A kiss is all he can do not to pull you into his lap and tell you to suck his blood right there and then, but he does whisper that little idea against your lips when you part

Never admits that he's being too loud when proclaiming his love for you

In fact he's not being loud enough, not until everyone in the city knows you've stolen his love and affections
