As Tales of Symphonia was my first Tales game and the only game I've beaten like five times completely... it holds a special place in my heart. I really love the cast and I was a walking strategy guide for it back in the GameCube days.
I had all the unlockable outfits carried over into NG+ (gotta collect those swimsuits baby) and honestly. I just. Really like this game. I haven't played it in a while but I have it on PS3 and now I long to hook it up and play it (sorry to my many other Tales games I haven't beaten once on PS3......).

Everyone makes fun of the main Pokemon anime because people keep yelling at their Pokemon to "dodge" but honestly I think that makes sense. It's the trainer equivalent to the guy yelling at the baseball player on his TV to run faster

When you lift a curse on someone placed by the church and think you started a beef with a church on accident and you're already a demon so this is gonna probably go poorly...........
but suddenly plot twist he (an idiot who didn't do research) learns WHO the church worships in that town and is like "yo we win?" and his pact bound demon like "i hate you dont involve me"

when I told people I got into grad school I did not expect to have so many days split between writing 8000 emails and making a 3D model of a worm named after a Greek penis god
#i thought a paleo program would mean not having to deal with squishy shit bc it's all fossilized#but turns out you have to compare the fossils to the squishy shit sometimes#which means soaking a penis worm in an iodine solution. stuffing it into a tube. blasting it with X rays while it spins.#and using a computer to turn 1000 tifs into a 3d mesh#where you can see all the teeth and guts and muscle fiber and it just gets grosser the more you look at it

It's very evident when I don't think about a particular species when I have to look something up like the gourmand cannibalism, but seeing as though they have a collective pocket dimension where their stomach goes (at least that's where the logic got them in the show instead of being consumed food expelled in energy reflux), if cannibalism didn't implode the two gourmands like how bag of holding inception works then I suppose it's far better than *shudders* perk murk relationships.
