ok revisiting some of my old rq patron files and i just need to remind everyone, or perhaps tell you if youve never seen the patreon-exclusive deluxe transcripts, that the episode names exist in-universe. because jon names them. and writes his silly spooky names. on the front page of each statement.

(that's the handwriting & pen color jon has when he annotates the statements with his snippy little comments in the deluxe transcripts.)

performance review meeting tomorrow.. if I get a 3 out of 5 again I am quitting there and then

#bonuses and pay rises are based on performance scores so they matter #my first two years I've got 3 both times and as of the half year review i'm at a 3 for 2024 as well #despite the fact my reviews are always like 'ella's work is all excellent and she's gaining confidence and doing extra tasks'#like what is the point in consistently volunteering to do extra work on top of my job role if that all just adds up to 'on target'#surely that should be the baseline for doing your job role well without any extra work!!!!!#talking

I managed to get all 3 new weapons, they're a lot more fun than I thought they'd be. The throwing knives return to you on reload and do guaranteed red crits, and it can be a little hard to angle it right but even without that they deal very good damage. The bow doesn't say it anywhere in the description but fully charged shots explode and it's not as powerful as the knives but it's still not bad either. The scythe on heavy attack instantly makes all status effects on an enemy deal their damage immediately, and I thought it would jsut be kinda gimmicky (especially since I've found most recent melees kinda underwhelming) but it's pretty powerful and obviously pairs well with the new mod that increases status damage. And aside from that all three weapons provide squad wide buffs which is nice

#i really expected these wwapons to perform exactly like the non incarnon stalker weapons just with the squad buff bonuses #and i am very pleasantly surprised at how much better they are than that #ive got jade crafting but unfortunately she wont be doen until saturday #hopefulyl i am not so enraptured in elden ring that i forget about it lol #im also pretty sure theres a thing where if you have all 3 equipped youll get extra bonuses but im not sure what they are #warframe #alao hit MR 27 from these which is nice
