I finally made my own pizza dough from scratch! Yay! This pizza has mozzarella, asiago, homemade sauce, sauteed mushrooms, garlic, garnished with dried herbs & peppers and clarified butter on the crust. It tastes great! Next time I'll put some herbs in the crust itself.

I used this recipe with bread flour and a 45-minute rise.
