i genuinely think suguru would find it so endearing. it’d definitely be a slowburn but i think that’s how he prefers it anyway!! and he’s nothing if not a man who enjoys a good challenge 😤 so at first i think he’d just be really sweet and patient with a grumpy little reader, hoping they’ll eventually warm up to him… the process is enjoyable for him.

buuuuut once he falls for them….. and once they’re in a relationship……. he somehow gets even sweeter. he’d be so perfect for this kind of reader bc again!! he’s just so so patient :((( even if you get all hissy and prickly he just gives you a sweet smile and maybe some space. or a kiss to throw you off <33 i picture all grumpy readers as easily flustered tbh so he would just thrive off of teasing you…. thinks it’s so cute when you get all embarrassed. I first went down this rabbit hole of thought a few years ago. My updated version is that Nellie doesn’t make him pay rent. She just doesn’t care. She already wants him to live with her, so why make him pay?

Back when I first thought of this tho, my joke was that they’re both extremely broke, so she maybe tries to get him to pay rent a little bit, but he’s got, like, no money, so he’s just like, “Sorry, can’t.” And she just lets it slide, ‘cause what is she gonna do, evict the love of her life?

He gets away with this all the time.

The other joke I made is that he very easily could use this whole thing to his advantage. Not in a “toying with her feelings” way, just in a “my landlady’s in love with me, what’s she gonna do” way. One day, he just buys her flowers and is like, “Do you except barters?” And of course she accepts because she loves flowers and she loves him, and even if it was to get out of paying rent, she thinks it’s sweet, and they both know deep down that she was never going to make him pay anyway.

Liv was so happy at the end of season 14. Just like content and happy with her career and Brian and finally past Elliot and just happy.

That scene at the beginning of Her Negotiation with her on the couch... Just carefree in a way I don't think we've seen since. It's a testament to Mariska's acting really. Olivia carries a weight now, even when she's happy. Her job was harrowing and she'd seen the world at it's worst but she could still completely compartmentalize. She lost that after Lewis, never again would rapists and murderers and abusers stay partitioned in her mind.

(Also it must be said she's fucking hot as hell in that white shirt and black leggings when she's first interrogating Lewis.)

In that scene when she fully meets Lewis' eyes for the first time, you can see the ice run down her spine. That might actually be the exact moment she became "after-Olivia."

Hello! The Two Johnnies (AKA the Mummy thing) previously expanded here

It's basically a Mummy AU where it's:

Daniel LaRusso being Evie except he's the one that joined the foreign legion to see the world (and mummies bc he actually wanted to study archeology and cultures)

Johnny Lawrence being the lunkhead that gets into fights and is sent to Egypt to cool his heels, courtesy Sid. Dutch accompanies him because perhaps the reason Johnny even got into trouble was Dutch? Who knows.

Also everybody did sort of have bullying re: TKK but without the tournament. So Daniel dealt by joining the foreign legion to travel, Johnny dealt by becoming more surly/inward introspection gone bad. Basically CK Johnny. Idk man it's all hazy for me

And then you have fitey Johnny+Dutch meet Daniel again (Dutch meets Daniel in a bar, gets his ass handed to him bc Daniel did go learn karate apparently). So he steals Daniel's artefact bc he's a petty bitch.

Idk man they sort of agree to find treasure together because Daniel's the only one who knows where Hamunaptra is. Why do Johnny and Dutch want to go - well if you found out about a city of the dead wouldn't you want to go? Plus treasure frees Johnny (and Laura) from Sid. So they go. The Americans are Mike Barnes, Snake & co. lmao.

And Freddy Fernandez is Benny (i know i know but he ditched Daniel p quick after he lost a fight just saying). So basically Johnny's like LaRusso you're the brains, get us out of this because all I can do is punch stuff and that hasn't helped us much.

Whike simultaneously Silver is like I will be taking your Johnny to resurrect my Johnny. I would also like to point out Kreese covered in gold paint head to toe, let Terry have pretty things okay.

Plus Chozen is Ardeth Bay bc I love Daniel and Chozen together. Also imagine Dutch and Chozen would get along like a house on fire eventually.
