On my “obsessed with Clive” streak again and can we talk about how insane he must have felt when one day his partner, friend (platonic soulmate imo) showed up to work one day and was kinda racist with no explanation, or randomly tried to Dom him out of the blue or just see her stare off into space for like 30 seconds or on the blue brain like a solid minute and have absolutely no explanation until years down the line when she stabs herself in front of him? Imagine how he must have felt wondering, if she’s almost always on a brain, how much of her do I really see? Who is she really?

Why are the main characters of iZombie raging bisexuals?

Liv: sad bisexual going through the "you wouldn't understand," and "it's not a phase mom!" Phase.

Major is just a himbo bisexual.

Ravi is an overly dorky, yet charismatic and sociable bisexual.

Clive is just Clive bisexual.

Payton is the hot bisexual.

Scott. E is that one bisexual who just wants some to love him, but doesn't know how to express it.

The older I get the more I realize that Clive was screwed over in so many ways. He was lied to, manipulated, I’m pretty sure legitimately gaslit and overall kept in the dark about the entire zombie situation be he still trusted Liv enough to do what she asked with almost no question. The way he genuinely cared for Liv and Major and Ravi is kinda heartbreaking. He just wanted to protect the people he cared about no matter the cost <3

I used to have different ideas for my future. A life brimming with possibilities and hope. As an artist, I saw a side of the world my twin sister did not. I saw the color and sound and personality of the world, how it blends to form different views for every individual soul that walks along the green surface. My sister saw the pain, the trauma, the blood and gore and death. As a surgical resident, that was the path she chose. Rarely do the two of us end up on the same course headed for the same destination. and I hated it. Liv hated it.

So in an attempt to bridge the gap that our lives had built for us, Liv invited me to attend a boat party. Something neither of them frequently enjoyed, given the level of intoxication and stupidity most parties seemed to be filled with in recent years. And it was fun, sure... for the first hour. Then, well then everything went down hill. In the worst way possible.

The living dead attacked, hungry for the kind of meal that required a relinquishing of my own life. While I managed to escape with... limited consequences... my sister did not. Finding your sister wrapped tight in a yellow body bag is traumatic enough, your sister sitting upright gasping for air with a new complexation is a whole other scale.

With our survival at Lake Washington came secrets, lies, and a world of ifs, maybes, and one days. If we hadn't gone what might have become of us. Maybe if we'd jumped over board sooner, life wouldn't have jumped from ordinary to horror movie. One day, a cure had to be found so life could continue on. But all those were, were terrified musings of twins who had lived and seen more than they should have that day.

Because Liv is a Zombie... and there is an unknown wrong with me. And I'm not talking about the fact I escaped a bite with only minor oddities appearing about my person. I'm talking about the fact that the very man who turned us into what we have become somehow managed to grab hold of my heart and refuse to let go. Which leaves me where I am now. On the opposite side of a war to my sister, all because I can't seem to stop loving Blaine McDonough.
