a few days ago marked my 10th year with them. while making the spread, i realised just how long 10 years is... 🤯 as much as i want to go all-out emo and go on a trip down memory lane, i'm gonna save that for my dear diary🤭 plus, there's so much to talk about it won't fit here kkk bts is the only group i spent this much time with. their music and performance is to die for, and nothing beats their one-of-a-kind group chemistry and individual character. i believe that's what makes them a very special group. 😊

chapter 1 is over. i'm gonna have to close that chapter sooner or later too. but i may keep it open for now, until all of them comes back. 😉💜

I SURELY AM!!! 💛😭🧈🧡😭🥞💛🧈😭🧡⁣ ⁣ Unlike April, I was able to add our seven boys back into my spread this month, in the form of In the Soop! I wanted to have a really calming and self-care focused spread theme this month and I haven’t actually journaled anything with In the Soop before so I thought this was the perfect theme! 🍃🌱✨ ⁣ ⁣ In the Soop is such a healing experience to watch. I loved seeing them all relax and unwind and have fun!! One of my favourite moments is when Joon talked to us about his bonsai tree, he looked so fond about his lil 6 year old tree and I���m so enchanted everytime he talks about nature! 🌱✨⁣ ⁣ Anyway, I feel like I didn’t do my best with this spread, I think I had too many elements and not enough of my own drawing and bits in it!! I feel like since I’m mostly not journaling these days, I have to relearn my style and grow it again. Even though I don’t think it’s perfect I still love sharing it with you though. 💚⁣ ⁣ Hope you’re doing well!! Last year around mid-month I came upon a book called "On Earth, We Are Briefly Beautiful" by Ocean Vuong. This wonderfully expressed book is narrated in the style of letters to his mother. Thereupon, in one of his letters, he mentions - "Is that what art is? To be touched thinking what we feel is ours when, in the end, it was someone else, in longing, who finds us?" I feel the same way about Indigo, the album that was released last year in December. It could've just been a studio album, but he turned it into visual art as well... Though he mentions it as the last archives of his twenties, strangely, it reflected my life, thoughts, and feelings. It happens (concerning me) that a dance or an album or any form of art comes along and you are in sync with the emotions, that turbulence that it portrays in a manner that provides you comfort in a way you couldn't have imagined it would. Right then and there your life as it was is completely transformed and you carry that with you throughout your journey. I have been traveling and healing and meeting new people. At the same time, I am carrying this art form with me everywhere... I am an admirer of art and this has my soul in it. Have I healed, who knows, but I find comfort in this. Thank you @magicshopindia for delivering this to me. I know it took a very long time. And, currently, I am taking a break from city life (a part of healing), reaching to me a remote village where I am serving my time is not easy, so thank you for all the effort Thank you @RM for the music. ✨🌱🤍 𝐵𝐸 𝓇𝑒𝓋𝒾𝑒𝓌 🤍🌱✨⠀ ⠀ This is a very late post for bts’s latest comeback hehe but here we are, my very first post of 2021! 🥳⠀ ⠀ BE was definitely not like any other comebacks 1) because it wasn’t planned in like 1768 lol and 2) it wasn’t really about bts proving their talent or skill really, but about them comforting us, and ironically that shows us more about them as a band than any other single comeback could 🤍 I think when we say this comeback saved 2020, we all really mean it. It means so much to me to have this beautiful album through this troubling time in the world and that I will have these songs to listen to when it’s over, to relive these memories and the lessons I learned. ✨ what are your fav songs from BE? I’d say mine are Blue and Grey and Stay right now 🤍✨⠀ ⠀ I went for a softer look with this spread and did an aesthetic layout for each song with words I associate with them! Because let’s be honest, me trying to “review” these songs would be like “I LOVE this song oh and I LOOOVE that song” 😂 I hope you like this format!
