I have learned about wheelchair rugby

I may have to watch this sport eventually

Because I sure as shit do not understand legs rugby but I’m pretty sure it starts with everyone climbing in each others’ butts and the wheelchairs are built like bumper cars so they’re definitely not doing that or passing under the chair

And since these are the only two things that I know for sure legs rugby entails other than tackling (I presume this is why the chairs are bumper cars), I am somewhat unsure how the game looks

An update on the animal in my house: she does this thing. This infuriating thing. Where she sits on the dining room chair next to me and purrs and purrs and purrs and STARES at me. She will not come onto my lap if invited. She gets irritable if I pet her [biting] and irritable if I do not pet her [the most passive-aggressive purring you’ve ever heard]. She will not play. She does not want brushed.

What she wants is for me to hold out my loosely curled fist at arm’s length so she can smash her little face against my knuckles and smear cat spit on hand. Over and over again. For many minutes. Cold, sticky cat spit and her wet little nose.

Okay once I'm done with this training (hopefully soon?) I'm gonna lie the heck down and balance my budget and then look into purchasing/planning to purchase more chinos, more button downs, and canes.

I also think I'm gonna make Wednesdays a WFH day going forward, cause I only am required to have two days in the office and there is literally no reason to push myself to be performative about it if I'm getting work done at home. (My boss legit said this during my 1:1 with him yesterday, so it's fine)
