Bakugou, Shouto, Inasa and Camie! I really liked the remedial course arc, these four are such a delight to watch (but wow is Inasa's costume hard to draw). These episodes made me fall in love with TodoBaku, how can you not? So cute, so grumpy, it's fun to watch their subtle (or bombastic) interactions.

pairing: shoto todoroki x gn!reader x inasa yoarashi

tags: jealousy & rivalry between both boys, receiving gifts (from both), one-uping each other, petty inasa & shoto

it's not a secret that inasa and shoto can't stand each other

inasa hated shoto ever since they first met, thinking he's nothing but an arrogant and cold asshole

meanwhile shoto never cared about inasa, until he started to spend time with you and tried to drive you away from him, which was when he started to detest inasa

neither of them can understand why you'd be friends with the other and they'll try to talk badly about each other at any given opportunity

inasa tells you how worried he is about your relationship with shoto and that he doesn't believe shoto is capable of loving or caring for someone and that he'll likely hurt you some day

meanwhile shoto tries to convince you that inasa is too immature to be in a relationship, since he's always bad mouthing him behind his back – and perhaps he'd do the same with you!

though none of that drives you away from the boys and you remain friends with both of them, much to the distaste of the two of them

whenever they come across each other – when inasa picks you up after school or such – they're always glaring at each other

after a while, the two of them give up on using words to convince you to give up the other and instead start using actions

shoto starts making you expensive gifts to win you over; flowers, chocolates and anything that your heart desires

inasa might not be able to buy you something more expensive, but he'll buy you more than shoto does!

shoto gets you a bouquet of flowers? inasa gets you two!

they always attempt to one up each other and you'll soon be drowning in gifts, until you finally pick one of the two boys and end their fighting…

✣ he’s unthinkably pumped about you stealing and wearing his clothes. catches a single glimpse of you in his cloak and can’t form coherent thoughts

✣ gets cute aggression real bad. you can sense when he is actively fighting the urge to crush you to death

✣ the way he literally never stops smiling makes you learn his other body language so well you’re basically telepathic

✣ entirely lacks the ability to take his eyes off you. ever. he’s not even embarrassed about it either

✣ he will take any chance to smell your hair. sorry. he likes the way you smell in general and will plunge his face into any part of you given the opportunity. sorry

✣ i’m not at liberty to elaborate on this but he is a whimperer to the core. just extremely vocal in general. no shame

✣ pulls you onto his lap without thinking about it. especially likes when you study or read there in the semi-dark while he pets your hair

✣ maintains these everlasting, frankly alarming vendettas against everyone who’s ever wronged you. he’ll use his quirk to jerk them around and hurl them to the ground without ever dropping his smile

at first, Inasa doesn't understand why you feel such a need to do so.

one time when you two were out on a patrol together, you asked him to use it when you were on break since it was chilly that day.

"I told you to wear your winter costume…" Inasa mutters before opening up space under his arm and letting you under.

You'll happily find your place under his wing and give his cheek a kiss as you snuggle up to him.

so that's how it startled initially.

you just really liked how warm his cape was and the added comfort that it also smelled like him too.

even just using it as a shade when it's warmer/sunnier out does the job too.

Inasa has a lot of thoughts about it, but he surprisingly doesn't argue or complain about it…

+ mostly due to him thinking it's super cute and endearing and he can't bring himself to tell you no sjsjsj plus you don't stay longer than you need to & know when time's up.

it's different when you two are home though.

when he's getting ready for work and you're off that day, you'll cling onto him (just to he annoying) and that's when he'll be like, "what is with you, Y/N?!"

has probably wrestled you before (in a gentleman-ly way) to get it back because he needs it.

promises that you can use it when he's home, but he prefers that you use his other ones that are fresh, warm and up to your standards.

it's not like he doesnt get the allure of his super-amazing-durable cape. hell , he’s the one who insisted that it be part of his costume

+ and you cant lie, his look is definitely a good one with the cape being added to it.

but he didn’t understand your fascination for it other than just admiring how cool it looks LOL.

he doesn’t mind you using it unless you get in his way, but that rarely happens anyways.

had it been anyone else Inasa wouldn't really let it slide as much as he does, but he will always have a soft spot for you. <3
