9. q!Maximus

human. probably.

more or less the CC in the blockman-cubito's clothes

Ordo Theoritas symbol is on his headband he usually wears

a friend and follower of Sapo Peta, through him learning the ability to charm people into perceiving him differently (Biden) as well as perform minor shapeshifting (Valentina). This comes with the price of occasional possession by Sapo Peta himself (see JuanaFlippa trial)

has tattoos that mark this connection that glow whenever he exerts significant stress. can only otherwise be seen under blacklight (like in Las Casualonas!)

Max paints matching markings on Trump everytime they see each other to bless his son with protection. After Trump's death, he permanently marked his son's gravesite.

Actually he has a habit of doing this to things dear to him. He has debated placing said markings on SOFIA but decided against it just in case

keeps dandelions in his pockets in honor of Trump

Has sustained scars after being attacked by the binary entity

10. q!Philza

quite literally an angel of death. one of Goddess Misstrixin's many dedicated servants. in this universe they're in an open marriage

winged humanoid. has pointed ears, kaleidoscope irises, and a voice he can magically augment and shift to his will (speak w/ increased reverb)

he wears those beachy, vacation silk kimonos in his signature dark mint green color, alongside a matching bucket hat. under that is a sleeveless black swim suit with enchanting table embroidery

his wings are bird-like, black with a few iridescent feathers that glow red when he goes full angel. he's had carved emerald piercings placed on them for decoration and tribute to a friend long gone after getting clipped. if he cant properly fly for now, he might as well indulge a little

magical carved rubies are all over his person, shaped to resemble hardcore hearts. these glow when he fights or is about to do something powerful

Chayanne has one of these hardcore heart rubies and has incorporated it in his wear to match his papa

11. q!Forever

humanoid of unidentifiable species. perceived as human

Looks human minus the pointy ears and visible canines. Also demonstrates superhuman stamina and endurance, so uh

Dyed his hair blonde for the cosplay, with brunette roots showing

He has a rainbow of beach shorts and casual slippers to wear

very hairy man, refuses to shave

has an organic and extensive skin care routine; Richas likes the hugs from his soft skin

his tears are full of glitter and taste like soda pop

12. q!Baghera

anthromorphic duck person; the vibes are disney ducks crossed with big bird from seasame street

has a large messy feathery floof on her head stylized to resemble the CC's own hair

MC skin's hat + matching athleisure fashion. she is always drippy

some of her feathers are dyed to match the colors of her hat as accents

smells like the artificial fruit smells found in candy

Gave one of her feathers to Pomme as a token of remembrance

13. q!Missa

player equivalent to a skeleton. is a mismatched arrangement of regular bones and wither skeleton bones.

the mismatch is why he can be quite clumsy

under those robes, he is being held together by raw magic and wither rose vines. he has short black hair.

his bones have flower and butterfly engraving that glow aurora borealis colors under blacklight or when he's about to fight

fond of somewhat street hoodies and sweaters over draping robes.

there are sneakers under those robes, wander over yonder style

a lot of the drapery is held together by armor, an aesthetic Chayanne picked up for his own wear

the spaces between the bones double as extensions of his natural inventory space; they make good spots for hiding secret weapons!

14. q!Fit

human man who has seen it all. a mortal with the soul of an immortal

he is covered in scars from his previous adventures in 2b2t

currently in his clean shaven era, which includes not only being bald but shaving the most of his body hair to the point where his muscles sparkle like his head

A practical dresser but is a slut for fancy animal furs. Ramón shares this love for furs as well

Works out in his gym and is visibly getting more swole by the day

Loves showing off, especially if it involves Ramón's own work

15-16. q!Tazercraft (q!Pac & q!Mike)

Both human. Do not separate!

Pac and Mike are soul-bonded but they forgot they about it upon coming onto the island. (they also forgot the magical perks that come with that) This doesn't negate their package-deal relationship in anyway

Experimentation in the QSMP Chume Labs has made them increasingly susseptible to Murphy's Law for some reason. The island itself is not helping either

Pac likes to dress up while Mike will literally pick up the nearest piece of clothing. On occasion they will swap clothes

Despite the above, Mike is usually in safety gear more often than Pac during labwork, especially after the sting of Richarlyson's first life loss

They both have a picture of Richas in their pockets to look at whenever they're at work

They have telepathic communication powers but only with each other. Sometimes they can be caught just staring at each other when they are really arguing in each other's heads

17. q!Etoiles

anthromorphic cucumber!

the pattern of green on his body is composed of tiny little stars that are galaxy-like

has hair, a beard and glasses cartoon character style. He also has rubberhose limbs that can muscle up when he's fighting

under the glasses, his eyes are smudged over with a smoky powder that extends to resemble a blind-fold bandana mask thing. The eyes glow white during fights

wears the clothes of the blockman-cubito + armor

His armor is engraved with star shapes and space imagery

While in love with the thrill of adventure, he loves talking culture with Pomme just as much

what happened at twitchcon? i havent really been paying attention to the internet for a bit (i blame school)

okayyy pretty much dsmp panel was today it was a total shitshow. the actual room the dsmpers was in was tiny as hell (if uve ever seen a cosplay panel room on yt, think one of those) and max capacity was 400 people despite there obviously being more ppl than that. on top of all that turns put there was an empty HUGE ASS ROOM they couldve used rigjt next door. awesome. the lines were long as hell and it got to the point where people were genuinely getting into the accesability line and shoving ppl in wheelchairs into walls nd shit in an attempt to get in. obvs security did jackall.

and then the actual panel was awful. there was barely enough room at the stage and they had to cycle the ccs so everyone who was there cpuld answer questions. the questions sucked actual buttcheeks apparently (i didnt bother watcjing the panel for clarification) and someone wore a softcore dnf porn shirt and asked the ccs if they liked the shirt (WHICH IS FUCKING WEIRDD!!!!!) i know a couple of ccs got talked over and generally it was mad awkward.

other twitchcon things include a legitimate ballpit and security/staff being jackasses apparently. all in all every fear we had abt the amsterdam dsmp panel happened today.

The Brazilian GP was actually high performance art!

Daniel DNF’ing and Lando’s car dying so Mclaren loses 4th in the cc! Lewis and Max re-enacting the war! Esteban wanting to hunt Alonso! Ferrari letting Charles know that they don’t care! Checo finally realizing that it was Verstappen all along! Max learning that he is actually not an only child- there is a teammate! George Russell’s win simply getting lost! Valterri doing Obi-wan cosplay!

Overall great performances from the actors, I mean wow what a show.

I really like the idea of Drift and Minimus bonding because Drift is older and knows about reinventing himself and dealing with his own issues which may be different than Minimus's literally seeming to think he has to cosplay a dead guy to be valued and that could have been interesting especially as Magnus is one of the people who definitely know Drift was Deadlock specifically not just a former Con and who gives us an idea of just how deadly and dangerous Deadlock was with his risk assessment.

Rodimus may understand a lot about self worth issues but Drift also understands making a new persona to fit in and loses some of his defense mechanism +100 happy hippy not a threat around Magnus to be more sincere with him.

First Aid is so pissed because now he is conflating Rodimus's betrayal with his complicated feelings on Pharma as he went from one boss betraying them caught up with Decepticons to the next boss even though the situations are completely different. He is very angry and messed up about everything.

I like the idea of Tyrest slowly getting worse because we don't know how long his retirement was or he was planning the kill CC thing.

But he was also the guy who thought the Ultra Magnus Cosplay Lineage was a Sane and Measured decision and I feel like he may have preyed a bit on Minimus's on insecurities to encourage him to completely allow himself to be the Perfect Ultra Magnus. Or at least he did in this verse. Sometimes, I make him base nicer.

In this, though, he was not a great mentor to Minimus and definitely jumped to snap him up during a vulnerable time and encouraged his more negative thoughts to "remold him".

I like the wiggle room with characters.

Also I love Sunstreaker and liked his storyline in IDW but wished there was more of it. He was literally one of the five people who went with Rodimus on his becoming a Prime adventure and they had some siginifcant connections in Phase 1 with Rodimus being not a dick about the thing with Starscream and rescuing him. Rodimus literally helped Sunstreaker return tonthe Autobots. I feel like that left a significant impact.

I also think Cyclonus would be an interesting person to play off Sunstreaker since they are both very combat focused people woth unexpected softer side for those closer to them, have a lot of trauma they are working through, and enjoy quieter passtimes.

Drift meanwhile is really trying to be the best Captain he can but is very worried about his visions and missing Rodimus. Ratchet once he pauses starts reaching out and they have their silly not fights and stumble into romance on the Lost Light. Drift has his own character growth going on because he becomes very focused on finishing the quest, obsessively until Ratchet and Magnus remind him that they (and Rodimus) were also supposed to help people and he relaxes it making a choice to help some people nearby and rescue stranded Cons or Bots which leads to different new people joining the crew and Fort Max dealing with his All Cons Should Die trauma as well. I'm thinking maybe a pacifist like Glit getting taken on at Drift's discretion which leads to tension in the Medbay with First Aid.

Skids as well because in the scenes of Grindcore it shows what could be Glit there in the background and I headcanon he was forced there as punishment for helping injured Autobots too and saw Skids there. Skids's memories come back and he unpacks that trauma with Glit and Rung and we get talk about Tarn being a monster and personal accounting from Skids/Glit who both benefit from working through their trauma about it as Glit only got out of there because Ravage called in a favor to get him out and he never quite recovered.

I feel like a lot of dynamics would be different here, and strange or new friendships form while they have different adventures.

Exactly exactly, he's gonna try his damnest to help out Minimus and that requires he drops some of the mask he has built up

First Aid having some very strong feelings here, him associating Pharma with Rodimus won't end well.

In my opinion and considering my observations, I personally believe that no yeah it was Tyrest getting worse over time. I like to think his Killswitch idea was a tipping point mental health wise, I don't think it was Planned planned™️, this feels like a slap-dash plan. The plan with the Magnus Armor though that one is a longer term plan that most definitely had fucked up consequences, so methinks even before the Aequitas trials he had issues™️

Also mood on the "sometimes I make him base nicer" thing he's a fun character to play around with and I don't think about him enough, wiggle room is very fun with characters (after all look at the variety Megatron has between his many iterations)

Ok so serious question

Is is ok for me to cosplay max?

It’s is and absolutely should be common knowledge that it is 100% ok for somebody to cosplay a character that is in any way lighter skinned then themselves right? (I say ‘right?’ for effect ofc it is.) 

But is that the same the other way around? I ask this seriously because I really would like to cosplay max but I fear that I in fact may have to much in common with a peace of crumpled up paper for me to do so, and I am a honestly a bit scared that if I do cosplay max that I will be burned as such peace of paper by everyone on every single platform across the internet for possible years of cringe compilations and ‘hey look at this ass hole’ compilations to come :(

I ofc would do it in the most respectful way possible but don’t even know if me doing it would be respectful In the first place, I just feel like i might be stripping the culture from this character and I love max (/platonic) and his character so I would never want to do that (obviously I would never want to do that even if I didn’t like his character). I wouldn’t want to white wash him at all but I’m also vary conflicted and confused because like I said it isn’t black-washing to for someone to cosplay a character with lighter skin then them, so is it still white washing if I do it with max? I don’t know and I am really confused and un-educated and this may not be the best way for me to look for the answers, but it would feel so much better to have somebody educated just take the time out of their day to reach out to me just gave my stupid ass a civilized answer

So I went to Disney World as Max! I didn't wear a wig for comfort and riding reasons.

Ahhh say hello to Eric and Max! I couldn’t find a cas build for Max that had the floppy fur over the eyes. I used an Old English Sheepdog breed of dog and edited the fur quite a bit to match Max from the film. I used all in game clothing for Eric as his outfit is quite simple. I am still looking for his formal wear from CC sites though ...
