"I'm gonna go home, you heading my way?" The man follows him out the door, sliding his hands in his pocket when the chill greets them at the door. Robert pulls out his pack of cigarettes. "Do you smoke?" He offers one as he asks around his own. "I haven't in years." The man says as he pulls one out and brings it to his lips. Robert chuckles as he lights them, tucking the lighter back in his pocket and leading them to the cul-de-sac.

My interpretation of the first time you meet Robert at the bar, with a stoic Dadsona.

one of my favourite things about planning stories is doing the silly and fun things. picking out voice claims! making moodboards! making playlists! making picrews! finding memes that relate to the story and saying 'WAIT THAT'S LIKE THAT SCENE I DIDN'T WRITE YET'. it makes the daunting story a little less huge and reminds me why i decided to create it.

Hello! I am alive, I promise. College has kept me busy, but to make up for my busy life I will be participating in kinktober!

okay, so i'm gonna be shouting into the void right now, but is anyone planning on participating on nanowrimo, or any nanowrimo-esque challenge this year?

last year, i had a group of writer friends to write alongside and share snippets of our work- it made the process a lot more fun!

this year i fear i am short on writer friends, so would anyone like to join a little discord server and fight through nano together? i swear we're supportive and silly people. it'll be a lot of fun :D

First art piece of 2024 completed ♡ hehe QuickPulse ShadowPulse and Zee ♡ I’ve adored creating Qp & So and developing them throughout December so starting off the new year with new ocs and a new ship has been so much fun for me and @blazewrites-smut

Genuinely love their brotherly dynamic and how they both fall for the same gal. I loved writing Sp’s redemption arc on the side and after years of having no one not even his brother and living as a “ghost” per se. he’s finally able to be around others one who desperately missed him and one whose giving him a second chance.

And I’ve loved writing Quick going from a goofy overworked bot to slowly realizing he doesn’t have to act a certain way to make people laugh. He’s not responsible for making sure others technically smile at the expense of his own. He doesn’t have to 100% take care of everyone around when he’s barely capable of taking care of himself sometimes. Teaching him that he should focus on himself and those who technically deserve it. Not just anyone.

Gods they are just so cute and the lessons they learn is so therapeutic tbh.

How do you get so much inspiration for writing your requests? I'm a Junior in college and I live to wrote but lately it's been hard to write so I'm asking other writers if they gave any tips on writing. Or any advice on not getting writers block?

the answer is... i have no clue. i usually sit down at the end of a busy day and light a candle, then try to write until it goes out (tea lights are fairly inexpensive, i use those most of the time). i also try to have a drink ([non alcoholic]coffee or boba tea most of the time), just something nice to sip on or use as a reward system (one sentence written for one sip). i'm also going through that, so i suggest maybe writing when you're not as busy or at the end of a weekend. remember that it's okay to have a break, and make sure to take care of yourself. happy writing! <3

He knocks a fist against Scott’s shoulder. They start walking, the door to outside is wide open, but Scott stops before he leaves. “Thanks Isaac. I know you and– did you hear that?” His heart pounds.  Isaac grabs his shoulders, “hear what, Scott? What do you hear?” Scott pinches his eyes shut trying to listen closer, “It sounded like…” There’s a quiet whimper and Scott’s mind races. A voice calls out, terrified and familiar. Let me out! Let me out, please. Stiles’ voice grows louder. There’s a metal banging and he yells so loud Scott’s hands fly up to cover his ears. Let me out!

Days after his best friend dies, Scott can't stop hearing his voice calling out to him. But he comes up missing at every turn. And to make matters worse, the mark protecting him from the oni has mysteriously vanished.
