IT'S OFFICIAL! WE ARE #7WEEKSOUT FROM @NPCNORTHAMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS!!💪🥳 ⁣⁣ I wanted to share with y'all my latest #fhysiqueupdate with Coach @austincarterfitness 💪🤩⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We are already halfway through this year and in a really good position to be competitive! ⁣⁣ I'm training hard and getting in my cardio 6 days a week. Current weight avg is approximately 116 lbs and body fat showing about 18% so we still have a little ways to go before we achieve my desired look.
