This is an URGENT REQUEST as I cannot go a day without insulin. Currently I am unemployed through no fault of my own. I do not have insurance so I will have to use GoodRx. My insulin is called Afrezza. It costs around $450-$490 depending on the pharmacy I go to.

Headcanon-uri cu Venti. În română.

🍏Venti cântă la nunți și la petreceri in Mondstadt. Motiv pentru care este și foarte recunoscut ca rapsod. I se oferă mâncare și vin gratis cât timp ține pe toată lumea distrată. Este uneori acompaniat de alți muzicieni cu chitară sau acordeon. Face dedicații mirelui și miresei și ridică toasturi cu recitaluri emoționante. In majoritatea cazurilor, reușește să facă câteva neamuri de ale miresei să plângă. I se dau mulți bani la sfârșitul nunții și pentru că nu are ce să facă cu banii, îi dă pe toți pe băutură.

🍏 Că tot vine vorba de băutură. Știe toate tipurile de băutură posibile. Vin alb, vin roșu, de la vișinată la cireșată, rafinată, caisată, zmeurată, afinată și socată, până la cele mai tari; țuică, pălincă și rachiu. Berea e pe ultimul loc da nu-i displace nici aia. Bea toate tipurile de bere, de la aia albă până la aia brună, dar preferă vinul. Mai ales ăla din păpădii.

🍏 Știe să îți listeze toate tipurile de băuturi din lumea asta, și le și clasifică, dar dacă îl întrebi când a băut apă ultima oară, nu știe.

—Uăi, ție îți place apa?

—Ce întrebare... Normal că îmi place, toate băuturile conțin apă. Apa este esența vieții, este în noi.

—Apă pură, tu bei?

—A... Când nu am bani de vin, beau apă. Dar trebuie să fie măcar minerală...

🍏 Dar când vine momentul să pună gura și pe apă, se simte incomplet, și trebuie să compenseze el cu ceva. Un vinuț, un cidru de mere.

🍏 Venti știe toate melodiile posibile, din trecut și din viitor. Îl pot vedea cântând muzică populară sau folclorică la nunți și petreceri. Are o voce puternică, e făcută pentru asta.

🍏 Pe măicuțele de la biserică le ia la joc în glumă vinerea, și este dat afară după, pe motiv că perturbă liniștea.

—Ce ironie! Habar nu au că-s chiar Barbatos și am venit să le înviorez. Dar nu e afectat deloc. Ba chiar i se pare amuzant.

🍏Oferă lecții de poezie și de cântat în timpul liber, care e tot timpul pentru că nu face nimic niciodată. Multe dintre ele le ține la catedrală sau la biserică, unde e liniște. Învață copiii să cânte pe note și să facă parte din corul bisericii.

—Un', doi, trei și! Venti dă startul, dirijând copiii si adolescenții în fața catedralei.

Și copiii încep a cânta, unii pe note, alții pe lângă note, ba urlă versurile, ba răcită in loc să cânte. Un dezastru. Iar Venti ascultă dezastrul auditiv, cu ochii mari, zâmbind forțat ca să nu îi descurajeze.

—Gata! Gata... Ne oprim.

—"Zeul nostru Barbatos, deasupra noastră el..."

Copiii se opresc și așteaptă următoarea îndrumare a lui Venti, in timp ce el se uită prin niște foi. Jean apare din spate. A venit să vadă cum merge treaba.

—Cum merge până acum, Venti? Nu-i așa că sunt niște copii minunați? Vor fi pregătiți într-o săptămână pentru cor?

—Oh, Marea maestră Jean, Da! Viitorul Mondstadtului. Au nevoie de mai mult antrenament... Mai ales pe partea sincronizării, dar până acum totul merge perfect, văd foarte mult potențial! Spune el, arătând spre toți copiii mucoși din fața lor.

🍏Venti este un profesor răbdător și care chiar își dă silința. Reușește să învețe pe oricine, pentru că are o metodă didactică foarte unică, fără să bage anxietate in copii cum fac alți profesori. Jean îi vede meritele cel mai mult, pentru că Venti este foarte modest și nu se afirmă cu toate actele pe care le face pentru Mondstadt.

🍏Venti ar ști de poeziile lui Eminescu și chiar i-ar plăcea foarte mult.

🍏Este arestat din greșeală pe motiv că nu are acte. Și de fiecare dată este luat de braț de unul de din cavalerii Favonious și dus la Jean, care îl eliberează și le spune să îl lase în pace.

🍏Mai și fură struguri din vii, și urlă moșnegii la el. Care îl prinde cu vreo ghioagă.

—Uăi copchile! Tutz' grijania ta!

Și Venti fuge cu strugurii în pălărie.

—Ce urât! Învață să împarți și cu alții! Se strică strugurii că nu faci nimic cu ei. Nici must, nici nimic! Degeaba ai vie dacă ești zgârcit! Îi spune Venti de la distanță, pe bună dreptate pentru că moșneagul chiar era zgârcit cu toată lumea.

🚫 Médicaments et Jus de Fruits : Une Combinaison Risquée 🚫

Avec le retour de l'été, personne ne refuse un bon jus de pamplemousse, d'orange ou même de pomme bien frais. Cependant, ce petit plaisir pourrait réduire l'efficacité de certains médicaments. 🍊🍏

Les Risques Identifiés

Des études récentes ont montré que ces jus de fruits peuvent réduire l'absorption intestinale de nombreux médicaments, diminuant ainsi leur efficacité. 🌡️

Médicaments concernés :

Antibiotiques : Ciprofloxacine, Levofloxacine

Antihypertenseurs : Bêtabloquants

Immunosuppresseurs : Ciclosporine

Antifongiques : Itraconazole (Sporanox)

Anticancéreux : Etoposide

Pourquoi Cela Se Produit-il ? Les chercheurs ont découvert que des composants du pamplemousse (comme la naringine), de l'orange et de la pomme bloquent un vecteur clé dans l'intestin grêle nécessaire à l'absorption des médicaments. 🚫🔬

Les Conséquences

Réduction de l'efficacité : Ces jus empêchent l'absorption correcte des médicaments, rendant le traitement moins efficace.
