WE ARE #7WEEKSOUT FROM @NPCNORTHAMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS!!💪🥳 ⁣⁣ I wanted to share with y'all my latest #fhysiqueupdate with Coach @austincarterfitness 💪🤩⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We are already halfway through this year and in a really good position to be competitive! ⁣⁣ I'm training hard and getting in my cardio 6 days a week. Current weight avg is approximately 116 lbs and body fat showing about 18% so we still have a little ways to go before we achieve my desired look. If you have not done this please check my previous post to calculate how many daily calories you need. . This program is intended for you to eat 5 times a day. There are 5 meal pools with each pool having 10 different meal ideas to choose from. So you basically choose 1 of 10 meals out of 5 meal pools, giving you 5 meals for the day. These meals are all 300 calories, giving you lots of variety. I, for example, need 2500 calories per day, therefore it would be 500 calories per meal. #Fhysiqueupdate from this Sunday's #checkin with Coach @austincarterfitness ‼️💥⁣ ⁣ We have officially kicked off Prep for 2020🙏💜 Praying that these shows don't cancel because I really need some light in my life right about now!✨⁣ ⁣ Still hanging out at 122 lbs and lifting 6 days each week. Back to doing cardio on the treadmill 3x a week for 20 mins on that incline💪🥵 #powerwalking⁣ ⁣ Last week didn't go as planned. Being totally transparent, I enjoyed more than one cheat meal and one of those was pizza!!🍕 I'm so thankful I understand Macros! My last #fhysiqueupdate of March!! I can't believe we're already wrapping up the first quarter of 2020. Feels like Christmas was just a few weeks ago and now here we are jumping into Spring!🐇🌷🌞⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ From my Check-in with Coach @austincarterfitness ...⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Couldn't be happier with progress, considering the circumstances lol I'm super blessed to have everything I need to continue working hard on my preparation for my upcoming competition season. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Not too much has changed here for me. I mean, our gym is closed and it's been a struggle to find everything on our grocery list but that's all I can complain about.🙏💜 ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ This past week's average gravitational pull on the Earth was barely over 122lbs and approx 21%BF Still consuming somewhere around 1600 cals a day with lifting and cardio 5 days a week💪😜 Body weight is still trending down so we're just gonna keep putting in that work⛏️ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ I really have enjoyed the home workouts! It has forced me to think outside the box and step outside my comfort zone in more ways than one.
