the surface beneath their feet feels hollow — she was awestruck at how easy her life would be if people had simply assumed she was always correct. yet, their second guessing turned her mood sour. she looked up  ( a height difference all too evident )  with eyebrows furrowed — annoyance written on her otherwise soft features.   ❛  have you no shame ?  ❜   her words are encoded with both genuine bewilderment & exasperation. he held an attitude that may have been tolerable in places past, but not in the presence of the divine  ( not as long as she was there to refute it ).

WHO NEEDS A MAP WHEN SAMPO IS AROUND —— it’s a statement the other was LOUD about before they set off. but, of course, caelus insisted on playing leader. sampo didn’t mind though; in fact, he found the whole ordeal AMUSING. so far he’d spent the entire trek POKING at and TEASING the other so maybe it was his fault that they had gotten off path so long ago. but he’ll continue walking with that same old ‘ KOSKI GRIN. ’ simply lying in wait for the other to ask for help.

WHAT HE DIDNT EXPECT was the map to get completely tossed aside. it’s a good thing he had another map in his pocket. just in case they do get TRULY LOST. but that’s not important right now… what’s important is reacting to caelus and keeping that CARE-FREE CHARM he’s known for. can’t let anyone see him sweat. “ — oh no, how horrible! ” the sarcasm is practically DRIPPING from his words. “ looks like we might need to find somewhere to take a break. gotta regroup. ” there’s a certain tone in his voice. one he’s sure the other would pick up.

and with that sampo is taking a few steps to the side, making sure to walk close enough to the other to bump him with his shoulder. nothing AGGRESSIVE, but just something to add pressure. a few more steps and there it is, a place to sit down. “ c’mon cae. come sit down. ”

DAN HENG IS COMPLETELY FOCUSED on scrolling through the data bank, and though he jumps to attention the moment Caelus touches him without warning, he is... utterly baffled only a few moments later.

Gaggia Classic Pro stops turning on after it's heated itself Daily routine was always, turn on the machine, wait around 15-20 minutes for it to turn off automatically ( which would be a sign that it has heated plenty enough and it's ready ) and then make some coffee.Now all of a sudden, after the machine turns off automatically, it doesn't want to turn on afterwards. I press and hold the power button and wait for the "click" to happen, but it doesn't. I am able to turn it on after a few hours ( perhaps when it has cooled off entirely )Any ideas ? "Now, why would I do that? I think you're perfect as you are, sweetie." Well, there were a few things here and there she'd like to tweak but those she kept quiet about. No need to give him further insecurities.

Though briefly, Kafka wonders if Caelus knew that she didn't create him in the first but it seems his height troubles took the forefront of any rational thought. Brows raised, mischief twinkling in her normally empty gaze. "Have you tried standing straighter? Oh... wait..."

Dan Heng winced as he tried to move a bit to give Caelus room to sit next to him if he wanted- nope, his leg bone was still trying to make a break for it through his skin. He'd tried to say he'd be fine in his room, but Himeko had insisted he stay out in the parlor car so the rest of them could more easily keep an eye on him.

What they thought they were keeping an eye on was a mystery to him, though it was probably obvious to others.

"I'm fine," he finally mumbled, giving up on moving his leg. "I'm sure you have better things to do than stand there staring at me."
