juliet's lives were all over the place lol #imo Artemis and Juliet respond very differently to being cast in caretaker roles for a parental figure while teens #Artemis responds by becoming a control freak with his loved ones #and obsessively taking on certain responsibilities #whereas Juliet I feel runs away to pursue her dreams and escape the claustrophobia of being a Butler #But critically: you see similar retained caretaker (?) urges in Juliet and Artemis when it comes to Angeline #Tho' Juliet has tried to quash all memories of Angeline sick in bed #She's still 'willing' to step back into her role as a Butler (despite her arc in TEC) because Angeline needs her help with the twins #During wrestling season in Miami Juliet will be shoving spring breakers out of the way and stumbling over herself to acquaint herself with #The Most Eligible Bachelorettes of the Beach (exhausted single mothers dropping their college students off on vacation)

Was gonna vent once I got back to my dorm but my bus has been stuck in the same 2 blocks for ages so I’m over it now actually I’m annoyed at different things now

#that’s a lie I’m not over it but my energy to rant about how I’m doing all this gonna end up forever plagued with school stress and come out #of it in debt all to be thrown around seasonal jobs for years before I can actually get paid enough to start paying off those debts #this is a post i made #now I’m annoyed about how my college is eating the towns and businesses around it.#I don’t have coherent thoughts about it just if I lived in the houses around the campus I’d be sick of the campus trying to get rid of me #also I was like oh there 3.5 hours between these classes I can go back to my dorm. um no maybe my adhd not bowing time is right cause it too #k an Hour to get back to my dorm

#maybe im just overstimulated #4 months with no break from my family and i feel like im going to strangle someone #i cant fucking wait for college #like yeah boohoo im going to be sad and all #but fuck #between the yelling #the transphobic comments #the bodily noises #and the smells #its activity making me insane #and they wonder why im always on here #i know smells and bodily noises cant be helped but oh my god when my dad burps every 5 seconds i actually have to go outside #and the smell of weed #i actually wanted to smoke before i turned 18 #but now the smell of weed makes me sick #like i get my roomate might also have some of these #like she might talk constantly #or burp a lot #or smell like shit #but i haven't been living with her for my entire life #and the constant bitching about other women from my mom #i hate how i come from such a agro family #and she has the audacity to call me sociopathic #and they wonder why i have depression #and they wonder why i have severe anxiety #and they wonder why i have suicidal thoughts #im on the verge of tears because the noise around me just never fucking stops #and they wonder why i need music on always #tw rant #tw mental health

Okay I'm going to say it. The MOST unrealistic thing about Supernatural are the motels in the show. The driving. Can't just show up anywhere in America with 30$ and a prayer anymore.

#I'm so not kidding I grew up travelling and so I remember travelling pre phones pre GPS #Got a small taste between HS and College before Airbnb hit #Now it's a very depressing nightmare #Most hotels cannot book directly in person or have much higher rates than online from 3rd party sites #Some hotels won't even have a receptionist available unless you booked ahead #Most you have to let them know what 'window' you'll be arriving #and absolutely none of them are under 50$ even in the middle of nowhere -#but ALSO in the middle of nowhere some states car sleeping is illegal even if you need just 6hrs to be safely rested to drive again #Tumblr talks about how USA people don't travel #or they do but inside the country because our nation is That Big #but honestly travel isn't affordable or looked at favorably unless #you can afford to do it the 'acceptable' way #I think I should have been born even 5 years earlier #I'm still very much a liberal but as I've gotten older I've gotten sick of infrastructure housing rates phones hustle culture nightly renta #surveillance states etc etc #no wonder I miss Montana but even West and Bozeman are becoming worse... sigh

i wanna be into comics so bad but at a certain point, after starting and stopping so many comics so many times, i may have to admit that i am just not a comics guy

ACCORDING TO MY FUCKING COLLEGE I NEVER ACCEPTED MY FINANCIAL AID GRANTS BUT I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF EVEN RECEIVING THE OFFERS AND I WAS NEVER ABLE TO ACCESS THE FUCKING PORTAL THAT WOULD ALLOW ME THE ABILITY TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE THE FUCKING GRANTS AND NOW THE WINDOW IS CLOSED (???) AND I AM 6,000 IN DEBT TO MY FUCKING SCHOOL FOR THIS SEMESTER ALONE NOW AND I HAVE BEEN SENDING THEM EMAILS ABOUT THE ISSUE AND I AM FREAKING OUT BECAUSE IT'S TOO LATE TO WITHDRAW FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR AND BECAUSE IT'S PAST THE DATE MY PAYMENT TO THE COLLEGE WAS DUE NOW I HAVE FUCKING LATE FEES TOO EVEN THOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED MY FUCKING GRANTS THAT I EMAILED THE SCHOOL ABOUT BECAUSE I KNEW I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR THOSE FUCKING GRANTS IM ACTUALLY CRYING IM SO STRESSED FUCK YOU UCSC IDC IDC FUCK YOU UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA SANTA CRUZ FUCK YOU TO HELL
