Trying to keep a running tally of what we know re: character ages… I feel like that image of the guy with the conspiracy board who looks very haggard standing in front of it lol.
Daniel is “old enough to drive and be on his own” (assuming 18y)
Lucy is “slightly older than Daniel” (assuming 19y)
Hoagie is “not old enough to drive yet” (torn btwn assuming 15y and 17y? He seems young to me personally so I’m inclined to assume he’s closer to 15y or 16y but I’ve been wrong before)
Bixby is “an adult” (idk how old she is she has a babyface)
Jayce found the Cyclops Eye “before he was 20” and was locked in the Soul Box for 5 years (assuming he didn’t age in the Soul Box, I’ve put him around 20-21y. If he DID age in the Soul Box, he’s probably closer to 25y)
Shak “was a kid” the last time she was inside of Jayce’s hideout, which means she considered herself a “kid” 5-6 years prior, since Jayce DISAPPEARED 5 years ago but who knows how long he was out adventuring before that. I’m also assuming Shak and Hoagie are a similar age based on the way they interact. Shak has been confirmed younger than Hoagie. (Assuming she’s around 14y)
Burden is ???? old enough to know Daniel’s father (and Viktor Albright?) from before Daniel was born/when Daniel was a young kid, and “knows more about Daniel’s father” than what has been stated in the show so far. (I don’t have an estimate for him but he’s a Grown-Ass Adult™)
Elyse was probably around the same age as Lucy (assuming 19y) if they went to the Dowser Academy together.
Viktor is ???? years old! He was originally supposed to be hundreds of years old (“a sprightly 147 year old man”) and passing himself off as his son’s son’s son (Viktor Albright IV) but that didn’t necessarily make it into the final edit of the show so? He’s probably older than a human should be able to be tho. (Assuming at LEAST over 100y)
That’s all I have for now but I’ll probably update the info if I make any other connections !
Now that Strength of Heart is officially done, I’m ready to jump into a new book!!! And by jump in to, I obviously mean that I spent all day playing around on Canva to make this look like the Friends With Benefits movie poster lol.
And honestly, it’s about time I had a MMC with Jensen Ackles as a face claim!!!! 🫠
I’ve already got a super rough outline of what I want to happen, and I’m planning to start writing tomorrow!!!
“Come on. We’re going for coffee and I’m not taking no for an answer.” He paused. “I mean, I would take no for an answer but something tells me you’re going to say yes.”
What gets her heart racing: Elyse enjoys small little gestures. Reminders of her importance to someone else. She’s the strong, silent type (doubly so with her mask) and so she greatly loves being reminded that she means something. In general, though, Elyse’s heart gets racing in a platonic sense when she sees scenic views. You wouldn’t think it looking at her, but she has a powerful affection for the blasted landscape, and can find beauty in the wreckage of it.
🌠 SHOOTING STAR - if they could make any wish with no repercussions, what wish would they make?
This is a WILD question for Elyse and I had to think about it. I think she’d wish for the anomalies of the land to be gone, ultimately, because she knows about them, and she understands what a threat they are, but she also knows that they are beyond what can be understood. What makes them? What causes these things? She’d want them to be gone... for more than one reason. If they’re gone, then they can’t be used as a weapon, either. A great source of misery and worry would be gone.
This even was proving to be a prime opportunity to speak with his cousins, and catch up with them. He was especially excited to speak with Elyse, and hear of how she was finding Lucca, Highgarden and the Reach. The Reach was perhaps his favorite place in all of Westeros. The fruits, and rivers and greenery were all so splendid. The fashion, and entertainment and splendor of all the houses were also all very noteworthy.
“Princess Elyse, truly a pleasure to see you again cousin.” He sipped the Dornish red he was holding. “Highgarden has seemingly been treating you wonderfully, I envy you of being able to stay in the Reach for the rest of your life now. The Riverlands, while I love them, are so dull in comparison.”
The best thing about Dorne was how open minded everyone was. Naive as he was, he was happy that others were judging him for his interests in plays, and flowers, and theatrics. He currently had a bright orange flower in his hair, and he was balancing on several boards above a small market when he saw the newest Lady Tyrell, Elyse from the Riverlands. He wanted to make her feel welcomed, so hoping down to where she was, he smiled brightly.
“Lady Tyrell, it is a pleasure, I am Meryn Peake.” Giving a slight bow, he offered her the flower from his ear. “How are you finding Dorne, my father says we shouldn’t trust them, but so far I’ve found it enjoyable here.”
❝HUH? I'VE NEVER TRIED THAT BEFORE,❞ elyse admitted sheepishly. in her previous relationships, none of them had really offered to eat her out. she was often the giver rather than the receiver. she was used to that kind of dynamic. she was a people pleaser. she thought of s𝓮x as an obligation to keep the relationship going even though she didn't enjoy it most of the time. being an actress, she was good at pretending that she enjoyed it.
– muse: elyse jung / 24-29 / actress & model
– open to: m / nb
– plot(s): based on (x) | additional idea: elyse isn't used to enjoying s𝓮x. your muse could be her best friend, friend, coworker, fwb, or whatever works, that wants to give her a great time. she also has a married timeline/verse (you may specify that if you want this to be an affair).
Figured I should share these FH doodles from last year (burn's out a bitch), Charlotte and Lindsey as Barbie, Ryan as Allan, and Patrick as Ken with his mink coat.

In today's review, I find that the root of all evil may lie in the soil of Haddonfield. As I attempt a #positive review of the 1995 film Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers

What motivates a person to the actions that they do? You either side with nature (i.e. it is genetic) or nurture (i.e. it is your upbringing). In the case of fictional killers, it can be secrets that lie deep in the soil. In 1995, long after the original nightmare on that fabled Halloween night, the dangling threads of that evening were finally put to rest, in Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael…
"You know... I wasn't avoiding you." He mused, swirling the champagne in his glass. "Although, you could've been avoiding me... can we let bygones be bygones for an evening?" @elysefz

the rwd season 4 qna inspired me to start thinking about college au headcanons except a lot of these are gonna be really specific to my school and y'all are just gonna have to deal with that <3
Kyana feeds some of the school cats. she would feed all of them if she could
Dani smuggled Plug (the scrawniest black cat you've ever seen) into her dorm room illegally and somehow management hasn't caught her yet (based on a true story) (Kyana visits to see Plug all the time)
Finbar keeps an updated tier list of every canteen in the school with breakdowns of the best stalls/dishes for each
A senior from the school of engineering once said to me 'all the engineering people dress like rats cuz our classrooms don't have aircon' (context: tropics) anyway that's Dani
Kyana would probably be involved in a lot of freshman orientation events from second year onwards. she just likes talking to the new kids and giving them advice like she would be the kind of orientation group leader who'd get messages from her freshies asking about all kinds of random nonsense because she's made sure they know they can always contact her with questions
VR-LA is The Guy you go to for textbook pirating resources
(this is more of a 'wouldn't that be funny' but VR-LA is just Veerle's discord handle)
Docent is the name of VR-LA's old laptop that broke down so he gave it to Cassimere (computer engineering major he met once at a networking event) to fix except Cassimere got everything off the hard drive and then somehow managed to fuck it up Even More so he had to get a new laptop (and named it Emi)
Roy has gotten food poisoning from his dorm meal plan at least once (based on at least one true story)
The heap trio + Mandy would be those friends constantly playing majong in the dorm lounge and if all the majong tables are taken they just play in one of their dorm rooms on a towel to dampen the tile shuffling noises (it was Mandy's idea)
Every morning Dani goes to the drinks stall at her faculty and orders one iced coffee to the point where the stall owner starts preparing an iced coffee whenever they see her approach (based on my true story)
Roy would be one of those people who goes clubbing every other week and every time he tries to drag the rest of the heap trio and Egan almost always goes and Dani would go if she didn't have a good excuse but always begrudgingly. anyway Roy would always be the only one having a good time until Egan gets drunk enough to start having fun
Finbar actually uses the dorm kitchens instead of just buying canteen food and it always makes the hallways smell really good
Vhas also uses the dorm kitchen sometimes but like. one time i walked into the pantry on my floor and someone had left cut sweet potatoes and 2 eggs in an inch of water in a pan on the stove. that's Vhas
Kyana's constantly applying for overseas exchanges and international summer/winter school programmes. the world is large and she wants to see it!
Maxim's the definition of a hall phantom. you know he lives on your dorm floor because you pass him by in the hallways sometimes and literally nowhere else. sometimes you're not convinced that he actually exists
VR-LA and Maxim's friendship stems from them being from wildly different faculties (VR-LA's in STEM, Maxim's doing anthropology so arts/social sciences) but also having lots of weird interests they cant really bug anyone in their home faculties about
Elyse is in student government and every once in a while Finbar receives a series of angry texts about the newest idiocy she's had to put up with
MR-SN and AS-TR start a stargazing club together. other notable members include AS-TR's girlfriend E-DN, MR-SN's friend C-RA (the one who always volunteers to carry the heavy ass telescopes) and MR-SN's friend K-LB who he pestered into coming to fix one of the wonky scopes even though K-LB's actually in electrical engineering but he's the only engineering person MR-SN (an arts student) knows
oh and of course VR-LA joins because he genuinely just likes space (developing a crush on his club chairperson was not on his bingo card)
Kyana and E-DN were MMA sparring buddies at one point which is how she found out about the stargazing and joined immediately
honestly i can probably think of more but this post is fuckin long LMAO
vaguely animal crossing-esque gijinka sketch of Sgaille, the youngest heir to the Goldcap Throne.
Sgaille’s appearance is due to her possessing not the usual skin of her fellows, but instead a thin downy coat of fur. While Sloane doesn’t care one way or the other for this, Elliot takes great pride in the trait. Elliot herself lost her fur long ago, but it is a trait that often showed in her family (at least, from what she can recall).
As Elliot’s only child (as Sloane was never particularly interested with more children with either of her wives once the throne’s heirs were around), Sgaille grew up with a martial influence. She’s cunning and quick in a way that neither of her sisters are.
She is the only one of the heirs to know the truth about her family: Sloane does not romantically care for either of her wives; her heart lies elsewhere. The children were created out of blood magic and spells and wingfeathers placed upon an altar slick with plagueblood, with broken sunstones. Elliot and Elyse are, however, very much in love. Sgaille also knows who Sloane does truly love, but she says nothing, as she knows it is better this way: after all, while the family may be strained at times, it also has enemies.
While she was originally intended to be a captain of the Rustsun Army, Sgaille has shirked that duty as long as she’s been old enough for it, and Elliot doesn’t want to upset her only daughter by demanding she take up the position. Truthfully, Elliot is actually grateful that Sgaille isn’t in the Rustsun Army; she is a demigod, yes, but even a demigod can die.
