Attempting to make a home out of yet another town was both doubting and exhausting. "Do I dare ask why you are out so late?" @dvlishkol

His patience was tested by the male, often finding a way to irritate him. He had always been able to push his buttons, even if he did not like to show it. "The supernatural package sounds like a nightmare, rather than a blessing -- what do you and your family want? To destroy yet another town within your grasp?" He did not understand why they continued to torment others, especially those in the unknown. He exhaled, folding his arms across his chest in defence. He knew not to test him, knowing he could often turn at any moment. "God forbid this town or the residents of Mystic Falls gain any peace."

kol's eyes sparkled with mischief as he replied to jeremy's comment, his devilish smirk widening. "oh, little gilbert, you wound me." a hand falls flat over his chest, a slight pout settling on his face for a brief moment. "always a pleasure to be in your company," kol retorted, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "but, alas, you know how it is with family. we're like a supernatural package deal. you get one of us, you get all of us." he chuckled, clearly relishing the discomfort he was causing jeremy. kol had a knack for pushing people's buttons, especially those who had crossed him in the past, and he wasn't about to let jeremy forget their history.

•Kol’s affection is very physical which sometimes causes you problems since you’re a bartender

•His hands are almost constantly on you in some fashion and while the Mikaelson’s are all gift givers, Kol goes for less of the fancy jewelry and more of the cards and flowers, always wanting the people you work with, especially the men, to see that you’re taken

B stands for BLOODY: how bloody are they willing to get for their object of obsession?

•Any chance that Kol has to get bloody is a good time for him, but for you, that’s different

•While he enjoys his work, when it comes to getting rid of a ‘rival’ or a drunk asshole who thinks his girl is free game, he takes extra pride and extra time in making it hurt

C stands for CRUELTY: would they ever hurt their object of obsession?

•Never seriously, no

•Kol doesn’t enjoy seeing you in pain unless it’s the good kind😉, however he will ensure his point gets across whether that means spanking your ass or on one scary occasion, tightening his hand around your throat to make sure he’s being heard the way he needs to be

•Never sexually, while Kol enjoys your kinky relationship and how adventurous you are in bed, he would never do anything you say ‘no’ to, even in play. The Mikaelsons all take sexual assault very seriously and they’ve killed men for it hundreds of times by now, he refuses to hurt you like that

•Kol’s jealousy is no joke, a guy making eye contact with you enrages him

•You always know when you’re never going to see a man again by the look on your boyfriends face, you’ve just asked that he leaves your regulars alone, and the old men that drink in your bar who flirt in a ‘sweet old man’ kind of way

•You’re sure he’s killed at least 40 men throughout his 6 months coming to see you at work before he forces you to live with him

K stands for KINDNESS: how they act around their object of obsession?

•Kol is a teasing, funny guy and most people love him upon meeting him

•His entertaining attitude puts people at ease but you know it’s a front and that the belief in it gets many people dead

L stands for LOVE LETTER: how would they approach their object of obsession?

•He visited you at work every shift for 2 weeks before you believed he was serious, he knew it would take time since you get flirty guys at work all the time but he stuck with it

•On the nights he couldn’t be there because of work he would send you a bouquet of flowers and a card with some kind of sweet note in them

N stands for NAUGHTY: how would they punish their object of obsession?

•Kol would prefer to spank you for the most part

•You also learned very quickly that your actions can get other men killed, deserving or not and while a part of you found it hot that he would kill to protect you, he would also kill to punish you so you quickly stopped ‘flirting’ with men at your job to get tips since you realized it pissed him off and he would kill anyone who gave you attention beyond what a bartender should get

•Once you moved in with him and he stopped you from working he would punish you by locking you in his room since he knew it drove you mad, he usually lets you walk freely around the house knowing you can’t get out passed the guards so locking you in his room was the perfect punishment for you

•Your life as you knew it is gone along with your normal freedoms, but that doesn’t mean you have nothing in your new life

•Kol found (and often rubbed it in his brothers faces) that you were more behaved than his brothers girls quicker which allowed you more freedoms, which is why you ‘behaved yourself’ in the first place

•You we’re allowed to roam the house freely several weeks before Klaus’ fiancée got the same privilege and she had been here 4 months before that happened which had only been 2 weeks for you

•Kol isn’t known for his patience but thankfully you are a quick learner

•You figured out how fucked up Kol was long before he kidnapped you, but you had fallen for him by then and suddenly his crazy just didn’t matter as much to you, which is why you adapt quicker in your opinion…his crazy actually turned you on…

Q stands for QUIT: if their object of obsession died or escaped, would they ever be able to move on?

•Died: If you died that means someone hurt you and if someone hurt you Kol will not rest until he finds out and punishes the person or people responsible and everyone they’ve ever cared for, it is the only time his siblings actually worry for him when he ‘goes off the deep end’…Kol would never be the same again, he doesn’t love often and to give it so freely to you…he’s dead inside…he died right beside you that day

•Escaped: If you did ever try to escape, which you personally didn’t see the point to knowing your boyfriend/fiancée (or whatever TF you are) as well as you do, he would find you before the days end, both the type and amount of people on the Mikaelson’s payroll is frightening and you would be lucky to make it off the property

R stands for REGRET: would they ever regret harming their object of obsession? Would they ever let them go?

•The idea of letting you go is laughable to the youngest Mikaelson brother, literally, you told him he could let you go once and he giggled in a way one could only describe as…maniacally…

•Harming you however, if Kol ever truly hurt you then it was an accident and he would regret it, punishing you though, no never, you should have behaved yourself like he told you to do

S stands for STIGMA: what made their yandere tendencies bloom?

•The moment he saw you behind that bar and you laughed at a man’s pickup line for the first time, that was when he decided you were to be his

•Kol doesn’t take things like that lightly, you belong to him, always and forever, there’s no way around it

•He was possessive of you instantly, sitting at your bar and flirting with you, threatening men who tried to take your attention with grievous bodily harm if they didn’t scram and Fast! He committed himself to getting your attention which took him 2 weeks of coming back over and over again. The loss of sleep and the work he put on others was completely worth it once he truly had your attention and that gorgeous smile directed at him

T stands for TEARS: how would they react to their object of obsession crying/breaking?

•It depends on the type of crying

•If you’re crying during sex it turns him on, not to actually hurt you, but to see you so overwhelmed with pleasure is his favorite thing

•If you’re crying in pain or upset he will comfort you and hurt whoever dared to make you feel like this, Kol doesn’t want you to be broken, just dependent on him which is exactly what he’s going to get

U stands for UNIQUE: something different they would do compared to others yanderes.

•Kol didn’t lock you up the same way Elijah and Klaus had, he gave you little freedoms until you proved you weren’t worthy of them

•If you wanted someone dead, especially a man, you made it happen

•The 3 men that had hassled you at work for nearly a year, all you had to do was subtlety tell Kol one night that they made you ‘uncomfortable’ with their advances, and they never showed up again…it turns out there are perks to dating a psychopath

W stands for WIT’S END: would they hurt their object of obsession?

•Never in a lasting way, he would never beat you or scar you, the only physical pain he caused you (besides bruises while playing) was when you were so bad he needed to spank you, which was not often

X stands for XOANON: would they worship their object of obsession?

•Kol loves you more than anyone has ever loved you in your entire life

•He is happy to treat you like his perfect Princess or his naughty Kitten whenever you need/want

Oh, Kol Mikaelson, my beloved:

Before long, they were pulling off the main road and driving through heavy, electric-powered iron-wrought gates that marked the entrance to the Mikaelsons’ private property. She ended up looking out the window at the trees that banked either side of the long, winding drive, fall leaves rustling in the night-time breeze and fluttering to the ground. A thin slither of the moon could just be glimpsed behind their gnarled branches, shining in the distance, before it was blocked out completely by the growing foliage. And then the encroaching woods finally parted completely, revealing the Mikaelson’s towering c-shaped mansion at the end of a circular drive in all its towering, alabaster glory. 

Caroline leaned further forward as the car pulled up alongside it, slowly looking up. The building looked darker tonight. Maybe it was the lack of golden fairy-lights littering the perfectly-sculpted hedges, or the absent flower arrangements decorating the entrance, but the house loomed more ominously than she remembered. There was just something about it — something that gnawed at her gut, twisting it into knots. It wasn’t for lack of light either: there were signs of life within the walls, windows on either side aglow with warm, yellow light, dark silhouettes passing by on the other side every so often. The hanging porch light that reminded her of the White House was even on, chasing the shadows away. 

No, this wasn’t about the dark that lingered at the edges of the house (if it even could be called that, look at the size of that thing—). What unnerved her was how still it was, like she was staring up at a mountain; jagged and unyielding, splitting the horizon straight in half—

Her eyes flickered to Kol, already getting out of the car. He looked impatient, a displeased curl to the edge of his mouth. He took his sunglasses off as he looked up at his home, gaze scanning around them, narrowing on the dark treeline that bordered the woods. Searching. Calculating. Checking for threats, she realised. He turned his head slightly and caught her looking, meeting her eyes through the glass. The chestnut brown of his eyes looked black in the dark, absent of anything human. Like looking into an empty room.

At Night in New Orleans (Lucien Castle x Y/N)

Hello Hello,

welcome to a little OS with everybody's (my) favorite vampire: Lucien Castle!

In the next days, I'm also going to post another version of this story with the other girl's POV who's featured in this chapter and it's going to be reader x Kol, so be excited for that!

"Looks like we have new guests, ladies.", Josh called from behind the bar, when suddenly a group of people entered the Rousseau's. Cami who was just cleaning up a table groaned, when she realized who of all people in New Orlean's came trotting in. Klaus looked at her with a smug grin before following his sudden best lad Lucien to the bar. The youngest of the Mikaelson brothers Kol took a great look around the room and then decided to strode over to the pool table, where a few guys were having a game and sharing some beers.  

Elijah, the oldest of the three brothers was accompanied by his little minion Tristan and his sister Aurora, who was holding her head held high as she followed them to one of the many tables.  

"Y/N, you'll do the bar with Josh, while Y/BFFs/N and I are taking the orders on the table.", she said to the Y/H/C young woman, who was just drawing two glasses of beer. Camille wasn't going to deal with Klaus tonight, and it seemed like the club was filling up, after the vampires had appeared.  

"You alright doing the bar, or do you want to switch?", Y/BFFs/N had asked her best friend, when she put down a tablet of dirty glasses and threw an annoyed look at Klaus and Lucien who were laughing audibly on their barstools, slamming their palms on the wood and throwing their head back in big motions. It seemed like they had already had their good amount of alcohol before they had arrived in here.  

"I'll be fine, but seems like someone wants something to drink very badly." Your best friend looked up and saw Kol Mikaelson waving at her with a devilish smirk on his lips. "Wish me luck.", she said, but rolled her eyes in annoyance, as she walked over to the pool table. 

Yes, luck was definitely what they needed with this load in here. Both Y/N and Y/BFFs/N were born in New Orleans, so that the city being inhabited by vampires wasn't a big secret to them. 

Though finding out that their high school friend Josh had been turned had been a little shock to them, but in the end, it hadn't changed their friendship a bit, it might have even made it a little stronger.  

The girl handed beer to the couple in front of her, before moving her attention to the new guests. She realized that Klaus had the decency to serve himself a bottle of vodka, from behind the bar together with two glasses. He poured himself one shot after another, laughing and yelling the lyrics to the music that was playing in the bar. Y/N ignored his outrageous behavior, acted like she hadn't seen him nicking that bottle and walked over to them.  

"Hey, can I get you anything?" She knew Cami had told her to always act polite, no matter how much 'you want to punch their faces into a wall', but Y/N had to try very hard.  

"Hello sweetheart, you don't mind me serving myself a little, do you?" 

"Not at all.", she smiled at him with a put-on smile, "As long as you pay." Klaus only laughed at that and lifted his glass to poor his drink, as to say 'cheer to that.', but the young woman had her attention on his friend. She didn't know much about him, only that he was Klaus' friend and a lot of trouble -which wasn't any surprise to her. But Lucien had stopped bellowing to the music with his companion - not that the Original had realized, being way too self-centered to notice anything but himself - instead he was hanging halfway over his stool, looking towards the table, Elijah was sitting with Tristan and his sister.  

Y/N looked him up and down for a second. He was dressed in black pants and a black button down, his dark brown hair was slightly disheveled - probably the drunken state of them, though she had to admit he looked rather handsome with those full lips and these sunken hazel eyes, which were digging into the back of Aurora's head.  

"Excuse me, can I get you anything.", she asked him as well, hoping he'd just ignore her so she could finally move on, but of course with his vampire senses Lucien was easily hearing everything she did down to her heartbeat, so when he turned around and her heart was suddenly beating faster than she had anticipated, Lucien gave her one of his most dashing smiles. "Yes, darling?"  

He looked even more attractive up front, she thought to herself and almost forgot to take a breath.  

"Can I get anything for you?", she tried to sound professional, but the slight stutter in her voice was barely able to be hidden.

Said turned his attention towards their conversation: "No manners? I recall I had learned the complexity of manners before you were even born." "Sure.", Lucien said, but didn't move his gaze from her as she left to get his drink done and winked at her with a smirk, which turned her cheeks a little warmer.  

Trouble, Y/N. Nothing but trouble. 

"What's your name, love?", he just called over the bar table, chuckling and leaned back in his chair, when she came back to give him his drink.  

"None of your business.", she smiled politely and turned around, ready to stalk off. "Well, it's just fair, seeing that you seem to know mine." He raised an eyebrow provokingly, waiting for her to move her attention back to him.  

For a slight second Y/N was fighting with herself. Stop flirting. This will only get you in trouble. But the handsome vampire seemed to be down to play with fire and why not have some fun, when it's just so easily granted.  

She smiled: "Lucien Castle, I suppose it is." 

Said grinned and leaned forward: "One and only, darling." 

"I have heard from you, but it's such a pity you haven't heard from me." 

She grabbed the empty bottle Klaus had slammed back on the table without even looking at them. "Well then make me interested in getting to hear from you." 

Lucien rested his arm onto the bar propping up his upper body, but Y/N only chuckled and walked away with the words: "Something's telling me you already are." 

While she was serving other guests and cleaning up the counter, Lucien hadn't moved his gaze from her. Always a smirk on his lips, when she rolled her eyes at one of the customers. 

He had stopped paying attention to Aurora, who was still sitting at the table, rather bored, while her brother and Elijah were catching up on old time.  

"Hey, Y/N, could you just clean those classes for me, a big group of people just came in and want to order? You're an angel.", Josh said thankful as he walked over to her and put four empty beet glasses down.  

"Sure, no problem." She grabbed them and walked over to the sink turning on the water. She could still feel Lucien's eyes fixed on the back of her head, but she was trying her hardest to ignore him. Scraping the glasses clean, she turned her attention to the opposite direction from where he was sitting, watched Josh serving the new customers who had just arrived. How much she wished she could switch with him right now and wouldn’t have to deal with such an obnoxious asshole. Slightly frustrated she reached for the next glass, but her luck wasn't on her side and her soap covered fingers lost the hold on it, which send it flying into the water filled sink with a big splash. In seconds her white blouse was soaking wet and she groaned annoyed, when she heard the chuckle coming from the counter. 

"Need some help there darling?" The girl's cheeks flushed at his words and threw a look towards her blouse, which was now transparent in the light, making her white bra visible. Great. 

Ignoring his words she stormed into the kitchen, knowing that she always had a spare shirt in her locker. 

She hurried with getting the new blouse, knowing that guests were waiting outside. But as she had just unbuttoned the wet one, the door to the kitchen was pushed open in speed and Lucien was standing in front of her. 

"Hey, Y/N.", he smirked and she heard, how his voice turned darker at the mentioning of her name. And gosh, it made her knees go week.  

"You're not allowed to be back here!", she was angry, pulling her shirt over her bra quickly, but secretly knowing it was no use. 

"Oh? Is that so?", Lucien didn't lose his slightness, instead he came closer, invading her personal space, until her back was pressed against the kitchen counter.  

"So, pretty.", he grinned.  

Y/N wanted to push him away, but with his vampire senses he was faster and grabbed for her wrists.  

"Ah. Ah. Ah. Behave sweetheart, we don't want to cause any attention here, now do we?"  

Despite her wanting to get away from him a second ago, she suddenly was feeling like his words made more sense and she nodded in agreement, dropping her arms to her side. 

"Good girl. Now listen to me. You'll meet me outside the bar after your shift is over, okay? In that alley to the left. You won't make a sound and I promise you, we'll have some fun tonight." She nodded again. Why not? It sounded like a lot of fun and he was handsome, she couldn't deny that. His green eyes were still looking deeply into hers, when he said his last words before disappearing: "Now, go back to work and forget that I was in here. I'll see you after your shift, Y/N."  

The warm summer night breeze hit Y/N, when she made her way out of Rousseau's. Normally she'd go straight home after such an exhausting night, ready to hit the sheets. But not tonight. Her legs automatically walked her towards the dark passage next to the bar and despite the creepy vibe it was sending, Y/N didn't think twice to enter it, when she saw someone leaning against the prick wall.  

"Oh, hello darling. It is so wonderful of you to join me.", a grin spread over Lucien's entire face as he draped his arm around her waist pulling her closer. Y/N chuckled uncomfortably: "Yes, I was actually rather exhausted tonight, but I'm glad I changed my mind and came to see you."  

"That's a good girl. Now do me a favor, don't scream." And before she had the chance to ask what was going on, Lucien had pressed her against the wall and a sharp pain was suddenly piercing through her body. She wanted to push Lucien away, but he had grabbed her wrists placing them over her head, his other hand was pressed firmly against her abdomen, so she wouldn't move. Y/N wanted to scream for help but someone her tongue felt like it was tight into a knot every time she opened her mouth. The vampire's mouth was sucking on the nape of her neck, his razor-sharp teeth were digging into the soft skin. She could feel the blood leaving her system, but all she was able to do was whimper, hoping he would stop.  

A last try she opened her mouth again and whispered: "Please...I don't want to die.", and like she had pulled a plug, the man let go of her neck.  

"Oh, darling. I wasn't going to kill you. I told you we were going to have some fun." The corner of his lip was covered in blood and Lucien took a handkerchief from his pocket wiping it away. As he did so, Y/N took the chance to get away from him. "Na, don't run away love. We haven't even started." He reached for her wrist and pulled her towards his chest again. Once again, her Y/E/C eyes met his green ones.  

"Don't be scared of me." Five simple words, but they suddenly meant so much to her and she felt how she relaxed in his arms. He's right, what should she be scared about, the blood slowly running down her neck. Like a mechanism her hand rushed to her neck, but before she could touch the skin Lucien had gripped her hand to stop her. "Here love, drink this, to stop the bleeding."  

She could see the white of his eyes turning red and blood vessels appearing under them, as he bit into his lower arm. A stream of red blood was running down, dripping to the floor and without thinking twice the young woman took the arm and began to suck the blood from the wound.  

"Just like that, darling." She could feel the numbing pain from her neck disappear and her skin slowly grow back. 

"Now come with me."

Well, I haven't shifted yet (tho I'm definitely going to) because the only attempt I do at it is go to sleep and hope to wake up in my dr lmao. Which can work btw, but you gotta set the intention to and I don't even do that.

But I'm still gonna take the opportunity to talk about my drs (they're so good even if they're Wattpad coded, I promise 😭) because I love them and I need to get out of this shitty reality as soon as I can.

My main reality (not the one I'm shifting tho rn) is a tvd one, where I'll permashift and I'm basically the daughter of Hecate in that dr aka the reason to make myself as overpowered as possible (yes I made myself more powerful than Hope deal with it, I'm literally a goddess in that reality). Given that is the dr where I'll stay forever, it's the last one I'll shift to. But my s/o is Klaus and I'm having his tribrid child because no child of mine is being born on this rat hole and I literally love Hope. But it's so cool, I created a new family so I don't have to be part of the main families of tvdu and I basically script those siblings in almost every reality.

Btw, if someone shifts to tvd as well, please script Damon doesn't rape Caroline/Andy and that Katherine doesn't rape Stefan either. And script out the racist shit the Mikaelson are always pulling on Marcel as well as Klaus (and any other Mikaelson tbh) treating Marcel like he's family and not making any blood distinction between him and Hope.

My fame dr is practically those siblings I mentioned earlier and characters of the tvdu in a human au. I'm dating Klaus as well in this reality, and I'm basically the most successful actress and singer of the century (I need my main moment leave me alone). Klaus is a successful painter, at the level of Picasso, van Gogh, Dalí, da Vinci etc. Rebekah is the most famous models of Victoria's Secret, Elijah is one of the best lawyers, Kol is a professional magician and Finn and Freya manage a luxurious company. In other ways, they're famous Kardashian level, as well as my family.

And I scripted out Julie Pl*c, JK R*wling and Rick Riordan as well. And I basically attributed Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and a lot more to a poc woman named Elia Lennox. I changed everything about hp and pjo btw, they're not problematic books in my dr at all and I added a lot of representation, diversity as well as subplots.

And I asked an ai a way to eat meat that doesn't come from animal abuse and scripted it into my dr. Short explanation: scientists grow meat in a controlled environment using animal cells, without the need to raise and slaughter live animals.

But going back to your point, idk. I like to script scenarios I see in tumblr (especially the ones from @klausysworld 🙈), but perhaps is the one where I run over Klaus with my car and throw him off a bridge in my tvd dr. I need that enemies to lovers trope and he's an complete asshole anyway.

Or perhaps the scenario I scripted where the Mikaelson "go poor" for a week and they have to come live at our house and I suddenly have to share my bedroom with Klaus. Dw they get rich again, think about it as if their bank account was suddenly hacked by no reason other than karma. Or perhaps witches, who knows.
