i’ve got the stuff *i shadily look around me and pull a container of neon pink hair dye from the depths of my very cute jacket and slide it across the counter and the cashier rings me up and says nothing because they’re not paid enough for this shit*

#getting my hair dyed tomorrow yippee #this pink glows under black lights :)#it’s very cool #i’ve never done my whole head w it i think last time i used it i did my undercut + roots and had the rest highlighter yellow #it was def a look #tho this time i will not be doing my undercut that shit is so annoying i haven’t done it in years #love pink it’s a great color i haven’t done it in a hot minute though #i’m cutting it close but i really need the color before the semester starts so i can go clown-mode before i lose the momentum #i was born to be a clown i was also born to have everyone look at my in awe because i look great and it’s hard w/o the colored hair #also i have a resting bitch face and the mask helps but the hair helps even more. when it’s bright people will like. actually talk to me #so many people ask me for directions. much more than when i didn’t dye my hair #i think the bright colors make people think i’m friendly which is nice #i’m not like. unfriendly i just kinda mind my own business unless i’m in the mood for mischief #in which case the color doesn’t help but who cares. i’m here to clown about and ignore my sorrows and the pink helps :)

One benefit to being a sad virgin is when I go in for tummy problems and they ask if there is a chance I’m pregnant and I can be 100% confident there is no way that’s a possibility

#i have been. dodging scams all morning #i don’t have any fucking money please just leave me alone #my friendships have been rotten to the fucking core #my mind poisoned #what the fuck is the point in having a smartphone when a fliphone still lets people contact me but doesn’t fucking make my life worse #not that I could afford a flip phone anyway. or service. why would someone want to scam me specifically when I posted my account overdrafted #you can SEE I don’t have money why do you BOTHER #SCAM SOMEONE RICH YOU FUCKIN MORON #alas that the desperate make for such easy targets for the heartless #it’s been so hard to keep going and every day for two months something has happened to convince me it isnt fuckin worth it like its ONLY bad #but god or fate keeps dangling juuuust enough hope in front of me that I keep going. it’s been like that for eight years #and I’ve fallen apart in that time completely. my hair is gone and my teeth will be gone soon too #my bones and joints will follow suit they’re already deformed and weak #the ringing in my ears only gets louder. i haven’t known the familiar peace of silence in years and it’ll only ever get further #and I’ll never afford the medical or psychological care to actually help those things #why bother??? I’ll keep bothering out of spite and stupid foolish hope but I still don’t fucking know why I bother when it never gets better #and it might not! hope is called hope for a reason sometimes shit just doesn’t work out #i could suffer on for abother year or five just to have it all fall apart even more. no payout #hell does exist on earth for some people. if I die and there wasn’t ever joy enough to outweigh everything then my hell was real all along #and I will have been fuckall stupid enough to suffer it for years instead of dying in high school like I planned. or college. or after.#so many times life pushed me to the edge and I crawled back just for things to get worse. every time #and still I hold onto my hope like it’s all that ever mattered. and if life turns out that way maybe it’ll be all that ever did #false hopes and a terribly misplaced heart #fate willing we all find peace

my hygiene habits upset people and it’s funny to me bc it’s not like i’m unsanitary or unclean, i’m just getting clean in the Wrong Way. like it’s not like i’m not washing my face and hair, it’s just that I use 3-in-1 or using regular body wash as a 3-in-1.

#i haven’t dyed my hair in nearly two and a half years now. january 2021 i did a box dye which was ‘black cherry’#prior to that i used to dye my hair maybe twice a year #i didn’t really make a conscious decision not to dye it again.. i mean for a while i wanted to leave it alone because i had the ultimate #goal of bleaching it; but then i decided that would be insane #and then i became a teacher and wanted to leave my appearance boring to maximise job opportunities #some schools and colleges are really chill about visible tattoos; piercings & unnatural hair colours; but some are really really not #i feel like red is sort of always allowed even if it’s blatantly not a natural red; but anything else probably wouldn’t work #but now i’m not a teacher anymore 🎉#no one at my current workplace has dyed hair though. gerry has tattoos though and i know it’s a pretty relaxed environment #(case in point: pamela wearing sunflower pants in the office)#OH someone on retail has dyed dark red hair. which is exactly what i mean. red is the exception! why #tl;dr i might dye my hair. all i have on deck is a dark brown box dye though #i’m ngl; i Really Badly want to do dark blue but i know it might actually send my grandma into cardiac arrest #the brown seems fine for now. it’ll make me happy. i have been in the fucking trenches of knee rehab for 6 weeks now..#i need to do something nice for myself #it’s a temporary dye anyway. so when it fades i can get a fairly forgiving red dye and just whack that on there #red is good. i look good with red hair. this is known #personal
