I keep picturing this in my brain and i want it to be real so bad. Ideally it would come in all the pikmin colors with the flower bud side corresponding to the pikmin who's onion it belongs to (e.i. the Gray onion would have a purple flower bud; the White onion would have a pink flower bud)

Hm, depends on what you count as success when it comes to eating the tree i guess?

I genuinely believe that if no one checks up on this man he can and will start to eat inedible stuff in hopes it will kill him, or maybe he doesn't even care it's inedible to begin with Perhaps when he drinks tea he also eats the teabag afterwards

That being said, you might find him chewing on the tree, but if you do anything he's going to swallow the tree pieces out of spite, though depending on the tree size his stomach might give up before he can eat all of it
