Under the guise of holding Wu Xie more securely, he wraps his fingers around the other’s wrist and lets the steady beat there relax him as they fly down the road.

Looking at just the ending lines have given me such cringe >.<. I often write really sappy/sweet/hopeful ending lines, which is kind of hilarious since I pretty much exclusively write h/c and angst. But I guess I'm a sucker for a happy ending? I seem to like ending on dialogue, which makes sense because I like starting with dialogue.

@avatarfantxsy @quyennie @despairandjo I decided to just list them. I need to make a separate post for bands tho. (that was a lie almost as fat as me) So in this bias list I will only list groups that I listen to. The last bias list I posted there were a lot of groups that I hadn’t listened to yet so this one will just be the groups I know of. but anyways starting off rookies was kind of like a vacation to me, rp wise. before rk i had my own rp that lasted a while but during 2013, there was just some drama between members that i constantly had 2 deal with and honestly it was like ... dragging me down, making admining seem like a chore and i loathed logging on to the main b/c i knew there would be some shit w/ these certain people that i had to deal with. so seeing rk in the tags being a different kind of idol roleplay ( and shout out rk for being a trendsetter ) /and/ the fact that reserves were filling up so quickly for a new rp, i quickly sent in a muse.

and it was a little ... idk at first. i did feel out of place considering most came from a different rp in the beginning and i wasn’t, and on top of me being v awkward w/ talking 2 people on instant messengers, there was a bit of time where i felt like i didn’t fit in and almost dropped like 2 weeks after i joined, LOL. luckily at the time a lot of things were going on which helped w/ plotting and meeting new muses, and everyone was super friendly and nice and that’s what kept me here!!!

so then rk turned from a vacation you didn’t want to leave from -- i ended up slagging off p majorly on my responsibilities as an admin at my own rp for a while because i was having such a good time at rk -- it rly brought back my love for rp and muse and tbh if you look back at rksunyoung’s archive back in 2013 - early 2014, i don’t think i’ve ever written as much on tumblr as i did back then, LOL. rk has definitely had it’s ups and downs and i’ve dropped both of my muses before -- but it wasn’t too long before i was bringing them back because there really isn’t a place like rk within krp. that, along with the dedication between both members and admins, is why it’s lasted so long and is still thriving with a super active dash after five fucking years. that’s crazy!! i think i remember mei saying something similar on twitter -- but when i see old rp friends and they ask “omg ur /still/ at rk???”

so it’s obvious to see why this rp went from feeling like a vacation to a home, right?? it’ll always have a special place in my heart  ♡

anyways moving on to my characters too -- when i first brought rksunyoung, now miss rkxblue, i never thought that she would last more than a couple of months, much less be involved with so many things within rk’s history!! it’s ... p wild to think about, especially since i’m someone that has a hard time committing to hobbies and such. it’s been a fun ride watching her go from someone who was wild and reckless and had a problem with love and a little bit of anger issues to someone whos a lot more well rounded, a soft idiot LOL. she even finally got herself the sweetest boyfriend after four years of being shipless on the rp, which i still can’t wrap my head around because denying herself love and believing that it doesn’t exist was one of her /things/ for the longest time. the list of stuff she’s done is so long and now that it’s lead to her finally debuting it’s ... scary yet exciting for her, to be honest, she thought she’d be a trainee forever!! i’ve had a lot of ups and downs with her muse as well, to the point where there was like years ( i think ) of inactivity on my end and she should have 4238972389 more points than she does atm because of that. i do feel sorry for her b/c that was just me being lazy ofc, but in the end i’ve gotten my shit together on her and have been pumping out replies p consistently this year and plotting w/ trainees which has done wonders for her muse. and although hyomin was literally /the/ perfect fc for her considering her personality, the fc change 2 yura has also helped majorly with my muse and it’s been so much easier to plot and reply and even with her characterization too.

as for miss rknvna!! she hasn’t had as much development as sun, aside from her tumultuous rls with a former song minho and being a royal trainee during her first run, and that’s mainly been due to my laziness again jfkafl;a. the good thing tho is that i’ve finally been able to experience life as a rookie with her, considering the times my girls have become trainees were v quick ( sun’s first time was like a week or two after the rp opened, then 3 months after i rejoined w/ her, and nana became a trainee only a month after she joined the first time ) so it was nice to experience the freedom that came with being a rookie!! since 2018 has been sun’s year, i’m going to focus on nana for 2019 so that she can branch out more!!

i guess before i move on i should give shoutouts to all my other rkmuses throughout the years whose lives were so short that i can’t even remember their urls LOL -- my song jieun, park kyungri, goo hara, and choi jinri muses!! i’m sure there’s at least one more that i’m forgetting, but they all lasted around 2 weeks so...

but i also want 2 thank rk for allowing me to be more social as well!! i’ve said this in the last anniversary post i wrote 25238957 years ago but i used 2 have a phobia of sorts when it came 2 instant messengers, so i didn’t rly have one when msn was popping and therefore, didn’t talk 2 many people ooc wise in rps. i made an aim when i came to rk and just ... diving in and talking to people helped out a lot with that, even if i do still get anxious from time to time w/ just simply messaging people. :(

i’m a shy individual ( and for some reason its only exacerbated online??? idk fam ) and unconsciously rather private as well, so that definitely hinders me from making friends as much as i would like to, but it’s a day by day process!! it’s something i’ve come 2 terms w/ as of late and will seriously work on within the next year! but even w/ me being the way that i am, i’ve been able 2 meet a couple of people that have made my experience in rk just a little bit brighter so a ( very brief ) shout out 2 them ~

"Pretends to be surprised", says the blonde boy next to Bryn. It was Geonah.

"No, I'm serious! I would actually like to confess to her but I don't know how...Without being awkward..."

"Why do you now suddenly realise that you have a crush on her? I mean you're friends for a longer time now.", Bryn asks.

"Well I accidentally slept at her place today and yeah I slept in on her. I woke up and she slept in, too. She looked so cute and innocent and...I don't know I just realised since that moment."

"Arww so cute", the young, and now annoying, friend says.

"Geonah...no...just no. Okay, so you're now completely sure...How about you concentrate on School Rapper first and then in a week you confess to her?"

"Yeah, I think that's a good idea...I mean I can take my time, can't I?"

"Sure.", Bryn answers.

"Okay...I get ready for practice then...I talk with the two of you later."

I move out of the room and make my way to mine. Before entering I hear a small "I ship it" out of the other room. Geonah I swear...

~Jieun's POV~

2:57pm" says the clock on my phone. I'm sitting in the subway, driving to the Just Music Entertainment studio.

I'm late...wow...my skills are unbelievable...My phone vibrates. Propably Jihoon.

I'll just listen to some music and wait...I can't change the fact that I'm late...

11 Minutes passed and I get off subway. I walk a little bit faster than usual and enter the building. While looking into some of the studios C-Jamm recognises me and points at the room across from his. Seems like he knows what I'm looking for. After thanking him I go to the room.

I knock once on the door before peeking my head through.

"There she is!", my brother says before giving me a small hug.

"Guys that's Jieun, my little sister. She will be featured on Hamin's solo stage as I already told you."

I give them a small smile until I notice Byungho's blank expression and I start giggling a little.

Surprise succeeded.

Kangwoo on the other side is inside the recording room and waves at me so do I.

"We are about to finish Kangwoo's recording. Then Byungho and then you. Hamin is already finished with his. Just sit there and watch.", Jihoon informs me.

"Wow so I hurried to get here just to wait even more?", I say to him sarcastically and sit next to Byungho on the couch.

"Okay Kangwoo let's start.", my older brother says and turns to the recording room.

"Was my surprise successful?", I whisper to the blonde guy next to me.

"Just slightly", he answers pretty unamused and cold.

Shit, did I messed something up? Should I've told him?

Is he angry now? I'll just...no I won't talk about that now...we would only disturb the recording...

Kangwoo seems to take pretty long...Swings says he has some habits he has to get rid off, to sound good. Byungho who was sitting next to me meanwhile stood up and is helping Kangwoo to improve. Hamin is on his phone. I feel uncomfortable and out of place.

Maybe I can ask Bryn what's wrong with Byungho...

Damn even Bryn doesn't know what's wrong...I let out a deep sigh and look at my phone.

3:41pm...still long time to go.

"Okay Byungho your turn.", my brother interruptes my thaughts and Byungho enters the studio.

He's good. As always. I listened to basically all of his public songs and they're all great. Every. Single. One.

The lyrics, the rhymes, the flow, just everything. He's really talented.

He then suddenly makes a mistake.

"It's okay man, just try it again.", Jihoon tells him.

Byungho trys again. This time without mistake.

"Okay that was good. Let's just record this a second time and then you're finished."

Byungho starts all over again. So far so good. But then again a small mistake. He curses slightly.

"No reason to curse", Jihoon chuckles. "Just try again"

Now again without mistakes.

"K, that's enough, you can come out."

The blonde boy takes the headphones off and steps out of the recording room.

"I want you two to practice the performance together in the room in the basement. There are mirrors and microphones. Check up your lyrics and behaviours on stage. Jieun now it's your turn."

I stand up and slightly look at Byunho. He seems to ignore me completely now and leaves the room together with Kangwoo.

Hamin is still on his phone.

I put on the headphones and take out my phone with the lyrics...Just to be sure.

"Sis, you and Byungho know each other?", he asks me before we start.

"Yeah we're both going to the same school and are quiet close...at least I thaught that.", I only whispered the last five words to myself. We then start recording.

~Bryn's POV~

"Geonah we have a problem!"

He instantly pops up and enters my room.

"What's wrong noona?", He asks

"Byungho is doing shit!"

"What is he doing?"

"Jieun just texted me and asked if something is wrong with him. She told me that he seems to be pissed and is weird..."

"Oh no..."

"Oh yes..."

"What should we do?"

"Press the shit out of him! I don't want him to ruin this!"

"Lol it's not even your relationship."

"Yeah but I ship it...and I'm 99,9% sure she likes him, too...I swear I'll kill him if he hurts her even thaugh they like each other. We'll get answers as soon as he returns."

JM and Hamin

I noticed that Swings has a habit of “collecting” rappers/producers with original colors. I mean, just look at Giriboy, Nochang, C-Jamm, Vasco/Bill Stax, Blacknut and now Hamin. Thinking back, I also remember that he tried to recruit Iron as well - and what a shame Iron didn’t accept his offer, he might’ve been free of scandals, since Swings takes good care of his artists and their reputation and he is aware of the DOs and DON’Ts of smoking weed, since his friend went to jail because of it.

Anyway, I wish people would stop talking bs about Hamin joining JM, since it was the perfect choice for him. Swings will let him do whatever he wants with his music and it’s not like Hamin has a pea for a brain, it doesn’t mean that he will take after Swings’ bad personality. He is smart enough to make the right choices if he wishes to. I like to compare him with Giriboy because their styles, although different, are somehow similar, but he is smarter than Giriboy (no offense, if you know Giriboy, you’ll know what I’m talking about) so if he thinks that JM is not for him, he will leave on his own. YG and everything related to it would’ve been poison to Hamin’s style and originality, since they’re interfering with their artists’ music. AOMG would’ve been a NO as well, since their artists have a particular sound that doesn’t match Hamin. JM was perfect because they’re a bunch of weird people with different music styles. Hamin will do well from now on, so stop complaining and wait for his music.

I don’t think I’ve ever had an idea for a prompt response come so quickly as I did with this xD (Of course, then life happened and all that jazz so it’s taken a while to answer it….).  I took a few liberties with the prompt,and the POV jumps a bit, but this was fun!  (These poor dorks…someone help them they have no idea how to flirt or function around cute people.)I may have also gotten a bit carried away and started trying to figure out what exactly Elisabeth and Jasper are talking about (history and books…the answer is history and books.  Because they’re nerds), but decided to leave it off for now

           Elisabethsmiled to herself as she walked down the hall arm in arm with her brother as herecounted a story he’d heard from Prince Hamin. Again.  Really, she thought not paying attention in the slightest, this crush of his is adorable, but he’s kindof helpless when it comes to actually doing anything about it.  Her grin widened, unobserved by the happilychattering Noah, right before she asked, eyes gleaming with mischief,“So…would you just kiss him already if I paid you 100 gold to doit?”

           Noah stoppeddead in his tracks and stared at her. “First, you don’t have100 gold to give me to do anything.”

           "It’sa hypothetical!“

           "Andsecond,” he continued as though she hadn’t interrupted him, “I would pay 100 gold to march up to him, say‘Hello, I think I might be quite smitten with you,’ and snog that grin right offhis stupidly pretty face!”

           Elisabethreplied, “Oh really?” at the same time as another voice from behindthem asked, “Anyone I know?”

           Noah froze,a look of horror on his face as he met his sister’s gaze, silently demanding, You didn’t!

           Elisabeth’sself satisfied smile said Oh yes I did,which she enforced by leaning close to whisper, “Now’s your chance!”before shoving him none too gently (nor particularly discreetly) in Hamin’sdirection.

           Noahstumbled and tripped and only narrowly avoided crashing into the pirate inquestion, who looked incredibly amused. “I am so sorry!”  Panicmade him babble rather incoherent apologies and something about a fish (why was I given vocal cords?!), while thinkingless than favorable thoughts towards his sister.  He shot a venomous look at Elisabeth, whowaved merrily.  Yes, he had said he’d like to confront Hamin, butthese things took preparation and planning…by him, not his scheming minx of ababy sister! Oh she’s going to pay forthis!  I’m going to–!   His thoughts were abruptly distracted formtheir vengeful musings by the simple expedient of  Hamin pulling him close and kissing him.  Noah’s irritation and desire for retaliationfluttered very briefly before fizzling out completely to be replaced with awarm happy feeling hat remained after Hamin released him.   I’m going to buy her that pony she wanted whenshe was nine.  No! I’ll get her a library full of history books and adventure novels! Noah thoughts, grinning to himself, his dayhaving suddenly gotten rather better (it having been a pretty good day to startwith, this was saying something).  He wasdistracted by a snort of laughter he recognized from over twenty years ofliving under the same roof, and he turned his attention toward the apparentlyhighly entertaining conversation between his sister and Hamin.

           "Youmay as well keep it, seeing as I would only end up giving it to my brother, whowould end up giving it back to you anyway,“ Elisabeth said looking more smugthan Noah could ever remember her doing.

           "Youplanned this?”  he demanded.

           "Imight have,“ Elisabeth said evasively, which she ruined by rolling hereyes.

           Thoughtsstuck somewhere between indignation and the warm fuzzy place they had beenmoments earlier, Noah replied, “You are most definitely not getting that pony now!”

           Both Haminand Elisabeth stared at him for a couple of moments before the former burstinto laughter and the latter cocked her head and asked, “What on earth areyou talking about?!”  before she toobroke into a fit of the giggles. Realizing he’d spoken aloud, Noah flushed before he too was laughing- atthe two of them, at himself, and at the whole ridiculous situation.  Leave it to Elisabeth to meddle where shethought she was being helpful.

           Elisabethstarted and stood straighter when someone behind them coughed softly.  Noah watched in amusement as she somewhatunsuccessfully tried to smother her laughter and instead choked out a greetingof, “Hello Jasper,” between giggles.

           "HelloLady Elisabeth, Lord Noah, Prince Hamin. Is everything  alright?“ Jasper replied, eyebrowsraised.

           "Yes,yes, everything is fine!” Elisabeth replied, gaining control over hergiggling, if not the grin on her face.

           Hamin snickeredas Noah nodded in agreement. “Oh things are just swell here,” he saidgrinning as he threw a companionable arm over Noah’s shoulder.

           Jasper eyedthe three of them suspiciously, wondering if he ought to send someone to lookfor a fire somewhere. Or some other chaos he thought, rathercircumspect.  Elisabeth on her own mightcause an accident, but in present company an accident could quickly turn into afull blown catastrophe.

           "My darling sister,“ Noah shot Elisabetha disgruntled look, "Just played a bit of a prank on us, you see,” headded, rubbing the back of his neck.

           Jasper’sexpression cycled rapidly from suspicious to mildly curious, to approvingbefore settling into it usual nonchalance. Noah wasn’t sure he liked the idea of someone else possibly encouragingElisabeth’s antics and gave the butler a suspicious look of his own.

           Completelyunperturbed by this, Jasper asked Elisabeth, “Did you still wish topractice dancing this afternoon, my lady, or would you prefer-”

           "Oh!  I nearly forgot!“  Elisabeth cut him off.  "I’m sorry Jasper! I hope you weren’twaiting too long.”

           Jasper gaveher a funny look.  "We’re not thatfar from your room, Lady Elisabeth.  Isimply followed the noise.“

           It was thenthat Elisabeth and her erstwhile companions realised they had acquired anaudience.  A couple of the Hise delegateswere grinning and whistling, and form the looks of it, exchanging coin of theirown while a couple of other people loitered in varying states of shock.  "Ah, hello Annabelle,” Elisabethsaid to her skittish Arlish neighbor, who was clearly not sure which was morescandalous: a trio of adults some years older than herself having hysterics inthe hallway, or blatantly open displays of affection, like kissing…in public!  She squeaked a greeting at Elisabeth beforedarting past a few doors down the hall into her room, shutting the door firmlybehind her.  Turning back to her brotherand his would be beau, Elisabeth grinned. “Alright you two, do stop scandalizing my neighbors, or at the veryleast, try to do so somewhere more discreet? I have dancing topractice!”  she said with the air ofa governess scolding her charges for disobedience, conveniently ignoring thefact that she had orchestrated thewhole thing.

           "You’restill on about that?  I’d have thoughtyou’d give up ages ago!“  Noah saidin some surprise.  "You know, justbecause you’re her butler and all, you don’t need to get your feet stamped on,right?” he added with a grin and a teasing nudge to Elisabeth’s arm.

           Elisabethhuffed in annoyance, but Jasper replied before she could say any of thescathing comments in her head.  "LadyElisabeth’s dancing has improved very much in the few weeks she’s beenhere.  She’s an adept study.“

           "Ifyou say so!  Carry on and god speed, allthat rot! You’re a far more persistent man than I,”  Noah replied cheerily.

           Elisabethflushed slightly, “Thank you Jasper,” she said with exaggerateddignity.  "Shall we get goingthen?  I’m supposed to meet Penelopelater I think, and I want to make sure I have enough time to practice thefleuret.“  She turned withoutdeigning to say goodbye to her brother and took a few steps down the hall, butwhen they’d gotten a few feet away she whirled around and stalked back toNoah.  "May I remind you that I knowboth where you sleep and also where to find frogs here?  And I’ve barely stepped on Jasper’s feetsince the first couple of lessons he gave me, which is more than I could sayabout your attempts at teaching me, thank you very much!” she hissed,pointing at him menacingly before spinning back around with an irritated noise,nose in the air, and hurrying to catch up with Jasper, who seemingly hadn’tgotten any further away despite not having actually stopped walking.

           Noahwatched in some bemusement as Elisabeth tucked a strand of hair behind her earand smiled at her butler, who leaned solicitously towards her as she apparentlylaunched into telling some story, gesturing enthusiastically. “Well, Isay!  That was a bit extreme.  I was only joking,” he said,frowning.  "I hardly think thatcalls for frogs in one’s bed.“

           "Mmm,”Hamin said.  "Maybe we should haveoffered her the hundred gold,“ he said speculatively, watching Elisabeth’sinteractions with mild interest, still leaning an arm causally on Noah’sshoulders.

           "What?!”Noah sputtered.  Then he added, afterHamin pointed, “Oh that’s just Lissy’s way.  She always seems to become fast friends withthe staff wherever we are; has since she was a tiny little terror.  It’s how she used to get sweets back homewhen we were younger!  Befriend the staffand they’ll make sure you get your favorite pastries.  Of course…I don’t think she’s actuallyasked them to sneak her food since she was about ten though….”  He tilted his head in a gesture remarkablysimilar to his sister’s as he watched. “That’s just Lissy,” he said, though he frowned as Elisabeth’sbright laugh echoed down the hall.

           "Right.  What ever you say!“  Hamin said. "Soo…frogs?”  he askedwith a wicked grin as the two of them began meandering off to take Elisabeth’ssuggestion of finding somewhere less populated. “Do I want to know?”

           Noahsighed, “Well I’m not afraid of them if that’s what you’re wondering.  But it is quite unpleasant when one islooking forward to clean, warm sheets, only to climb into a bed with dampsheets and some angry looking amphibians. Now our older sister on the other hand…”  Noah winked at Hamin.  "She loathesfrogs!“

           "Whydo I get the impression that your sister isn’t the only one that was a rightlittle terror?”

           "Youmean she isn’t now?  She’ll be sodisappointed; she does try so hard,“ Noah said dramatically before flashing a cheeky smile.  "Admittedly, she might have had somehelp in that. Someone had to teach her the way of things.”

           Haminlaughed.  "With an attitude like that,you’d do pretty well as a.  Ever thoughtabout pirating?“

           "Frequently,”Noah replied, grinning.

aah, it's really over now! I'm really happy hongwon won hedeserves it!! Hamin's stage was so good! like I almost cried when I saw them cry. :c Mark's stage was just amazing. I'm so proud to be a fan! ;; Score doesn't matter as much as improvement and enjoying the show! I guess the winner was really obvious yeah haha. what'll I do now on my friday afternoon lmao. :(

honestly it was a very close battle lol.. (LIKE THE TOP 3 HAD 1 SCORE DIFF.. it basically means they are all good.. lol..) i would honestly give all of them the winner title tbh.. every stage was super meaning and very touching.. they gave their ALL and not only that, but they added all their HEARTS into their stage, lyrics, perf.. it was very touching.. i cried on almost every stage.. ahh my weak heart ;-; ahh anony thank you so much for talking to me about hsr.. i’m so happy there was someone i could talk to about it!!!! (since none of my friends watch it lol) i was tweeting so much during the show lmao.. I CRIED SO MUUUUUUCH.. i will miss my kids.. :( my talented bbs.. my lovely angel mark.. ahh i will miss it..

4.  Siblings - Revaire

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT CHRETIEN.

Chretien is the second oldest after Sabine.  He’s four years younger than her.  He is the ‘good guy’ that everyone deserves in their life.  He has an easy-going and amiable personality that adapts pretty easily to any situation.  He smiles easily, and is an impeccable gentleman.  A sweetheart.

Chretien grew up largely protected by Sabine from the worst of his parents’ nonsense.  But he’s not a fool, and like his older sister has mixed feelings about their parents.  But unlike Sabine, he hates confrontation and generally stood back whenever a fight occurred.  He harbors some guilt from this, that he let his sister take on the entire burden of their siblings and the entire responsibility of pushing their parents into occasionally acting like parents.

When Sabine got married, she was able to send him to university.  He spent some time studying economics and trade, and then took a job at an investment house despite his sister’s attempts to persuade him otherwise.  Chretien is aiming to ultimately pull the Guyenne family up by its bootstraps, and repair the estate and their reputation.  However, it puts Chretien himself in a strange spot.  Some of his noble friends cannot imagine associating with a person employed in trade.  A proper nobleman should be idle, and not work like some merchant’s son.

After Sabine remarries, I imagine Zarad will make many attempts to help Chretien out, but he will refuse of course.  So Zarad will find some ways to have proxies invest in Chretien’s company.  And his proxies will end up competing with Sabine’s.  Chretien himself will be blissfully unaware, just thinking that he’s having a lucky streak finally.

Roselin is the next child in the family.  She is altogether too much like her mother, too silly to be as pretty as she is.  At eighteen, she’s already run away from home four times.  Two times with girlfriends, two others merely because she was told off by Sabine.  She doesn’t have a spiteful temperament, but she has a terrible victim complex and thrives on drama.  She’s their parent’s favorite.

I’ve mentioned Victoire before in another ask, but Sabine considers a sister as well.  She’s a few years older than Sabine, and carefully maintains a mysterious air.  She is very good at being a lady’s maid, running a household, and digging up things that people would rather be left buried.

The others are works in progress, but imagine a gaggle of cute puppies with pretty dark curls.

16. Friends - Current

Sabine is generally close to everyone with a special fondness for Ria, Cordelia, and Penn.  She can’t help adopting the big sister role with them.  Her need to mother people is pretty irresistible.  She has had some small conversations with Clarmont about certain writers they are both mutually acquainted with.  She pretends to dislike Hamin on principle, since he and Zarad gang up on her.  The exchanges with Avalie have been terribly amusing and an enjoyable challenge; she looks forward to what their relationship will become in the following years.

She’s of course exchanging letters with her dear Victoire and Guillaume back home; she’s heartbroken that it may potentially be some time until she sees either again.

Huan let Ana down pretty instantly when they met; she’s planning to live in Jiyel forever.  But that just opened the way for them to have a great friendship wherein they try to punch each other a lot.  She and Sayra probably haven’t said more than a dozen words to each other, but they can tell just meeting each other’s eyes that they are the same type in many ways.  Zarad finds Huan’s actions incredibly amusing/admirable; Huan finds him to be a bit of a pest.

19. Rivalry - Past

Sabine first came into court with few friends.  Her now friend Guillaume Comtois hated her, but they resolved their differences.  There was a later incident in which Sabine and Guillaume had to confront a ghost of Alain’s (the Baron Namaire’s son’s) past– his once fiancee.  It’s one of those things that’s on my long list of things to write.

Huan, as a pretty devout student of the Way of the Sparrowhawk, spent a lot of her childhood getting into fights with rival schools.  Her parents would chew her out for these incidents; her grandmother would only half-heartedly scold her.  Challenges in the martial world are par-the-course, and the childhood spats are seen as stepping stones.  Huan led the other Sparrowhawk children around like a gang of little terrors.

20. Rivalry - Current

Sabine of course has the standard silly thing with Blain, and she enjoys the frenemy-ness between herself and Avalie.  She maintains a careful distance from Gisette and Jarrod, and has done her best to keep their attention from herself.

Huan has successfully pissed off Blain, Gisette, and Jarrod.  To a lesser extent: Jasper (over her unmanageable behavior), Woodly, Jaslen, and Avalie.  I’m half tempted to write some sort of incident between her and Jarrod because I know she would  d r a g  him.  Literally.  By his silly little reverse-rattail.

Surprisingly, she dislikes Clarmont.  Even if your intentions are good, she intensely disapproves of people who never say what they mean.
