Because Din is just so damn ship-able (which makes him an even more fitting player character tbh), and because he'd definitely need to help Cobb get rid of the krayt dragon (Lernie) at the end of the hellscape that's level 2 to even be able to meet Boba (and immediately speedrun charming him to the max by handing over the armour) for the first time. Also because they'd grant some real badass duo boons, I imagine ;D

hello lion dear, i was gonna put some information about this au but turns out that i have an incredibly incoherent string of thoughts about it all so have some art and a bobadin moment. love u mwah

“So what actually brings someone like you here, to Tatooine?” As Boba asked his question, he leaned in closer to Din with a glint in his eyes that made Din ready to excuse it on the way the dim lights fell in the throne room. He knew better than to start something with a potential boss. Din cleared his throat, and reached for his drink. The movement revealed what was under his cloak, immediately catching Boba's attention.  "Work, Boba Fett. I hear you are fair to your employees." Din narrowed his eyes at Boba's blatant stare at Din's chest, and brought the drink to his lips. Boba's eyes opened wider in shock. Din had to stop himself from snorting into his drink and busied himself with actually swallowing the pleasantly burning liquid.  By the moment that Din set his glass down, Fett was watching Din intently.  "I have recommendations from my previous employers, if that's what you need-"  "You are wearing beskar." Boba stated flatly while pulling the thick red cloak to the side.  Din looked down at Fett’s gloveless hand, and swallowed thickly. He focused so much on the confident, strong hand and the powerful man that it belonged to, that he almost didn’t notice the peculiar scarring on Fett’s hand. So he did climb out of the pit. Din tried his best to push away any other thoughts that made him feel hot under the fabrics and blamed it on the alcohol and Boba’s intense scrutiny.  He looked back up, making direct contact with the Daimyo. "And so are you."  Din took Boba’s hand in his, and brought it down onto the table, letting his thumb graze over the bumpy skin before pulling away again. Boba raised his eyebrows and Din continued looking him in the eyes. He’s definitely blaming this on the alcohol.

cobb appears when din gets a job from boba to help out a friend, who surprise surprise is cobb vanth! and din does some work for cobb and gets his boots charmed off <3 boba and cobb say theyre friends but are actually in love because i love when gay people win except they arent winning because they dont realise how in love they actually are:3

“Respectfully.” The curve of Cobb’s mouth twists. “And from a distance.”

It’s more honest of an answer than Boba expected. To this day, no one loves Omera like he does. He sits a little straighter, holds his chin a little higher, preening inwardly.

“And I suppose, in a way,” Cobb says, eyes twinkling like spent bullet casings cascading to the ground, listing ever closer, “I love you somewhere in the middle, for carrying him long enough he made it to me.”

Luke Skywalker is a legend. An imposing figure whose name is whispered across the Galaxy, bringing hope where there is not much else to draw hope from. He is a powerful Jedi tasked with the titanic mission of rebuilding the Jedi Order and training the next generation of Jedi.

Luke is a guy in his twenties who is exhausted by having to constantly put up that mask in front of pretty much everyone in the entire Galaxy. He hasn't known a normal, quiet day since his life was turned upside-down and he had to leave his home planet. Maybe, almost poetically, it will be in that same desert planet where he not only finds some peace and quiet, even for a short time, but also some understanding, some redemption, some love, and the chance to just be Luke.

So I finally feel like I’ve got enough of this fic to post it, idk if there’s going to be more but I’ve been enjoying writing Luke and want to share that with the world.

For the WIP game:

"The Mayor The Marshal and The Bounty Hunter Are Trying To Have A Drink" because it sounds like the beginning of a cantina joke and I have a questionable sense of humour :D

Well, you're not entirely wrong there :D I had a good kick out of thinking how they were totally in the middle of some Very Important Business Talks (as in who has the bigger bed in town for the night and where they can continue their *cough* talks) when something disruptive happens and they are all very annoyed about the inconvenience.

This one has been sitting in my wip folder since last May, because while I was pretty sure that I could pull off a Cowboy AU (I didn't have to do all that much work, really), the pose and perspective I wanted to pick just gave me too much grief, and then I forgot how Cobb's face works (as you do), and also how Boba's face works (which is a damn shame for reals as I was coming off the success of completing my Bobadin Bingo, as well as having been on the cusp of finally figuring out how the Clones' faces works smh) and so it's stuck in perpetual wip hell ^^; I picked it up like two night ago, but I still don't know how Cobb's face faces X"D

as before, threw all 26 wips into a random picker and we got... oh, it's an unnamed fic but its a bobadincobb where i put cobb in a pretty dress cause of course i did. a longer snippet that's specifically boba and cobb with just a hint of nsfw under the cut:

"Oh! Hello, sir! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to take the Marshal away from his duties." Ja'la was stumbling over her words again, the pins she'd been holding in her hands tumbling to the ground in her panic. 

Cobb wanted to bend down to help her but worried about jostling any of her adjustments or chalk markings. But ‘sir’ meant it had to be Boba or Din. "Whichever one of you it is, come and help her get those up since you startled her and I can't be my normal gentlemanly self right now," Cobb called over his shoulder. 

Ja'la had already finished regathering the pins and she stood back up. Whoever it was still hadn't entered the room so Cobb carefully gathered up the skirts of the dress and turned around. 

It was unfortunate for Boba that he'd taken his helmet off because, despite what he would claim, he couldn't always school his expression. 

Cobb thought that he probably looked furious to Ja'la – he'd have to reassure her that everything was fine – but to him it told a different story. That wasn't anger behind Boba's eyes but unadulterated hunger and lust. Which shook him a little bit. That wasn't exactly what he'd been prepared for when he'd turned around. 

"Boba?" he questioned, trying to make his voice as even as he could get it. Boba's gaze jerked up from where it had been raking over the neckline of the dress and locked eyes with Cobb. If possible, they became infinitely darker.

I’ve only written Peli as a good wingwoman but I think in reality she’d be terrible at it. Accidentally asking Din if he wants to kill Boba instead of figuring out if he’s interested. Implying that Cobb is dead when she meant to say he’s DTF. She tries to overcompensate but accidentally ends up flirting with Din and makes things awkward 😫

The good news is that she installed a comlink on Din’s ship and gives it out to anyone who wants it! No, that couldn’t cause any issues at all what are you talking about
