you know personal interpretation aside I like how little hope handles Anthony's mental health issues but the damn wiki on the other hand...

Let's face it the wiki just adds a whole bunch of ableism towards Anthony for no damn reason other than it validate the haters(what other explanation is there!?)

The amount of times it will present the facts as they appear in the game just like all the other games do and be entirely normal and objective about it only to tack on "but Anthony Clarke is big insane and you can't trust crazy people's perception on anything so you can completely disregard the above as made up"(am I exaggerating? Yes but not by much)

Like I don't recall every damn thing in man of medan wiki ending with "but they were high as balls so this piece of paper probably didn't say that"

No the things that are presented as fact are treated as fact and why should the various details of equal importance and presented similarly in little hope be questioned?

What was it this time you may wonder?

SAMUEL CARVER

yes, that Samuel Carver, noted mayor of little hope and owner of the factory who's family is stated to have run the town for generations and is very clearly responsible for the death of the town and his family that's clearly been in little hope for hundreds of years, THAT Samuel Carver "was probably a figment of Anthony's imagination because the visitors map doesn't have anything named after him" and finding it sus that he shares a last name with reverend Carver

So because the Carver family didn't rename the town Carversvile or some other bs then this very important part of little hope's lore must be fake

And what's worse is when you read over Hazel Carver's info it just takes it as fact that the 1970s Carver family is made up! Like again it explains who she is and then says "but she was likely a product of Anthony's mind just like her father"

So the visitors map is taken as objective fact but every other thing is questionable? Why does the visitors map get special "100% def reals" privileges over a mountain of other evidence? Sounds just a little bit ableist to me tbh
