As One Piece goes on, I dread the approaching end. What comforts me is that, with it, we’ll eventually see the second saga of This Bites! by Xomniac and Co! So in the meantime, I got myself some Jeremiah Cross fanart and I’m thinking of doing some Soundbite fanart myself so I can have both of the Voices of Anarchy. XD Seriously, EPIC fanfiction that made me laugh and laugh and laugh.

Wondercon Day 2 A beautiful crispy toad. My burns were falling off midway through the con so I changed into a vaguely Sweeney!L look and an artist in artist alley drew it and he’s amazing. The artist is Bordin Marsinkul of Hyperbooster Studio. He drew that on site in less than 10 min. I also bought a print from him, he’s great and you should definitely check him out.

Went and visited the cast of The Weekly Pull as they did their live show from ECCC. Had a good time, even contributed to the conversation since I had a front row seat. Went to Artist's Alley looking a Zenyatta piece, but couldn't find anything that was already drawn. So I found an artist named Bordin Marsinkul who did that piece for me. Also some dork got their picture taken with Stan Lee. (Sorry for my face).

Bordin Marsinkul hyper drawing at SacAnime 2023

I attended SacAnime'23 this weekend and got a drawing of my Chinese dragon character Yan drawn by artist Bordin Marsinkul. We first met at Lodi Comic Con in 2022 where he did this very nice drawing of my guinea pig Domino. I really liked the techniques he used with his Olo markers and white out doing flicking and smearing effects with his coloring, so with his permission I filmed him doing another drawing commission for me. The idea I gave Bordin was to have Yan holding a flaming pearl, and Bordin did an amazing job once again! I'd like to try some of these marker techniques myself sometime.
