Hi

I want to share life in corona pandemic. Well in beginning when corona enters in Pakistan, we were very afraid. Lockdown was imposed and we were assuming that we are in cage. We were afraid to stand in balcony, we afraid to shop our basic needs. We were in depression. When lockdown lifted ,we were free to go to shop, to relatives, to dine out and everything becomes normal. We are enjoying life once again.

Oh crap, it was few months later we find out our corona test positive. Oh my it was bitter reality but we started overcome this depression that we are covid positive after so much precautions. We managed life so peacefully and balanced every aspect . So ,after few days me and my husband was healthy and we succeed in saving our kids, which is the best part .

As pandemic is going on and on even we are vaccinated we are losing hope in life. Our kids are desperately missing schools . We are missing our normal hectic schedule without fear of getting indulge in covid disease. We want to free our mind of getting covid from anyone anywhere anytime in anyway.

Thanks in advance but life has much more challenges then corona pandemic.

Lunch update - Homemade pasta in butternut squash mango sauce, kiwis and steamed carrot. BabyN is getting good at picking small foods. This pasta was cake walk for her😄. This was kind of my take on varanphal or dal dhokli.Addition of mango to the sauce neutralized the sweetness from squash. Ingredients for sauce: 1/2 cup boiled butternut squash puree 2 tbsp tangy mango puree 1 tsp coriander powder (optional) 1 tsp garlic powder ground black pepper as per taste Directions: 1) Mix all the ingredients together in a pan with some water. 2) Add cooked pasta in the sauce. 3) Serve when cooled down.
