Ppl talk about the Gotham kink scene but tbh I think due to political backlash towards Batman catwoman and co. Does SJM look at the poor excuse of the ACOSF plot and goes "I fucked up?" bc I do.

I get her needing to sideline Rhysand and Feyre so the fan base can focus on the new main characters, but... Nope, just Nope.

She could have easily had them have the death bat baby in ACOFS (although that's a whole other can of worms) and used that as an excuse for them to sit out the big fights/wars since they're focusing on family and 'rebuilding' the NC.

'Oh, she had to do it because Nesta needed to redeem herself.' Redeem herself for what..? Saying mean things? Having trauma after having been stripped of everything she's ever known and trying to drown it out alone without bothering anyone? Wanting to be left alone then finally snapping when her boundaries are disregarded like trash?

On top of all of that... she gave up her powers (although I don't think she really has) to save all of them over that stupid, childish, irresponsible death pact... Should have saved Nyx and let Feysand die tbh.

I'm not even gonna touch Nessian bc how could she have fumbled that bag so badly? I refuse to believe that those are the same characters who were going to die together.

SAMS au where Eclipse and Lunar are dca prototypes from another pizzaplex that go on the run after it gets closed down to avoid being decommissioned.

So i should mention i’m actually not that big of a fan of the Sun and Moon show lmao but i always really liked Eclipse and especially Lunar and their dynamic from the october arc last year. But recently a new episode got released that showed a not evil Eclipse and i instantly got big brain worms dhfg

Which spawned this AU! It doesn’t follow the shows canon so theres no magic or anything and Sun and Moon are still in the main/canon plex from the game (unless freed already by whomever its free real estate tbh)

So Eclipse and Lunar were theatre/daycare attendant prototypes from a different pizzaplex which went out of buisiness so they go on the run. They would live almost constantly on the move, managing to survive by stealing car batteries for charge and Eclipse taking odd jobs to do tech work/maintenance for electronics to earn some cash for renting motels. (He would also take the odd shady job working as a hacker here or there and often commits tax evasion)

Eventually they would find a semi permanent home once they are certain they are no longer being tracked and Eclipse would find a way to bring in some earnings both legally (and illegally) by continuing to take odd jobs in the area while Lunar would start up his own youtube channel or something for extra revenue so Eclipse doesn’t have to keep taking shady jobs (and just because he loves playing games)

Eclipse keeps them both maintained but Lunar doesn’t like it and will always complain as he would have had poor experiences with maintenance in the past at the plex (this would also be part of why Eclipse learned to be so good at it so he could do it for them both)

(Btw i don’t really plan to do anything big with this au i just wanted to draw some quick doodles for the brainworms djghj)

how would you describe the dynamic between aerys and rhaegar?? no matter what rhaegar was aerys's first and only child for a long time, and tbh i kinda love to delude myself thinking aerys loved him almost as much as he hated? him.....

Wrote about this before, but of course I can't find it, but since it's rarely given enough complexity anyways, might as well do it again.

This is the endless problem of not allowing Targaryens the right to be more than one dimensional and have complicated human feelings and Aerys is probably the sorest spot for it. A lot of people are finally backing down on the weird dehumanisation of Rhaegar, thankfully, but Aerys less so, as he is a big problem even for "Targaryen fans" - he is the sole Targaryen called fully "mad" - that can be acknowledged as that absolute sort of mentally unstable, and in a violent way that can be fully antagonistic, too - bringing that whole can of worms used against a whole 300 years worth of generations of a family, so everyone stays away.

Here comes the tired disclaimer that of course I've got to put out over and over before writing of Aerys as a mere person instead of a fairytale boogieman: he wasn't a good guy with particular virtues; he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed; he wasn't a proactive, great King, and although he spoke of great plans that sounded sound didn't put in the effort to accomplish anything; he wasn't a good father and least of all husband for most of his life, even in his better days with less excuses (well, explanation) to it. Etc etc

But he had the complexity of feelings and behaviour of a whole person! I've said it before but Aerys is one of these background characters dead before the story starts that gets TONS of interiority that adds so much nuance to this otherwise muddled portion of history, but he's not a "nice dead victim" and hence gets little attention while less "lesser" background characters get essays of made up fanon.

Aerys' desire for both successful lineage and grandeur for his House clashing with his deep personal insecurities is more of a downward spiral than his actual mental illness. (Again, something I touched on in a different post that Tumblr won't let me find) Aerys wants and fails to be anything grand, and Rhaegar being seen as great while being nothing like him is a sour spot, because if greatness is his opposition what does that mean? Of course he latches onto Viserys when it's clear he's got his character.

But what about Rhaegar? Did Aerys love him? Did Rhaegar love his father once? He was his prized heir in a positive sense for the longest of their relationship. He kept him close in detriment of his mother's claim on him (took him to Casterly Rock for a year when Joanna died). But does that necessarily say anything about love?

This is the man who would end up hurting his sister, who would be open about the intention to wish bad things upon his child, but he's also grieved these children with his sister once, he's turned to the gods humbled despite his self righteous arrogance, asking if it's him, if he can do anything to make it better.

And, in his madness, Aerys kills Brandon and Rickard for "threatening Rhaegar". Which is fascinating. I've been trying to think of whether he is trying to put Rhaegar in a worse position by it, but it doesn't work. If it were the case, he'd be glad to latch onto the accusations and make the best of it, instead of becoming the bad guy further by "protecting Rhaegar". If he weren't able to think that straight, at least his advisors would (he's got plenty of "whisperers" in his ears, we are told, and they are against Rhaegar's faction). But if they tried, but if they tried it's clear the "he threatened Rhaegar" convoluted thought won.

And I joke about the Rhaenys moment supposedly being the breaking point in Aerys and Rhaegar's relationship from his point of view (of all things) but... With these powerful families, the personal and political are in a constant clash. Yet it is quite something that political tensions are all high ("like before the Dance"), Aerys' undermining and threatening Rhaegar's position is open knowledge, and yet, what gets to Rhaegar finally is his father rejects his child - rejects family.

Was there only honour and "doing things right" in lieu of kinslaying? Was there a reason why it was hard to give up on his father and admit to himself he wasn't salvageable in any lesser ways until it's too late?

And oh, he was ever so aggravated by Rhaegar being so good at things and admired for it, but when he dies in battle... There surely must be some conspiracy, some betrayal for his shining son to be gone. Rhaegar himself wouldn't just be bested without a better explanation! Someone ought to answer for it, damnit!

Hi! I would like to try my hand at making my own ttrpg, but I have NO idea where to start, tbh.

Do you have any tips? Do you know of anywhere to discuss designing this stuff?

Hey that's super exciting! TTRPG design is a ton of fun and can be super rewarding!

So some general advice, based on what I've learned and also have heard from others.

Start small! Smaller than you think! Diving straight into the deep end with a big ol' fantasy heartbreaker is the road to never getting anything done. So scope out something that you know you can finish. Maybe that's a new class or playbook for a game you already like! Maybe it's an expansion or set of new subsystems! Maybe it's an adventure (though adventure writing can be it's own can of worms, but don't let that stop you hahaha)!

If you want to go bigger, maybe look at hacking a system or engine you like! I'm a huge fan of LUMEN as a fun to pick up and experiment with engine. Also, the LUMEN SRD (system reference document) is a very nice set of "how to do LUMEN games", which is very helpful. There's also other open systems/engines/SRDs like 24XX, Caltrop Core, and Breathless that could be great to look into. Powered by the Apocalypse and Forged in the Dark are both fantastic engines/systems to design in, but are also much harder to really get the hang of (and while Blades in the Dark does provide an SRD, it's a good rules reference, but not a great "how to" reference).

If at the end of all that, you decide on making your own bespoke system, go for it! See what happens! Try and figure out the focus on what you want your system to do (generalist games are always harder to make, imo), and then really dig into that. But I think starting with SRDs/hacks/expansions is going to be a way better start than trying to do everything from scratch.

Make something and don't worry about ever sharing it! This is also just general artistic/creative advice, but the first things you make prooooobably won't be your best and that's okay! I have loads of early design material and scraps that will never see the light of day, but working on them I learned a lot! If you do want to share things, it's fine to just share it with friends, you don't need to worry about publishing or any of that. Just remember to stay focused and work towards finishing something, because then you can start on the next thing. And the next thing after that! TTRPG design is a skill that takes practice. You can try focusing on one design idea in one project, and then work on a different design idea on the next to build up your skill set.

Play, read, and run a lot of different games! It's like with writing, the more you read, the better a writer you can start to become. You learn a lot about ttrpg design by interacting with ttrpgs. If you don't have regular groups to play/run things with, then try and read a lot of different games of all different systems and styles! All that you're absorbing is going to give you fuel for your own designs, and sometimes you learn something really cool from unexpected places (like, I could not have imagined the impact that learning about a lot of OSR design stuff would have on my own design, even though I don't consider myself a strictly OSR designer).

Don't worry about what other people are making! This is just the "two cakes meme", but even if you find out someone is working on something similar, it is always worthwhile to pursue your own vision.

This is getting long, so I'll wrap up that section and move on to the second question.

I think there's a pretty solid community of TTRPG designers here on tumblr these days, so you can try getting discussions going here! I also do a lot in various discord groups. I personally really like Plus One EXP which is very friendly to newcomers and has pretty active design discussions (I also publish some stuff in print through Plus One, full disclosure).

If you're looking for more spaces, asking around there probably wouldn't hurt either.

Ok but like ik you've been talking about werewolves and abo recently but like I need to say this somewhere.

I think yandere and abo is such a underappreciated combo. Especially when most of it that is made(or at least that I've seen) is the classic yandere alpha x omega. Which isnt bad but I feel like there could be so much more.

Where is the yandere omega x alpha who threatens to ruin the alpha's life with false accusations of the alpha forcing themselves on the omega? Or how about yandere omega who doesnt even hide their tendencies because ofc an omega would never behave like that! Then there is the idea that people actively encourage the behavior because(depending on how you write it) omegas are so rare, you dont want them to disappear entirely right?

Tbh my favorite idea is the omega trying to manipulate the alpha with their heat/rut. Like the omega just 'accidentally' getting their heat near the alpha. Or going over to the alpha's house while they're having their rut because they forgot something or someone said the alpha was 'sick' and they wanted to check on them. Maybe the omega even takes something to induce a heat before going over...

Then you have yandere omega who adores a beta. The omega being super clingy and possessive because they have no way to claim, or be claimed. Or using the fact the beta doesn't understand typical social norms with omegas being used against them, so the omega is doing shit that would happen between mates but the beta is none the wiser.

One could also do yandere alpha who has a thing for a beta. The alpha threatening anyone who even tries to get with the beta who's none the wiser. Same with the omega in the fact it really drives them up the wall they have no way to mark you. And oh imagine the alpha practically begging the poor beta over the phone and guilt tripping them into coming over during their rut.

These ideas have been in my head so long and the only reason I even feel the need to say it is because I've been having a certain idea in mind for a Mr. O'hara that wont leave me alone.

You know this actually puts my mind in a little time machine where I once had an idea for like, an afab Reader x Izuku quirkless AU where you're in the same university and you're an athlete (my preference is soccer player) and you eventually notice there's a young man who's a little shorter than you are who seems to always watch your practices and every game, just looking so wide-eyed and impressed as he always seems to look only at you, and it becomes this weird like, you're actually bigger and stronger than him but the little worm starts approaching you and being, uh, unintentionally creepy. He'll want your autograph, say what a big fan he is, how cool you are, shit he'll just greet you with a hug when he knows you don't like him and he doesn't even react when you shove him away. He's just a really clingy fucking uwu bottom and you're kind of wary about him because even though he's smaller than you, there's some suspicious strength in those hugs

Izuku absolutely strikes me as the type, "ohhhh noOooOoo, Reader, what's wrong? Are you in a rut? O-oh no, whatever shall we dooooo" *comes as close to you and touches you as much as he possibly can, deliberately trying to rile you up until youre riding his dick or getting HIM pregnant, also, babytrapping izuku, obviously*

But oh my fucking god my dude don't get me started thinking on ABO shit with Miguel 💦 literally laying in my bed right now thinking about how he's literally taller than my bed is long and really just letting it sink in what an absolute tank that man is. What are your main inspirations. I love your art.

You have no idea about the can of worms you just opened-

Truthfully; a lot! I take inspiration from everything and everything. That's what artists do :) but there's a very very long list of books and shows and movies I've watched/read that have stuck with me.

As a child I had a weird bunch of VHS tapes, video games, and books. Mom and Dad was a comic collectors, and dad was a musician so I got a lot of interesting songs too. Some notable bangers are: Yellow Submarine (the animated movie), the sonic movie, a few episodes of Pokemon (the one I remember most is the island of giant pokemon and when Pikachu gets ramen), and Spyro. I also watched a fair share of Disney and Pixar, Bug's Life and Nightmare Before Christmas being my favorite.

Sonic is definitely what I remember drawing the most, tbh. My first OCs were fan children! But animation was my absolute favorite thing ever, and I wanted to draw so good-

Once I was in my early to late teens, I got my fingers on the Internet, (and learned to pirate) my horizons broadened! My favorite artist at the time made a comic called Random Doom, a slice of life comic about their gen 4 team, and I literally would not be here today without them. They have no idea I exist and I'm happy with that. I haven't followed them in years but I remember them fondly. Another big artist I followed (and still do!) is Bechnokid! Her art is such an inspiration to me, even now! I want to steal it and put it in my mouth

Other notable things: the first two how to train your dragons, glass animals, Spiderverse, Cartoon Saloon, You Are Umasou, Indie Horror projects too long to list, Don't Starve, Lord of the Rings, old fairy tales, MegaMan (especially the Mangas drawn by Hitoshi Ariga), Steven Universe, the original Teen titans, Avatar the last Airbender, Bobs Burgers, Futurama, and honestly probably so so so so much-

10th place: The real Will Wood (2020)

I don't really like album covers where the focus is just on like. a dude

I like the lighting and the funeral motifs, and the cover kinda represents the plot of the movie, how Chris gets consumed by/obsessed with the personality of Will Wood

But still, I don't like the cover enough for it to be higher in my ranking

9th place: Everything is a lot (Remastered) (2020

I mean, I like it, but it's just a more bland (colorwise) version of the original, isn't it? Gonna talk more about it later on ;3

8th place: Camp Here & There: The soundtrack (2021)

Not a big fan of minimalism, but I do like the composition. The sky rieseling down like the sand in the clock is REALLY clever depicted (/genuine) (/impressed). I also like how the warm colors clash with the coldness around, reflecting the plot of the podcast (imo), but still, too much empty space for my liking.

7th place: "In case I make it, (2022)

It's ok, don't like the color composition tho. The moon (I think that's supposed to be the moon) (not sure), and the cheese. I like the nod to Tomcat Disposables (Is there cheese in the great beyond?/What's the moon made of?/Meet me there after I'm gone...), because it is my favorite lyric in the song, but I'm not sure if it really encapsulates the meaning of the album yknow? I like the style of the cover, symbolizing this big schizm in Wills music style with it's not so fucked up look, but couldn't the cover have been something that looks like it isn't just a cover for Tomcat Disposables?

6th place: in case i die:" (live) (2023)

It's silly (/sillious) (/in a good way) :3 The black and white really fit this album I think, idk why tbh. This cover was originally planned for In case I make it and I would have liked it if it would have stayed with In case I make it, but oh well.

5th place: Everything is a lot (2015)

The green-ish touch really adds to the cover. I love how the face breaks apart :3. Wills paisley art is just so pleasant to look at. And the brain trying to re-wire itself at the top is a nice detail :D im scared of the worm

4th place: The Normal Album (2020)

As I said, covers where the focus lies on a Dude™ aren't what I like, but. But as this is a parody of the 50s - 60s era of album covers I can close a second eye. Talking about eyes, why are Wills eyes so big here? A deer in the headlights of life (/so deep) (/sarcastic). The cover perfectly shows the motifs of the album, the crushing life in a society where you need to be exactly like the others (the coat and tie he wears), trying to rebel against it (personalizing of the tie), but still having to keep the social standards (greeting the neighbors even though they most likely hate you for your rebellion), and trying to cope with not being able to be like the others (I don't know how to explain this point I was trying to explain). This cover screams about a world of white picket fences and potlucks

3th place: SELF-iSH (2016)

It's so vibrant :3, I love Hypagognia 3 (the background art) (or is this Hypagognia 2) (idk). The guy being made out of a collage (the picture thing, not the school) of various parts of Wills painted body reflecting the motifs of the album, how there is no static "self" and that one can choose to not have one I mean. Kinda ironic how Will said "The world doesn't revolve around you, so don't revolve round someone else" in Missanthropologyst, while here the world literally revolves around him (yes I know the scissors will separate him from the world, but it has not yet succeeded 😼)

2econd place: SELF-iSH (Remastered) (2020)

Literally what I just said but now the background is in a UV-ish blue and looks kinda poisonous. I want to eat this cover, it looks so good :3

1th place: The real (2018)

The cover of the live album recorded in Roxy & Dukes, the recordings were then later used for The real Will Wood. The SELF-iSH guy returned! The collage-y paisley art, the colors, I need to get this cover into my bloodstream somehow. Hands down best cover there is, not that much explanation behind it for me. If this would have been in color it would have been at 9th place I think, but without colour it's perfect.

These are my thoughts about Will Wood[('s) and the tapeworms'] album covers. I only did Will Wood, but maybe I could make a ranking of the pre-tapeworms-era-bands album covers, idk yet.

The writing of V9 kind of feels like... When you go to someone and tell them "hey the thing you did was a mistake just to let you know" and they respond by being like "well I'm sorry, I'm sorry if I supposedly ruined everything! What do you want me to do, throw myself onto the ground sobbing? Just give up? Kill myself? Is that what you want from me? You know, people make mistakes, but I'm a good person, alright? I'm not perfect, but stop acting like I'm a monster!" And then like, two hours later you see that they made a post on Facebook that's like 'there's too much judgement in the world today and it's so sad. I just want everyone to know that no matter what other people say, you are perfectly imperfect and you've got this, super star. And the people that try to make you feel small and take away from your joy never really deserved you in the first place. This is a lesson I'm learning every day as I navigate trying to deal with people who seem to like to take their problems out on me. But I know I can stand by my choices and need to keep being me."

To clarify, it doesn't feel like Ruby specifically is like that - Despite the major flaws in her writing, she's the least bad of her friend group right now and I'm very sympathetic to her. But it feels more like the writers saw people going "these characters aren't perfect and are making mistakes and need to grow and learn" and they started being like

They were really ambiguous with what mistakes the characters made as if they themselves didn't think they actually had made mistakes, they went way more over the top than they had to so it feels like they were punishing Ruby the character to also punish the critics. And then it feels like they had their whole narrative about how Jaune and Ruby and Weiss all realize that their ambiguous and no big deal 'mistakes' aren't something they should grow from and learn from and decide to change for the better over, they're just things that happen and it doesn't mean you need to grow and change, it just means you aren't all powerful. The message really felt like 'so what if bad things sometimes happen around the main rwby characters? Everyone should stop expecting them to grow because they don't need to because we keep saying they're good people, and good people are fine, so everyone needs to stop being overly dramatic about the supposed mistakes."

It really does feel like the rwby writers put out this season in which change for the better and growth and learning are completely dismissed (beyond 'making your body better' by killing yourself, which is a whole different can of worms,) and the actual 'message' behind the season felt like it was "stop complaining, the rwby mains are good people, they don't need to grow and learn and change for the better, so shut up." And tbh, this message coming right after the massive controversies of Rooster Teeth is very not promising and it's hard for me to read it in any sort of good light. Like...

'People Make Mistakes Sometimes But They Don't Need to Grow Or Change Their Ways Because They're Good People Underneath, So Anyone Who Tries To Bother Them About Their Mistakes Is In The Wrong' feels very not super great after the whole company of Rooster Teeth seemed to put up a 'Nevermind about all that' banner and still hasn't paid their staff and Miles Luna still hasn't apologized for his horrible past behavior as far as I know and they're all begging fans to keep watching Rwby and selling bees merch through the company without paying their trans VA properly.

I'd find it much more meaningful - both personally and coming from the writers and for the characters - if V9 involved acknowledging how the mains messed up and what their flaws were, had the girls act regretfully over mistakes, had change and becoming better be the focus instead of staying the same and not doing anything differently... Etc. It looks really bad that the only lesson the writers seemed to want their characters to learn was 'sometimes letting people hurt themselves is good because they might get a better body.'

We have Paige, Tony, Shrig, Warren, Larry, and OOOHH an oc!!! More info under the cut!

First up we have Paige! I hc her and Tony as pretty good friends. While not romantic, they hang out a lot. Paige's human design was also inspired by @queam who if you like dhmis you need to go follow. Namely, her inky little hands. (If i need to change that tell me) I really love her little apron + sweater + sweatpants outfit, like I'm overly happy with it-

Next is one of the 2 original favorites of mine! Shrignold! I love him sm- I see Shrig as, while pretty dedicated to Malcolm, hasn't had much of a choice? He has been in the cult sense a young age, so he hasn't had much exploration of anything else. One of those few moments are shown where he meets a butterfly! Twins :D!!!

Warren time! Not much to say other than my headcanon! Demiromantic Aegosexual Warren B] Also a sad little Warren headshot because he is kind of a pathetic worm of a man in more ways than one. He's one of those characters that are hateable in canon but pretty fun with the use of headcanons.

Now my second original favorite, lol, Larry! I'm not even sure why but I fucking loved this silly lamp. I'm pretty happy with his item form, I captured his "lol i'm not sober" look pretty well I think! His human form is very cute imo, the only big change I wanna make is either change the cloud patterns to the stars, or make the entire hat red and add little star dangles to the hat, which I'm honestly leaning to- That boy needs more warm tones! Oh, also, when I say boy I use it in a gnc way, because I hc this gal as enby, same as Paige! Paige leans to fem identities, while Larry just is vibing, man, he is just here. They are The Lamp Ever.

Finally, Heath, my boy! He's the self care teacher, and to reflect taking care of oneself he's an axolotl, sense I feel their regenerative properties reflect well to that! He likes gaudy ass parretns and also cutting break lines (which is canon.)

While I like the designs, aspects are subject to change. Same with colors... especially with colors tbh-

I’m just a BIG fan of creachur AUs bc I’m a biology nerd, and what better specimens than people bitten by radioactive spiders…. tbh my only thoughts on the matter is wondering if the effects and body mutilation would vary, based in the different spiders + how bodies will react to viruses, which varies from person to person

I’d go more in depth about it but truth be told I’m too lazy rn ashdjsjs come back and visit when the brain worms are rotting a bit more ! For now it’s just Spider Puberty, where the longer the radiation is in your system the more badass you look

as for how they get away with it in public? Idfk, maybe it’s face masks/makeup, maybe it’s invader zim logic, maybe it’s maybelline. It’s up to the viewer which is what art is all about

Separation AUs

Separation AUs are very popular AUs where one or more (sometimes all the turtles) are raised separately from the other after they are mutated (whether it is from splinter dropping them or they get kidnapped) and they end up finding each other (sometimes they start out as enemies due to who rised who) These AUs normally end with the whole family being together again of course.

The other perinatal figure (this does not mean they will be good parents), besides splinter options that are normally used, are:

Big Mama (evil spider lady)

The foot clan (the whole ass cult)

Baron Draxum (evil sheep guy)

April's parents (they are never shown in the show)

Señor Hueso (the skeleton guy who owns the pizza place)

Warren stone (the evil worm guy) and Hypno-potamus (the evil hippo guy) (this one is a bit rare, tbh but I have seen it once or twice)

Future AU (or Apocalypse AU or Bad timeline)

Future AUs take place after the show and before the movie in the bad timeline (I hope by now you know there is time travel that happens) basically after the Kraang start taking over the world the turtles start a resistance (which normally has mutants, humans and yokai(s?) all work together) they all end up dying at some point (that doesn't not mean that death is permanent) but Donnie and Raph always die first (due to cannon)

Arcane AUs

It's what it says on the tin AUs based on the show Arcane. These are really interesting, tbh, and I have seen two of these that exist that surprises me.

Villain AUs

It is basically what it says on the tin: an AU where one (or more) of the turtles turns evil (in this style, it is normally Donnie who turns evil because yeah......) or is evil because it is a separation AU, and they were raised by evil spider lady or evil goat man (again, it is normally Donnie who is evil)

Cowboy AUs

(Yeehaw)

I have only seen art for this AUs and haven't seen any comics or fanfics, so I have no idea about the lore..... (I am pretty sure they just gave peepaw Leo (future Leo) a cowboy hat and went from there, but I could be wrong)

Sea turtles AUs

Hear me out. What if they were sea turtles that is this AU (I honestly love it)

Feral AUs

(I don't have a picture for this one)

AUs where, for one reason or another, one (or more) of the turtles starts acting like a regular(ish) turtle. I have only seen/read a couple of these tbh

Hmn, I just realized after restringing Enya’s arms (not pictured, this is Amber) that I am out of elastic and wire. I’ll have to order more from Amazon soon. I use 1/8” marine grade elastic and 3mm aluminum wire. The combo works well for standard SD and my bigger crew (65-68cm) without crowding the channels. Idk what kind of elastic the companies tend to send but it’s thick and not very stretchy, never have been a big fan. And somehow a new Kitsune character has managed to worm their way into my plans. I didn’t want anymore dolls tbh besides Zoe but I managed to snag another set of Breccia ears so… oops.
