So I’ve seen a couple dozen broadway shows but somehow never saw any form of Phantom of the Opera my whole life (I’m 26).

Of course I’ve heard the more popular songs from the show but I can’t ever remember listening to the entire album (maybe when I was like 5).

So I finally watched the 25th Anniversary special on YouTube and MAN that was something.

Obviously the actors and the show it’s self were amazing but I legit had no idea what actually happens in the show.

I always figured the Phantom was the good guy and that Christine just couldn’t be with him because you know he lives in the basement essentially. Legit no clue he MURDERS people and straight up kidnaps her and forces an engagement ring on her ( I am impressed he designed and made a whole weddings dress for her though). Also I do really love his bidazzled cape and hat. As bad as he acts, he is very crafty, I’ll give him that.

Anyway it just was not what I expected. Still very good and hopefully I can actually see it live soon.

And shoutout to all the ladies who play Christine because those are some serious high notes!

Today I created these mushrooms, I got close ups of most of them but because the app limits my space for how many pics I am allowed to have, I could not get another one. But I feel you can see the one(s) I missed here pretty well anyway.

I had alot of fun creating all sorts of colours for mushrooms, the shapes are from references I found on Pinterest, Google ect. I'm proud of most of them apart from the orange,green,blue,purple one. The colours don't go well together but I really wanted to experiment with all types of colours. I feel like It turned out pretty well in the end. I ended up basing my mushroom model (will be shown in the post after this) on the yellow gray one. It was one of my favourites.

This one has to be the best one I drew. I love the whole gem idea. It's based off the mushroom image below. I was trying to make it look more stringy like it is but it ended up looking more like a bidazzled mushroom. If I'm honest I like it alot better, I added a some sparkles and some gray outlines to make it stand out as my favourite. I was very pleased with the results.

Scary. Evil. Also adorable. He's the best evil little glitch demon but I swear, if he hurts Chase, all hell will break loose. I will paint his room pink and bidazzle all his knives. But overall, 9/10 Best evil turtle ever! (He only gets a nine cause he's threatening my boys)

🌃 - Jackieboy Man

Best. Hero. Ever. Move aside Spiderman. Jackieboy Man will save the day! He does need a bit of a wardrobe upgrade. Add some PMA and whatnot, maybe some green and a Septic Sam... But overall. Love him. Jackie is amazing. 10/10 Best Superhero.

I'm gonna be honest here. I don't know who he is. *loud gasps of horror in the distance* I know, I know. I'm terrible. But, based on his name, he seems pretty cool. King of the Squirrels? Dude. That'd be pretty cool.

🚑 - Dr. Iplier

He's pretty cool. I mean, he's no Henrik von Schneeplestein, but he's much better than Dr. Jacksepticeye in my book. So, he's okay. Pretty good at pronouncing people dead I guess. And uh... I hope he gets that stuff with his ex-wife figured out... 7/10 An okay doctor.

🎵 - Mark Bop

No idea who this is, but he sounds pretty cool. Music dude? Hell yeah. I'm down. Also, he sounds like he'd be a friend of Bing! So, he's alright in my mind! Hope he's not evil or something.
