She missed her clanmates, and her deputyship. She missed meeting secretly with Oakheart, too.

She found this world strange, sure, but not terrible. Just hard to get used to, with the technology and slang terms.

Bluefur glanced over her shoulder. “Ty, would you like to join me?” she called.

AWWWW THANK YOU ANON...i really appreciate that. i do not draw as much as i would like to but im glad you enjoy it :D. as i really only draw animals (cats LOL) i guess i reallly really like how i draw fur and eyes!! i love drawing fur-especially on tails-so much its one of my favourite things to do. paws are fun as well, though they can be annoying the first couple times? if that makes sense? same with legs, they can be soooo ANNOYING but i like to think the result usually evens the annoyance out. though they arent perfect of course..i wish i posted more actual art here instead of doodles </3 but truly i do not do much more than doodles anymore but maybeee when the summer starts/school ends i can :D!!

Mapleshade : in life & death

I wish the Erin’s would write more books about cats years in the past around Mapleshade’s era. They would have almost unlimited freedom when it came to characters and plots and tying it all into present day lore (doubt they would though) I.E: expand on Silverhawk’s story please?? or expand on family trees, how do the ancient Clan cats relate to Bluestar or Tallstar for example?? I love history and this is all I want.. Flesh out the universe PLEASE

Ty for visiting my Warrior Cats art blog. I plan to draw for both the canon story (although I have not read the books in a while--my recall may be a little dusty) and original characters.

Tagging System:

All characters should be tagged with their name, along with any series/super editions that they are (notably) from. Leaders will have their warrior names as well (if known, mostly to avoid the Tigerstar debacle), and if a cat is alive but unimportant for a certain series that may go untagged.

I also create original characters--the tags differentiating original character designs and canon character designs are #oc design and #canon design respectively. As these OCs pile up, I'll start listing them here!

firestar is an honorary girly to me

i think i've gone over my bigger issues with him not doing anything to the series despite him being THE character who is set up to bring about change (he's FIRE why is he not changing!! why is he just becoming the same stagnant xenophobic leader the others are!!) soooo fire alone discussion

the prophecy of fire alone is sooo something! it's the entire reason firestar is allowed into thunderclan, why bluestar even takes enough interest in him to mentor him, and, in the cosmic sense, why he is victorious. The individual defeats the evil through hard work! No need to pay attention to the structural issues at play, all we gotta do is beat the One Bad Guy and everything will be okay! Warriors is plagued with this writing but it's so interesting to me how Firestar affirms it. He's written to be in the right for it....but it's so boring!! Fire alone does NOT beat shit, he literally should rely on others that's GOOD

rewrite/au firestar in my head heavily internalizes fire alone. he's meant to do everything alone and it ends up throwing him into these nasty spirals of self-doubt and isolation until someone can pull him out of it. I imagine he tries a lot to settle battles via duel because he's fire alone, that's what he's supposed to do! It costs him a lot of respect from his Clanmates who want to fight.

(also, what do you think about MISAKO for Bluestar? they’re both involved in an “unsavory” romance and get demonized by the fandom for “abandoning” their kids, even tho it was for the greater good.)

bluestar in her final days is a very different person than i could ever see misako being.. then again i am aware thats not reflective of bluestar as a whole, but i feel like misako wouldnt fall to the same stress and madness that bluestar did. bluestar being like wu makes more sense to me.

AHH your fav childhood books sent me back the TASTE. you’re so real for the warrior cats morgan 😭 tell me why those cats were living out telenovelas. little me went crazy over bluestar and her whole storyline. and the rainbow fairies, nothing matched the feeling of finding the fairy with your name. ella enchanted…tales of despereaux we really had such good books. looking back i remember liking the little house on the prairie books, inkheart, the mixed up files of mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler, also the book thief which I read a little too young but it changed smth in me. ty for the nolstagia trip 💜

it wasn't only warrior cats i really enjoyed the seeker series too 😭😭😭 i was INVESTED in those bears but yes!!!! i've been reevaluating my relationship to reading lately and all the books i've read and i think it's a bit sad i haven't been reading as much as fantastical fiction as i used to. we really DID grow up with the best books ever. inkheart, eragon, dragon slippers, the spiderwick chronicles, etc and soooo much more. i just hope these books are still being cherished and read today all of them fundamentally CHANGED me. you're welcome!!!!! im glad to have reminded you!!!!
