"That's not funny, Bills," Lucas retorted, voice lowering to match her own. "You can't just joke around like that."

"You make a good point" Billie quipped, taking a step back to get a good look at the outfit before conceding "well, you don't not look good." The banshee cast a slightly concerned look into the direction of his 'date' before lowering her voice as she whispered "just a friendly piece of advice" shaking her head she rose her hand to make a cutthroat motion "don't get too attached to her, alright?"

“Lucas, my guy – trust me” Billie insisted, her tone probably a little too confident for the task about to be undertaken. “Briggs will be fine, because i’ll be fine. This is only a bad idea if we let it be a bad idea, so let's just – not.” The longer she dwelled upon it, the more that it was becoming likely that Billie would be the one wimping out. Tossing the pack of candy into the air before catching it, she released a steady breath as if to psych herself up before caving "unless -- you think this is a terrible idea?"
