A rant/evaluation -

So I've always been obsessed with Bo Burnham but it's at an all time high right now so I'll be going over each of his albums and putting in my own two cents about each song and things so buckle up cause some of these are going to be long.

so without further ado, let's start with the very first one: Bo' Fo' Sho'

Bo' Fo' Sho' - I really like this song. This was the early stages of Bo's wordplay phase and I love it. Bo is honestly really good at rap (which will definitely show in his later albums.)

H-O-a-R - I was skeptical about this one but it was shockingly a vibe. Very much a rom-com spoof of a song

High School Party - This one's a classic and it's timeless. I always think of Zac Stone whenever this one comes on.

3.14 Apple Pi - Okay this is one of the few Bo songs that I tend to skip a lot. I feel this is one that definitely goes in the "early work" section of his career. Still a decent song but not my thing.

Sunday School - I like to listen to this one when I need a laugh. The more comedic counterpart to Rant. It's just ridiculous with Bo's tones of homosexuality blatantly showed in the song. Beautiful.

My Whole Family...- The legend. The one that made Bo stand out all those years ago. This is one of my personal favorites. It's so fucking stupid but that's why I love it. His live performance of this song was amazing too.

Overall, a pretty good vibe for an EP. I'd give it an 8.5/10. Solid but definetly needed the work that Bo later put into his work. It's a classic album that I feel needs more attention. It's not everyday where an artist's early works are still absolute bangers.
